I had submitted a request to cancel my subscription/requested a refund on the order as I no longer wanted the subscription following checking out the website. The refund was not addressed, however they did cancel the subscription.

Took care of pay discrepancy and reactivated my subscription but informed me my membership would be cancelled at the end of my paid subscription. When I questioned that, I was told only that my membership couldn't be renewed. I have been a member of Scoreland for over 20 years…..
They were able to do what I need no problem fast easy right down to what I wanted I got no problem using again

Failed to find and cancel my subscription on two separate occasions, had to escalate with PayPal when I got charged for something I requested to be cancelled twice. The fact that subscriptions have to be cancelled through support emails and can't be done directly from the site is dodgy and seems very scam. They also don't tell you this until after you have signed up.
