Was able to resolve my issues quick and process my refund within a timely matter
No one will actually answer me or tell me what's going on. I was told to verify my identity and send over the proper information and was then just sent emails asking how the customer service was. I was never given and answer for the issue and when i went to try to continue where I left off with my purchase the same issue keeps happening.
I had been charged with costs I didn' recognize, but the Service quickly solved all my doubts.
