Ad stated I get a cover that fits my particular bike height,width,and length - a snug fit. First cover received was for a moped. They sent me ups prepaid label to return and second cover received was bigger but was still too small since my rear luggage box needs to be covered also. Now I'm frustrated and asked to return this one for full refund since it's Not what was promised me in their online ad. At no fault of my own, I'm told that I would be charged an 18 % restocking fee! Was told this is the best they could do and cover was correct! Buyer Beware!

I purchased a cover for my full size 8ft bed GMC truck and what they sent me was two ft too short, even though the part number says it's for an 8 ft bed. Totally manufacturing error but because I tried to return outside of thier ridiculous 30 day return policy, their error becomes my problem. That is a pretty crappy way to treat a return customer, so I will give the cover away and buy one from a company that stands behind thier products.
My husband and I ordered three Seal Skin Covers to fit our jet skis. Our jet skis are stored out of state, so we were unable to install them for nearly two months. When we were able to install them, two fit perfectly; the third was just a bit too short. I contacted the Customer Service department at Seal Skin and explained our unique situation to Andra. She was absolutely outstanding and immediately agreed to allow us to return the short cover for a longer one, even though their policy clearly states there is a 30 day return deadline. Seal Skin sent a pre-paid return label and notified us by email when the replacement was shipped. I am blown away by the prompt, courteous resolution of our problem. Seal Skin products are well-made and the company prides itself on providing exceptional customer service.
It dosent fit like it should there is no motor cover and it's very over sized I will not order from you again.
I ordered 2 covers for my new Seadoos which did not fit correctly on upper seat area. Called customer service and they asked for pictures which I provided(large pocket of extra material aft of seat). Had rain storm last night and went out to checks skis this morning and both foot wells were full to the brim with water. Took hose and sprayed water in folded cover and it dripped through material like a coffee filter. They wanted more pictures but at this point just asked for refund. I wonder about reviews.

I ordered a cover for my car it came it was to big so returned it got the right cover that one leaked set it back got the replacement that one leaked so returned for a refund took over a month from beginning to end!

I got the wrong cover after waiting weeks for the wrong cover that i needed right away and was told it was in stock and i would have it in time for my client, I received it a few days late and had to order from another company to have one in time for my client to cover his custom truck I built him! I did receive a cover after sending the wrong cover back to them, but it took another 3 weeks for them to get it to me, I have a cover now that I have nothing to put it on!

I purchased a boat cover for my Mako boat from this company probably 2 years ago. We had a bad storm and due to some dry rot brought on by the sun, the rain had accumulated in one area and ripped a hole through the cover. I contacted seal skin covers and explained the situation. Without questioning me at all, they replaced the cover free of charge! I have always purchased my covers from seal skin covers in the past and will continue to do so in the future due to their fantastic customer service and five star customer support!
