I paid for a 100ml Pure poison on 12th May 2011 - I received an immediate payment receipt, followed by immediate dispatch notice (which I felt highly unlikely!) along with a Royal mail tracking number, that has consequently never been recognised by RM website. Item never received and any email i've sent has been returned. What fooled me was the fact that I found this website on price dumper and thought it must be genuine... Big mistake! Do not throw your hard earned money away - don't buy anything from this site they're thieves!!!See critical reviews
I ordered Christian Dior Dior Essence on 13th August and made payment via Money Booker. I have not received my perfume and despite emails I have received no response. I contact Money Booker and was advised that they have no complaints recorded about this company - I referred them to the reviews which they seemed totally disinterested in. They said they would investigate and would email. To be fair they have emailed me but the content has concerned me which is 'We will contact them and if no reply in 5 days would consider your case as non-delivery and further action taken. However all send and receive money transactions are instant, final and irreversible as stated in terms and conditions' This does not instill me with confidence. I am now of the opinion that I may not get my perfume and if I do it will probably be fake and in any event wont get my money back!! Also I have contacted Trading Standards and this company is in Bulgaria!!
