Took me 1.5 hrs to get registered and find the app. The best experience was agent RICK, very patient with my limited computer skills, found us great seats in our price range. We have tickets on phone now. I hope I remember to take the phone! Thanks again Rick
I'm a mom and first time buyer of sports tickets so I'm a little nervous of the process. I ordered 8 tickets (3 adults, 5 teenagers) and was trying to find seats that are close together but not in the same row and within our budget. Emma answered all my many questions and was so very patient, kind & helpful through the whole process. Her customer service was top notch! Thank you Emma! We're so excited to take our boy's to their first professional baseball game.
Customer service is horrendous... Was on the phone with them for 3.5 hours with 3 different agents and hung up on or "disconnected" 5 times. Found out that they price gouge you on tickets and do not refund money. I wish I would have done better research. Save yourself a headache and do not get tickets from them.
Allie was very professional and convincing. I ended up busting my budget but came away pleased. I had a number of questions regarding the transaction and all were answered clearly and concisely. I was hesitant to proceed because of cost and delivery concerns (I am renting in Florida) and Allie put me at ease on all issues.
All I have is a piece of paper I printed after payment... only shows Row W at venue and for the concert and date... no seat number is mentioned for Qty of 2. NOW really worried after reading these reviews... Delivery supposed to be by UPS like a few days before concert?
Our concert was canceled in 2020 we all know why…. But we were given a credit and when I couldn't get the code to work to buy new tickets. I had to call and be assisted by a customer service rep who was very helpful and made the buying experience easy and quick which I really appreciate! Would highly recommend!

After many attempt of trying to get a hold of anyone. I finally got someone on chat. They told me that Chat representatives are not allowed to give refunds.
Funny, cause when I call I Press "6" for refunds and it will keep looping back to the beginning option.
After just sitting there not pressing options. It gave me the choice to "press one for customer service". This i had to do to 4 times. They said " let me look up your information"
Then hung up!
Last person said they WILL NOT give refunds. We will have to use our Store credit good until November 202. Regardless if we lost our jobs or not.

I purchased tickets to an event in the province of Ontario.
Provincial law requires that if an event is cancelled, a refund be issued by any seller or secondary seller even if that seller is located outside of Ontario.
I pointed this out to their customer service department and despite the fact that this is illegal, they are refusing a refund.
A mere $400 refund would have shut me up but given the principle of it all, I am willing to spend that amount 10 times over to hold them accountable. It seems class action suit from at least individuals in Ontario will be forthcoming.
I bought tickets to a sporting event, nowhere did it say anywhere that we were sitting in a no alcohol section until I had downloaded the actual ticket. When l talked to a customer service representative he pretty much said I was screwed. I asked if I could change them for different tickets and he said no you will just have to sell them. Not impressed!
I purchased 3 tickets before the pandemic so Maroon 5 concert was rescheduled to September 2021. I emailed Secure Box Office about tickets since i had not received them. They first said they had proof UPS sent them to me and then 3-4 days later they said they had proof they were emailed to me with instructions on how to retrieve them. I have asked to see that proof but they won't send it to me. To say the lease, I am upset that i paid for 3 tickets and didn't even get to go to the concert. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. What a rip off.
I would not do business with this outfit. Back in 2020, we had tickets to Cher which by the way, were advertised at one price, but we were charged more for the total price. Because of Covid, they credited us instead of a refund. I finally got to use my credit and Nathan was a pleasant surprise as he helped me use the credit. Don't know if I'll get my tickets electronically in due time. This business is a joke. They should give you the total price of your tickets before you hit submit. When I called them before I was able to use my tickets, they were rude about giving me a refund. I will never use this business again and I suggest you stay away too! And I still have about $150 in credits!
I don't ever write reviews but this company is TERRIBLE! I have emailed quite a few times and each time, instead of connecting me with someone to talk to they send the same generic copy and paste response and won't connect me with anyone. Please do not purchase anything from these people. Please learn from my mistakes and the other reviews here, I'm out of $600 dollars.
I bought 3 tickets to the Prince tribute@ $25 each, which was $75. I was charged $213.58 for the tickets, that is an excess charge of $138. This makes no sense to me, and I will never buy tickets again from Secure Box office. Thanks for the info Diane S, but too little too late
I just found out that the tickets for wicked were "credited to my account." I don't go to the theater often and with no refunds given, I dont know when or if Ill find another show to use my credit before it expires. Would not recommend.

Not only did they not give me my money back on covid, but they gave me a time limit that lasts through covid! So I won't be able to even use their service from a $1300 purchase.
I will use ticket master next time, and I do not advise paying money to this company since when an emergency happens they will take it out of their paying customers wallets (who were also impacted by COVID)
After my misunderstanding of how resale tickets worked, I called SecureBoxOffice to express concern the tickets were in wrong name and one ticket was missing. I also found these reviews and was concerned after reading so many bad one's. I was surprised that I was able to speak to a real person (twice) and that they reached out to the original purchaser of the ticket to figure out what happened to the missing one. All issues resolved and they were polite and concerned over the phone. Les Mis is tomorrow and I have my three tickets in hand.
When the website of my local theatre did not open up quickly, I called a contact (877) number I found on the second page and got to Secure Box Office. They are pleasant and accommodating while they sell you tickets at a greater price than those the local theatre offers, but as soon as the transaction is complete, they will not respond to calls or emails and live chats. They announce up front that there are no refunds or cancellations, but I called back within minutes of buying their expensive tickets and met a stonewall. I tried their live chat 3 times but they did not respond. My only recourse was to call my credit card company and ask them to stop payment on the transaction. I will hear what happens in a few days.
