I had an unauthorized charge and got no response. I had to fine a dispute with PayPal but then Segway said because I did this that I couldn't get a refund through them because with was escalated. Segway customer service reps all told me different things. I left a review as I'm doing now and got a response saying my refund was on its way but never came. So I re opened a case and got the same response so I'm leaving a review again to hopefully finally get this settled.

You didnt do anything for me. Ive been asking for weeks why im banned for "fraud" when i didnt do anything fraudulent.

Also, the website doesn't support accepting payments from Mastercard at this time, please try a different card. Another concern is that the CVV code has been incorrect on your transaction. I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR 2 MONTHS, AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR 2 ADDITIONAL MONTHS, I HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL TO GET INFO TO CANCEL THE DRAFTED FEE.
I just signed up to see that it's like I used it about 3 times an after that it started to charge me money an I was not even using the website I hate getting ripped off I removed my card immediately
