You have not paid back money as a ask you to do as I not saticfied with the site. I have log in on that site more then one time and 0,5 minute.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Segpay for this site a couple of years ago! This time I suggest that whichever site is in charge, gives CLEAR NOTICE about the upcoming renewal anniversary WELL IN ADVANCE... AND give paying subscribers MORE OF A GRACE PERIOD to renew! Like even banks and credit cards do... I was in EUROPE when the notice arrived to need to deal with renewal. AND when I did that all of the details of payment, etc. were related to the Netherlands, simply because that was where I was located there when I checked the Adam site. If I hadn't been extra vigilant it could have been a disaster...
NEED to make REINSTATEMENT EASIER, FASTER, instead of immediately slitting our throats! I also deal with renewals on Silver Daddies, but never have much trouble or run into confusion when re-upping for them. Using my already available info and with DUE ADVANCED NOTICE by the site owner! Don't just SPRING things like sudden cancellation on us with only hours to accomplish. See?
See you next year, tho I hope resubscribing might be simpler once a notice has been sent expressing the wish to do that and not be dropped.
When I try using either of my master cards to purchase credits they decline the charge and send a fraud alert to my wife's phone. When I called to get our card unlocked they said they charge originated in Cypress. I need to be able to pay via PayPal or Apple Pay to continue using your website.

I asked how to pay using PayPal since it is displaying the PayPal logo, but no answer. I asked twice.
The payment screen defaults to check this should not be the default
I want to stop a subscription payment, but in the end the charge me the free week trial

They refunded my money twice and took the money back twice leaving my account in overdraft still no refund
