Purchased tickets for Madrid game for Sunday 31/3 on Monday 25/3 was told they would guaranteed be with me in 1/2 days, advised was flying from UK to Madrid but was guaranteed tickets, constantly chasing from arriving in Madrid on Friday 29/3 and still getting told on email guarantee by that evening, tried the chat no replies, tried calling the 2 contact numbers and both numbers didn't exist, red flag now as bought tickets and was getting the further updates other than what seemed like a auto generated reply, on the morning of 31/3 still no tickets and no contact with anyone, the game KOd at 9pm and STILL NO TICKETS had screen shot all messages, calls etc of my attempt to contact them and emailed to say game now started and still no tickets so wanted a full refund, never heard back until Tuesday 2/4 where was told money will be refunded back to seatsnet wallet to use on next purchase, emailed back to say want full refund to card as will not be using them ever again, it's now 4/4/24 and NOTHING

Only way could speak to someone was to add tickets to basket to pretend going to buy and then they call you to see if they can process your tickets, what a joke take money don't contact you with updates but think you want to spend with them and within 5 mins they calling you straight away, even when they called explained not wanted new tickets wanted ones they already had my money for, to get told they are being processed that evening (this was without taking any information off me) or we got told someone will call back in 5/10mins which obviously they didn't

Absolute JOKE of a company, seems like SCAMMERS they were not bothered we had flew to Madrid from UK and had no tickets, even tried to say I still had to pay for tickets as I agreed to their T&Cs, even though they didn't adhere to their T&Cs where they say you will receive tickets 1 week before event and if seller doesn't transfer over they will match the tickets so you still get some, none of that happened but they quoted to me I was breaching T&Cs as I wanted a full refund to my card because never received what paid for

Me and my dad were buying Milan Vs Lecce we booked for Second Tier and we got downgraded tickets...

I bought 2 tickets on seatsnet.com for a Bundesliga match of Bayern Munich (Sun. 15:30). When I ordered, I was guaranteed that I would receive the tickets by 20:00 on the Friday before at the latest. However, they did not arrive and my attempt to contact seatsnet.com on Saturday was unsuccessful and the tickets were still not there on Sunday morning. Since we are not from Munich, we had come there especially for this game on Saturday and then decided on Sunday morning, disappointed and annoyed, to start our journey home again.

When we were already on our way home, I received an e-mail that the tickets had been uploaded. I had ordered 2 seat tickets for 189 euros for a category in which tickets normally cost 50 euros each. (So the value of the tickets I bought for 189 euros is 100 euros) When I looked at the tickets, however, I realized that we had received standing room tickets behind the goal in the worst category (worth 15 euros). Since standing tickets were out of the question for us for various reasons, I contacted Seatsnet again and told them that they had sent me the wrong tickets and that I needed the ones I had ordered (or equivalent/better ones) immediately or else I would demand a refund. Seatsnet replied that I had no right to a refund as I had already displayed the tickets, which is completely absurd in this case - how could I see that they had sent the wrong tickets before displaying them?

After I pointed this out to them, I received the reply that they had checked it and the tickets sent to me were different, but from the same category that I had bought, and therefore everything was fine. It could hardly be more obvious that this was not the case, especially as I had received STANDING TICKETS for 30 euros instead of SEATING TICKETS for 100 euros. I pointed out to seatsnet.com 2 more times that it couldn't possibly be the same category and asked them to please check this again. But I was only ever told that the tickets were in the same category and that everything was therefore okay. Then seatsnet simply broke off contact. Of course, we didn't go to the match as we were already on our way home (of course, we no longer expected the tickets to be delivered as they had already been promised for Friday and nobody had responded to our inquiry to seatsnet on Saturday) and we didn't want to turn around after receiving the wrong tickets because of standing room tickets in the worst category. If we had received the tickets we had ordered or tickets of equal value, we would of course have gone back. SEATSNET IS CLEARLY A SCAM!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I am a real person, and yesterday ( OCTOBER 24 2023) I was scammed by this page. Pay the entrance fee, after speaking in person with an agent. They are thieves, they steal money from people I purchased tickets for FCB vs PSG the tickets was fake

I ordered 2 tickets to maccabi haifa vs psg, they were almost impossible to get in israel beacuse of the high demand so i bought them at seatsnet.
I read the reviews and was so worried and stressed i thought i got scammed big time.
I even wrote here a review looking for advices on what to do.
Guys i have to tell you i was so wrong!
They contacted me about the tickets 2 days before the match and delivered on time!
They gave me full instructions printed and on the phone they explaiend everything so well!
Even then i was worried cause i thought maybe those are fake tickets, but when i arrived to the stadium they were absolutely fine and were next to each other like promised and the seats were in amazing spots.

This is my advice to you guys listen to me carefully:

1. A week before the date of the event you ordered the tickets for start write to them and contact them.
2. if youre having trouble contacting them, post here a review with your *order number* and request for help they will reply here with answers or they will write you directly to your email.
3. Be patience! I was so nervous at the begining you shouldnt be, the tickets will come 1-2 days before the event.
4.if it gets to 2 days before the event and you havent received your tickets, dont stop calling and sending them email, drive them crazy!
5. for every event you go to dont mention you bought the tickets from seastsnet, even if the tickets are real and legit they dont support the website.

*Final meassage to everyone: i had a great exprience with seasnet and a magical night that iwill remember forever but if you can buy from the original site do it, only buy from seastsnet if its very hard to get a tickets for the event. Than its worth the risk!

On 3rd July I ordered and paid for tickets for the Euros 2020 final on 11th July and paid by credit card. Receipt advised tickets should have arrive 8pm 9th July. It's now the 10th, day before the game. No tickets. Chat box doesn't work. Been on the phone over 30 mins and still on hold. Gave up after 40 mins. Very anxious. You cannot get hold of them to chase.
Update: email reply to my email I sent yesterday advises me to be patient. Tickets will arrive today or tomorrow before the match as per their T & C's. We have delayed our journey to London until tomorrow now. We paid for the tickets 03/07/2021 so why delivery has to be last minute I do not know. We will leave for Wembley in the morning and fingers crossed tickets will arrive. Will update.
Update 2: Seatsnet just called me to confirm tickets will arrive tonight or in the morning at the latest. Watch this space.
Update 3. Outside stadium. One hour to kick off. No tickets. Disgusting. Will be taking further.
Update 4. Watching game in a pub. Referred to Barclaycard. Never use this company - watchdog next.
Update 5. Received an email AFTER the game to say tickets cancelled due to problem with the seller tickets. See photo below. Now giving me a credit for the tickets with Seatnet for future events. I don't think so. Talking to Barclaycard fraud team.
Update 6. Email to confirm I should receive a refund within 10 business days. We shall see. In any event I've also sent info to BBC watchdog via BBC website.
