Tried to become a VIP and was told that I had two open accounts and with two accounts, could net become a VIP. You closed one account (I thought it was so I could open a VIP account, but when I tried, I wasn't able to.
They took care of my problem in less then a day with just one email.
Ultra fast and complete. Both the lady operator who contacted me by email and the Seg platform to see where my mail is subscribed is excellent. The operator by email clarified all my doubts and the internet platform is extremely easy to use. I am very satisfied with the experience.

I originally ordered 250 tokens. I had written before that the purchase window just keeps streaming and have not received an answer. So when i ordered 250 tokens it said that i would be billed@ $46.95. I ended up with 500 tokens and i was billed for $46.95 three times which by the way is still showing on my checking account. Y'all took the 250 over that you gave me so i ended up with the 250 that i originally ordered. But the three $46.95 is still on my account. The last noticed i gave you i gave my debit card information which the money came out of so if you would please take care of this i would appreciate it. You need to credit me for two X $46.95. Thank you!

Things went well until they didn't - after years of no issues, Segpay cancelled my subscription account with no warning after my credit card expired. Would've happily updated the CC details to resolve the issue if given the opportunity, but instead they cancelled it right away. No warning, no grace period, no appeal - the only email I received was the cancellation confirmation. Cards expire all the time and every other account manager seems to be able to handle that transition without issue... not Segpay.
Issue was resolved within 24 hours. I didn't have any issues.

I sent 2 emails stating I wanted to cancel my subscription and I've gotten confirmation numbers and automated emails but nothing confirming that my subscription is canceled. This is the second time I've tried to do this.
Es wäre schön wenn es den Sevice auch in deutschersprache gäbe! Ich hätte gerne auch noch auf das nächste Level gehen wollen, es war dann leider nicht mehr möglich.

Paid $49 us dollars for a membership to a website. When I logged in it kept asking me to upgrade for $19.95 just after i spent $49.
Even so I tried to pay for the upgrade once again to no prevail.
Couldnt even access one service on the site.
Been trying to get a refund its been so hard.
They keept sending me to different people to sort it out. Each time i had to explain from the start for no prevalence. They seem to get more and more harder to deal with as im going up the chain of command.
The staff segpay are so incompetent to say the least, that is if they are a legitimate business. They seemed to be, however i am from Australia so i never heard of them before.
Maybe thats why they couldn't care less about me and giving me the run around. One person by the name of Camile.
Fast response without long waiting times.

I couldn't get into my account when I wanted to stop my subscription. So I emailed Segpay stating my problem, and within a days time, they respond and stopped my subscription that day. They are quick, a so far reliable. Any site i use with them are pretty legit.
