Bought their premium cover. First use and one grommet used to hold cover down ripped.?their customer service is the worst and they refused to stand behind their product. I know they have had numerous complaints to the BBB and even the attorney general. Check it out before you get scammed

Placed my order and read some reviews and canceled the order SAME DAY. They said 24 to 48 hrs processing time then 48hrs later I get a email offering a 10% discount if I don't cancel the order.
I declined the offer now its another 24 to 48hrs THIS IS B__ S__T.

I was very happy to receive my seal skin cover,however I called customer service and was told cables are universal and are all the same size. How is that possible when you sell different size covers. Bad Customer service and very misleading advertisement. Not pleased at her flippant attitude.

I purchased my cover on February 8th, this year. Since then my car has been under the cover for no more than 4 weeks. Upon removing the cover today I found numerous marks on my car's paint where the clear coat appears to have lifted or almost like some type of acid was on the paint leaving several milky spots on the paint. I have not yet been to a body shop to get this diagnosed but clearly I am not happy and will be contacting Seal Skin covers to see what can be done.

I was sent a cover that was too small. Then sent a replacement that was too big. Was asked to send measurments so a "custom cover" could be made. I did that. Then was told a custom cover could not be made. I was then given a refund. This was a giant waste if my time, your company list money & I am stuck with 2 covers that do not fit. Promises where made & not kept on multiple occasions. I have been & will continue to share my bad experience with all my van & car clubs from coast to coast.
Thank you for wasting our time.

Bought a cover in Sep 22 tried to put on for first time today Apr 23 due to severe weather in the area. Doesn't cover the entire vehicle so it is stretched tight to cover the upper part. Too bad says customer service since it is outside the 30 day return window

Sold me a "guaranteed fit" jetski cover that was comically small. Sent me a replacement, same thing, too small. Asked for a refund, and they ghosted me. Had to dispute the charge to get my money back. AVOID!

My ordering and shipping process was flawless. The cover itself is not a "custom fit". The flimsy system to help keep the cover on the car was quickly replaced by something I bought at a brick and mortar store. The cover is much thinner than I expected after reading it protects from hail. We have had three storms since I bought the cover. During one storm it blew completely off and during the other two my car was only partially protected.

This cover will meet your every expectation. It has seen snow wind water and ice and it's 1st Winter and it's met every demand not a drop of water got thru and the elastic around the edges is so tight and strong. With many loops and straps that you can really pull this cover tight.

Bought two covers, one for indoors and one for out. The cover loosly fits over my car and when it is windy the cover comes off. Not only that, there is a cable and lock that drag on the side of the car. I contacted Seal Skin and asked for a solution. They suggested bungee cords or straps, I didn't spend +$130 to wrap straps around the outside of my car. When I told them I was not happy they called me to try and sell me a new cover at a 40% discount. They were not willing to go any further as I was past my 30 day return window. I have two covers from other brands that have straps on the bottom to keep it secure on the car, I do not recommend buying from Seal Skin. Good at marketing, mediocre product and lousy customer service.
