Wrong answer from stripchat

It happens that I have been waiting for my payment for two weeks, and according to the stripchat hotline I had not exceeded the amount for the withdrawal when I had exceeded it.
I mean, they didn't solve anything for me... and let's hope this Sunday they pay because that's how they have me waiting for two weeks, how lazy

Literally no Help. Disgusted

I contacted this company they never replied, and then I contacted PayPal and then they replied to me and told me oh we can't issue a refund. There's nothing we can do let PayPal handle it. I'm so disgusted by their lack of customer service.

I was charged 4 times in 1 minute. They will not refund, and said I must have ordered for the same site 4 times. Had to cancel card and dispute with bank. Do not trust Segpay!
