Tried canceling a subscription and after having to chase these guys they did it but only partially and I noticed a smaller subscription continued.

Waste of time. Wou wouldn't accept any of my forms of payment. I use my cash app card. Wouldn't work. Then I went and bought a Visa gift card. And that wouldn't work either. So I couldn't use the service at all

I contacted Customer Service with a log in issue. They issued a new User Name and Password, and then they canceled my account - with no request from me.
I had sent an email to Segpay, requesting to cancel ALL subscriptions purchased through Segpay, including two that I remembered and for which I provided Username and Purchase ID. I received an email back explaining that they could only find one active subscription. But when I searched my records, I found another active subscription that was missed by Segpay. If I had not found it and cancelled it myself using your automated email service, I would have been charged another month. I can only hope that no other active subscription(s) were missed. But can I trust Segpay with it? I did however appreciate the quick response and email follow-up.
Hi i have bought many times on Segpay, but when i make An order, i have to pay and Thats normall but half of the time the money Goes off my bankaccount but then i dont get any coins, you can check my bankaccount how many times i bought but most of the time i did not get anything. Now i feel cheated, its not normal for a website like that, how do we please fix this?
