I was on vacation and missed the exact date of cancellation of a subscription. Even then, Segpay accepted my cancellation notice and credit my account for a refund.

Fulfill your mission

I have not received any correspondence to #CS*******, which includes the transaction that I've never done an action to agree and accept.
If you ignore this matter, you will damage your reputation after posting our comment on any of the websites that introduce streaming services outside Japan.
Let me know how the ticket #CS******* has been handled as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to take it to the public section for consumers and warn you of your request for an unconscious transaction.

Quick reply, but no solution

I had a request for upgrading my subscription. The deal was clearly visible on a web page, but nothing happened when I clicked on the deal. I contacted support hoping that they could activate the deal for me manually. They replied that nothing is wrong with the site and I should try again at a later moment. I still have the same problem, so the issue is not resolved

Totally misundrestood customer

I was on vacation without access to my computer and canceled my subscription promptly after returning via email. Surprisingly, instead of cancellation, it was extended for another three months!
Why bother confirming the cancellation?
