I ordered from this site last year and like many of you out there was sent wrong orders and tried desperately to get a refund. After constantly emailing, complaining, and promising not to let this drop i have finally today got my refund! Please do not give up as i thought of doing. I have checked my bank and the refund has definately gone in... it certainly pays to be persistant. Good luck to you all. X
