We bought tickets to a concert that was later canceled. These crooks refused to refund our money and gave us a credit voucher instead that did not work when we tried to redeem it.
Do not buy tickets through these guys unless you are willing to lose your money.
I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my purchasing experience by phone. I received polite, courteous, friendly, quick and effective service. I will definitely call again to use the balance of my credit in the near future.
I purchased 3 tickets for Ramona through this horrible company. My event was canceled due to the pandemic. I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with this company on an off since 2019. I have never gotten to speak to a live person and there is no option for REFUND anywhere on their website or telephone or "Live Chat". I am on a very tight budget. This was a special splurge for me as a thank you for two people who have helped me tremendously.
Secure box office literally stole 390 dollars from me. I booked tickets, had the number, nothing else was sent, went to the concert, no one could find my booking, 1 hour hotline on my birthday infant of the venue to be told the tickest have been taken already, by whom? I was still outside and went home crying, NO REFUND! This company should be closed!
We spent over $1400 for NCAA wrestling tickets and after many attempts, they never even offered voucher. We were out the entire amount. I would love to here their response. This was March of 2020. Never again!
Worst experience I have ever had! After FOUR attempts to buy tickets, I gave up.! You are holding hostage a four hundred dollar credit for the past three years. Today I tried to use it and buy four tickets plus pay you the difference. Four times you told me to send you my personal info in on the internet? Who sends their personal info on the internet these days? And to another country? You have lost a sale today! Better still educated me on who not to buy tickets from! Poor service! Poor business policy! And over all poor experience is all I have to say about your company!
Everyone that own or works for this company.
Should all be in prison
I've made it perfectly clear to them. That I will never go to an event ever again. I made it clear to them that I want my $1013.03 returned since they were not able to have the event that I purchased
I have asked for my let me say again. MY MONEY returned. I paid taxes when I earned this money
And received nothing. They just going to steal $1013.03 and give me nothing. They just will not return my MONEY
I CANT believe that they are able to get away with this.
I have texted BBB
I Have texted the place of the show
I have texted my credit card company
I have texted secured box office ( many times)
And for some reason no one can get my money back
This is unbelievable
My first experience with Secure Box Office turned out to be a nightmare! A total nightmare. I couldn't get anyone on the phone or online to find out what I needed to do to resolver the issue. When I finally reached the point that would allow me to order tickets, because they do not refund, I was helped by Megan. This representative could not have been more knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and respectful! She listened to my concerns and moved accordingly to resolve. Before yesterday's encounter, based on their business practices, I would never have used them again. But because of Megan and the way she resolved our issue, I would try them again.
You would think that a business's computer system was such that a previous customers purchase history would appear immediately after giving a name,Email address or telephone number would appear on the business's screen. Apparently not the case, as I was put on hold numerous times, transferred to other agents, repeated my personal info numerous times and after 40 minutes they finally agreed that the amount of money that I was refunded from a previous ticket purchase was correct and sent me a reference number which I could use to make another purchase for a upcoming event. I have now used up all my credits from my initial purchase which was cancelled and will never do business with secure box office again.,
DO NOT BUT TICKETS FROM THIS SCAMMING BOX OFFICE.
I bought tickets for The Weeknd for family members and myself valued at over $1000. COVID-19 hit and The Weeknd rescheduled and I tried applying for a refund then but I was told that unless if the event is cancelled I don't qualify to get a refund. Fast forward The Weeknd completely cancels the whole tour and I get an email saying "due to too many events being cancelled, we can longer offer refunds and will be issuing credits instead" I have fought with them and they will not put me through to a supervisor nor will they refund the money because they aren't secure box office but instead another company doing sales for secure box office. So we have been scammed and are being robbed and apparently we should just be happy with a "credit". Worst box office service ever!
The link for opening the tickets did not work, four hours on the hotline did not help. We could not attend the concert 340,- dollars done, NO REFUND! Kriminal
After being hung up on multiple times, I finally got through to a customer service, who transferred me to sales, who transferred me to customer service, who transferred me to another customer service.
After an event being cancelled due to Covid, I couldn't get a refund and ended up with a huge "store credit" that is near impossible to use.
After finally purchasing my tickets with a portion of the credit (while being pressured to get better seats, or purchase parking) to use up the credit, the agent tells me my credit is about to expire, but they don't know when and will transfer me to someone who has more information. After 1.5 hours on the phone I have tickets.
If it wasn't for this credit I would absolutely never do business with this company.
Worst company to deal with. They over charge you and don't offer refunds. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Do not use them!
As with so many of us, We had a concert that was originally scheduled for 2020 and then rescheduled for November 1,2021. We got notified the night before that due to Covid, the concert was canceled and not being rescheduled. Secure Box Office sent an email the following day stating that they are no longer able to offer refunds for events that have been canceled. Instead, they did issue a store credit to be used in the future which was more than the total value of our order.
My issue with this is that while I appreciate the store credit, I would've liked to have been given the option to speak with someone. Nowhere in that email did it say we had a month to contact them first or anything. I love concerts and so my husband and I figured we would use the credit at some point and go to one. It is five months later and due to medical issues, I'm unable to do so. I called the Box Office today and explained my situation and they wouldn't make any exceptions. I said to them that I didn't want any extra money refunded to me. I just wanted what I paid for the two tickets to be refunded and for them to understand that extenuating circumstances to happen. They said they couldn't do anything. I think that's really just a lack of understanding and customer service.
My previous event got cancelled, so they issued store credit. Fine, I'll use it somewhere down the line. Unfortunately, when I went to the website to purchase tickets with it, the website wasn't working correctly. I thought ok, I'll just call it in. When I called in the representative on the phone helped me place my order, but didn't tell me how much I was charged, he only told me how much credit I had left after the order was placed. The amount didn't seem right, so I asked him how much my total was. Somehow, it became $24 more from what I was looking at on their website. The tickets were more expensive and the service fee had gone up. Ridiculous. After I asked him to credit me the difference, he said there was nothing he could do. I called back to talk to "Customer Service". I got hung up on after about 10mins. I then did a chat online where they refused to credit me as well. One of their solutions was for me to sell the tickets through a different site. C'mon! I'm not looking for something special, I just want to be charged the correct amount.
I purchased 5 tickets from Secureboxoffice.com. 10/26/21 for an event at wind Creek Event Center on 12/1/21. I received confirmation emails, they debited my account, but tickets were never transferred. I went to the event with 5 people and had to repurchase tickets at the box office. Box office staff stated this happens frequently. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Very embarrassing since I purchased these tickets for a group of 5 of us. I will never use this service again!
Purchased ticket pd 533.90 for VIP. Never received tickets or refunds. These are scammers. BBB KNOWS THEM WELL. 100% TRUTH. DO NOT PURCHASE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
Purchased tickets that were triple the price for a certain date and after the tickets were purchased, I received a notification that the date was changed. The date was always a different date and was changed weeks in advance but was never updated on their website. This is illegal to advertise tickets for a certain date when it is actually date for the following year. How is this company still up and running? Interested in starting a lawsuit against them. If anyone is interested reach out!
Answer: This site is a SCAM! They significantly up-charge the face value of tickets and make a profit.
Answer: Uh I was charged TRIPLE for mine! They suck!
