Refund
December 15, 2020

Event was postponed due to Covid, it's been almost a year. Very dissatisfied that they will not take in consideration on what is taking place in this world. People have lost their jobs, no one wants to go to any shows right now. Why wouldn't you give customer's their money back at a time like this.

Scam
December 4, 2020

I was told if concert was canceled I'd get a full refund. I was told this the 8 times I called. Now concert is finally canceled and they are only giving me a me a credit. I spent over a thousand dollars that I'm getting swindled out of. I suggest you never use this company! Can't even talk to a live person. Never respond to online chat either. I dont want a credit! I want my money!

We had purchased tickets to a concert that was to be held in May, it was rescheduled due to Covid19, when we were notified of the change, we were told we had the option for a refund due to the circumstances. The concert has been rescheduled again to October due to Covid. We are not able to attend the concert and requested a refund. They are refusing to refund the tickets now.

Bought tickets for the Impractical Joker's shower for the summer of 2020. The show was rescheduled and then canceled because of COVID (understandably). When tickets were originally purchased it was said that shows that were canceled would be refunded, however, they will only give Secure Box Office credit. The show I purchased tickets for did not happen, so I want my money back. Many of us are hurting now because of COVID, however, that does not make it ok to refuse to provide us with a refund for a service we did not receive.

Canceled Event
November 4, 2020

My event was canceled. Wouldn't return money. Offered credit but there was no other concert offered of interest. Attempted to go through credit card company to get my money back they saw in favor of this company because they keep showing "tickets" of a canceled event as proof. Now they locked my credit that I can't use it. What a joke. Scam all the way! Stay away!

Thiefs
October 13, 2020

Purchased tickets from this unethical company totaling over $300.00. The events were canceled and not rescheduled. They did not reimburse me per their written policy. They instead gave me useless vouchers which cannot be used because no events are being scheduled in my area due to covid. I have contacted them over and over requesting a refund of my money and they refuse. Customer service reps will not furnish me with corporate contact information. Beware they are a rip off company. I have also told them I cannot attend any future events du to covid virus concerns. I am 67 years old, have diabetes high blood pressure and pulmonary problems. My doctors told me to not be in large crowds because covid could be fatal to me. I told this to their customer service representatives and they still refused to refund my money. They are unethical. They take your money and don't expect to get it back in the form of a refund if the event is canceled. I have never dealt with crooks like these folks in my. Life.

Horrible Business
September 22, 2020

This is by far the worse place to every purchase tickets. They are triple the price of any other website. I recently had an event cancel due to covid and they refuse to issue me a refund. They will only allow me to use a credit from their site that only last 18 months. With the state of the world as it is I am not sure we will be having events anytime soon. The customer service rep hung up on me and basically told me there was nothing they can do!

STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Not only did they not give me my money back on covid, but they gave me a time limit that lasts through covid! So I won't be able to even use their service from a $1300 purchase.

I will use ticket master next time, and I do not advise paying money to this company since when an emergency happens they will take it out of their paying customers wallets (who were also impacted by COVID)

I purchased tickets to an event in the province of Ontario.

Provincial law requires that if an event is cancelled, a refund be issued by any seller or secondary seller even if that seller is located outside of Ontario.

I pointed this out to their customer service department and despite the fact that this is illegal, they are refusing a refund.

A mere $400 refund would have shut me up but given the principle of it all, I am willing to spend that amount 10 times over to hold them accountable. It seems class action suit from at least individuals in Ontario will be forthcoming.

First of all I purchased $68.00 tickets in November 2019. When the bill was totaled it was over $191.00 I did not request insurance or anything else, the $191,00 is unfounded. Now the concert has been rescheduled 3 times! I would think an indoor concert during a pandemic is certainly grounds for a FULL refund. Not according to this outfit the concert is now scheduled for February 2021. They refuse to contact me regarding this or refund my money. Horrible rip off STAY AWAY!

Basically Scalpers
July 29, 2020

I didn't realize until I received their e-mail confirming my purchase that they are not actually the purveyors of any tickets. You pay them an exorbitant fee to obtain tickets on your behalf. Upon realizing I was just paying them to buy tickets for me and I wouldn't get my tickets until virtually the day of the event, (and they might not even be the tickets I chose at the price I chose) I immediately asked for a refund. Buried within their terms of service (which they know nobody ever reads thoroughly) is that they do not issue refunds, even if the event is cancelled. You just get "store" credit and have to hope they can find you a ticket at a similar price to another event you would like to attend.

In an era when Covid is making mass entertainment gatherings a dicey proposition: Buyer Beware!

Scammers & Thieves
July 24, 2020

My husband asked for tickets to John Edward for Christmas. The show was not until January. I searched google and this scam of a website came up first in the search (my fault for not realizing it wasn't ticketmaster) The tickets seemed very expensive and were $600 for 2 but I jumped on it because I thought maybe it was a private or small group. As soon as I hit purchase I realized it was general admission which on a real website was selling for $100 each. Within seconds after hitting purchase (which was over 60 days prior to the show date) I immediately called to cancel and couldn't get through. I sent an email, disputed through paypal and my credit card company and these thieves would not bend and continued to say there were no cancellations (even though it was seconds after I hit purchase and the show was still months away). They charged me almost $700 for tickets that should have been $200 and I was seated almost the back row of a packed room. They had a VIP ticket if I would have purchased them through a real company that were$200 a ticket with a meet and greet. DO NOT use this company, they are horrible and should be shut down!
