I ordered perfume from this site and they sent me a fake product. I contacted ECC and they gave me the contact details of a person in scent mall's complaints department. It took a while, but they gave me a refund. So, the best thing to do is flood this guy with emails (*******@perfumes.bg). He'll soon get pissed off with too many emails and they might stop ripping folk off.
