There were transactions made from my card to Segway on September 21st and 27th then October 3rd and 7th I did not approve of. Someone hacked my account and used a dirty site and I need refunded still thank you. It was quite a bit of money as well!
After contacting customer service in a few days I managed to get the refund
I never received help. All I needed was help getting my payment to process. I got asked the same info several times and referred to everyone else for help. I literally had to wait until my subscription was over, cancel everything and then repurchase it. The problem just wasn't that difficult. If I had a choice to use any other payment processor I would!
Every single thing in my Uber eats order was wrong, every thing. I paid nearly $90 and received $40 back not to mention it was late by nearly an hour, everything was cold to.
You owed me $49.90 from a transaction from 10/10/24. I never recieved the credits from the web site. They said you never sent my payment. I was never asked to renew, and you just did it. I did not want that small membership.

I found Segpay easy to contact fast and efficient and very helpful. They solved my issues quickly and replied.
They were very helpful and Ingot my refund in less than a day and they responded quickly.
The subscription was too expensive and when i had canceled my subscription a month later was charged again when when i saw on the website said i wasnt going to be charged again

I am not happy with the experience because there are fake gender people's are coming when I am selecting female gender there should be some verification through you that the person is front of you is a true female we purchased your special features because we think we will get more female to talk like their will be high probability of getting interaction with females but the other person not even staying for a sec uh should have a feature that when you connect to a person uh have to spend 30 second after that only you can skip that person I think uh should work on it a lot i agree this site is fantastic but I think uh should think about my problems I hope uh will solve it...
I did not want to subscribe to this website again I was not given a days in advance to cancel my membership and never got to cancel my membership I did not like the website either I had lots of glitches and lags aswell
