Terrible experience would NEVER EVER join ANY site again with SEGPAY as the processor. They took a payment AFTER cancellation and the web is full of hundreds of complaints from customers all moaning about the same thing. When I challenged them I had a game of charades for over a week as they tried to plead they were just a third party and could not refund me. I did not give up and after an exchange of about a dozen emails they suddenly rec=versed the payment which roved all the first week of crap was a blatant lie. I have sent a Subject Data Request 6 days ago now and I await with interest if I ever receive it. They are in the Netherlands so they are subject to the rules of GDPR and now have 24 days to provide me with all the data they hold. If it does not arrive in time, I will complain to the ICO and the equivalent Dutch body. They are NOT above the law even though they think they are and risk a fine of up to 4% of Turnover = but they don't take it seriously but I intend to make bloody sure they do and pursue this until the death. They are an arrogant and ignorant dreadful company. If you go to buy something and see SEGPAY involved do NOT buy choose another processor. If I have to grade them on a 1 to 10 basis with 1 poor and 10 brilliant - I would grade then MINUS 10 - mainly because of the LIES and excuses they made before a sudden U Turn even though they sent me at least 6 emails telling me it was impossible. That spells LIARs I shalL post this same text on Trustpilot - Facebook - Twitter and every other media site I can think of when I have more time at the weekend.
