My subscription was set to expire on 5/15/23. Prior to that I charged $80 to extend the new subscription but it did not work. I was told, their system did not accept my charge card. I have ONE charge card and use it all the time and never had ONE issue. In any event after some discussion, I realized it was useless to get the mess untangled, so I went ahead and opened up a new account with a new pass work. I also received a message that there was a security breach on the site. I pay my bills promptly and believe in honesty and responsibility and keeping your word and this was not fair to me.

Never got a response. The charge was reversed and then came back out again! No one responded to a word I sent. I don't understand why but if you use them, pay with PayPal or a credit card to dispute the fee because they don't respond!
