(ORDER ID #*******) I bought 2 tickets for the Real Madrid Sevilla match for 305 Euros months ago, they kept us busy until the match day by saying the tickets would be loaded, the tickets were not loaded and they did not refund our money.

I have a match today of psg vs benfica on 11 oct at 9pm. Right now the time is 7pm.
I still havent recived the ticket.
I have tried calling many times but no reply. It goes to automatic machine and then there is no reply. Mailed several times no reply.
I dont know whether i will recive the ticket or get a refund or not. I dont trust this site anymore.
If any one can help. Please do.

No support or follow up even though tickets we bought were wrongly described... we had specifically selected 'mid tier' tickets. They dont come through til last minute and when did we complained they were upper tier. In reality in stadium they were in last row of highest section - almost a health warning required imho, as someone with a bad knee and poor physical fitness. In fact the Irish Rugby Football Union who had prompted us to Seatsnet advertise these tickets as level 4 as opposed to Mid tier as 'premium' level which is top level and 5 up from level 4... yet Seatsnet hide behind statement that they have replaced with similar or upgraded! Not in anyones view... which was also obstructed by roof stansions. No screen was visible, but did get a great view of docks! Not only were tickets sold at a premium but Seatsnet charge a fee per ticket (watch that it looks like its one off but is per ticket) so they are imho, profiteering from this mis-selling. And yet would not listen to any request for review or discount.

Complete con artists. Never was there going to be any tickets. Fake. Keep in contact with you to hoodwink you into believing the tickets would arrive.

If they didn't send you a ticket as the most normal they will call last minute and saying that a printed ticket will be with a guy at the entrance.

This is FAKE WEB and they do not deliver the tickets to you.
They always try to keep in touch with you by email and inform you that your tickets will deliver in some hours, in a moment, etc.
But no any tickets could be received!

I DID NOT GIVE ME THE TICKETS. It was all stress, I bought my tickets for Beyonce (06.18.23), 3 months in advance and THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE TICKETS, I couldn't attend the concert. I had scheduled my trip to Amsterdam just for the concert and I didn't get to see Beyonce. I made numerous complaints by email, which were answered quickly with false answers (example: "you will have your tickets 3 days before the concert 100%, don't worry, be patient...). They kept changing the day of delivery constantly One day before the concert (06.17.23), even without my tickets, I received an email saying that they were not going to give me the tickets, and that they were going to refund the total amount of money (it was refunded after 4 business days). I don't recommend this site for ticket purchases, a lot of waiting, a lot of stress and then you run out of tickets. A shame.

This company is the biggest scammer in the market. We got tickets for a soccer game in Spain and they never delivered the tickets contact them and never reply. SCAMMERS

THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TICKETS 1-3 HOUR BEFORE THE GAME BUT AFTER THIS THEY WILL NOT RESPOND.
I WANT TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND TAKE THEM DOWN.

The game is today, and we were promised the tickets will arrive yesterday. We paid 1775EUR for PSG- Beyern M. As we come from another country, it's total hell.

Dont use this site its a scam they they call you to help you buy the ticket they never send you the ticket and take your money. If you tried to call them they will never reply to you. FRAUD ALARM TAKE CARE

I bought tickets for the soccer game between Benfica and PSG which will be playing this evening. I bought the tickets over a month ago
but still haven't received them. I have tried to contact them without any success. This is a scam! DONT BUY TICKETS FRIM THEM!

Does anyone actually work here? I bought tickets and then resold them. Never got paid. They don't respond to email, phone, whatsapp or live chat.

It is unacceptable that you send me tickets for a soccer game 8 minutes before it starts!
These tickets were supposed to arrive the LATEST on Friday 17 at 8 pm ( as stated in my account) As soon as I noticed that they were not sent, I called you at least 10 times, left voice messages, at least 3 emails, chats…. I lost the opportunity to watch a game for which I PAID for and you didn't FULFILLED your obligations.
I DEMAND a refund of my 5 tickets. I will contest all charges with my credit card company and leave horrible ( but true) reviews in the most visited sites in the internet. There is a very clear reason why there are so many terrible reviews on Seatsnet… you are THIEVES!
