I used the online chat to find the boat cover that I needed. When the cover came in it did not fit. It was four feet too long. I went back to the online chat to see what to do. They gave me a form to fill out. I filled it out and at the bottom it asked for any other questions. In that spot I mention that on my screen when I ordered it the cover was solid blue and the cover I received was blue and grey. So it took 2 days for someone to respond. When they did respond he told me I ordered a blue and grey cover so I got what I ordered. I responded to him by saying that the color is fine but do you have a cover that fits my boat. I also listed all the info about my boat. 2 days later I got a response that I was approved for a solid blue cover and which blue would I like. I responded back that the color was not the issue that the size was the issue. 2days later got an email asking which blue. I picked a blue but once again asked if it would fit my boat. 2 days later I got an email with a return form and instructions. So I once again responded with I do not want to return this one until I know that the one I am getting will fit my boat. I got no response. 2 weeks later I emailed again asking the same thing. Still no response so I went back to the online chat. The online chat told me that the customer service rep would have to be the one to respond. 5 minutes later I got an email from him saying all I have to do is return it and I would get a new cover. I responded back immediately asking if it would fit my boat. Still no response. So I am going to return it and hope for the best.
Having a customer service that is email only is terrible. They do not have a phone number to call and the delay in email is very frustrating.
Was quick and easy. The cover fit better than I thought it would being a jet boat with over transom headers. Very happy with it

After giving the information about my boat, making sure I get the correct one, I was told I also needed a motor cover. Turns out, the boat cover also covered the motor, so I actually spent about $40.00 more than I had to. Now I have a motor cover that I don't need. Also, the associate recorded the wrong shipping address in which the shippers were able to figure it out. I must say, the cover is an excellent product, I have learned if you buy cheap you buy often.

It's actually a very generic type cover. It's like it comes in large, medium, or small depending on the car. So, if you are expecting a perfect fit, this is not the cover for you. Also, if your a single person like me, it's a bulky cover to handle.
It is good to keep your car safe from the elements.
Also, once it's out of the bag you will probably never get it back in.

I love these covers. I have multiple boats that I cover with Sealskins. They breathe well, easy to put on and keep out water and snow. The shipping got delayed due to the shipping company so it took longer than usual to get the cover. It was worth the wait.

Cover fits good in length but has a lot of sage's nothing in it for troling moter but made it worked

The cover is awesome and actually covers my motor so I didn't need to buy the motor cover on my 16 ft starcraft. Only thing wish had the bungee and the latch to tighten tje cover on both sides. Other than that amazing cover will buy again.

Website said I would receive my boat cover in 5 to 7 days, Over the course of 30 days I tried contacting multiple times received very rude service, lots of excuses. They refused to refund my money.I had no choice but to wait 30 days before I received it. Even after I received it. It was not made correctly and they wouldn't respond to my emails. Will not recommend this company.
