I love it so far

I like scent bird so far! As someone who does not like to wear the same sent over and over again I think this is a great option. I would like a lot more variety as I have seen that some competitors offer quite a bit more variety without them being premium. I love That they don't just stick to fragrances and offer car sense as well as candles. I'm hoping that we get a lot more deals because the ones that popup don't really appeal to me and a lot more sense because See amount that they offer now i'd be able to buy all the sunset I want in a year and never have to use them again.

Thieves

I've told them to stop keeping my card info, but went around and kept charging other cards. Overdrafts my account. Illegally taking money from cards I haven't even used there. They have a bullsh*t customer service, Through email. Garbage

Very predatory business practice! Stay away!

I tried to cancel my subscription via their website and had to wait for their response. Time went on and I forgot about it until I got charged again, so I checked my email to see if I got a response but I NEVER got a response back from them! I had to search on Reddit on how to cancel scentbird and they have a hidden URL that takes you straight to the cancellation option on the website! Terrible business practice!

I've appreciated this business. They have a great system and it works well. I've received awesome colognes in a timely manner and it's fun. I've even been able to pause if I needed to. I appreciate this. All in all, it's been a great experience!

Never Received Products

I joined Scentbird on 25 August 2023. By 17 October 2023 I had received no products (I should have received two already). Upon looking into this, I saw that the address on my file was completely incorrect. The city I had entered in the address field was changed to a city in the US (I am in Canada). I updated my address to correct it, however every time I would hit "save" and then go back to make sure it had saved, it had changed the city BACK to the incorrect city. After doing this several times, it finally accepted the proper city, but then it kept changing my postal code. I began taking screenshots to show proof that the app/website would initially accept the address change I would make, then five minutes later, it would change it to the incorrect address. I have tried contacting the company to either get my first two perfumes sent to the correct address (which I still can't seem to enter in myself, so I gave them my address over email) or to reimburse me. No one has responded. I have cancelled my subscription. Compete waste of time and money. 0/5 stars. Please don't waste your time.

I really enjoy the scents, but I think there's some kind of issue with the packaging. 2/4 of my orders have been completely lost and that doesn't happen with any other shipments to my building.

I didn't want this fragrance

My cart was empty and they sent me one that I didn't want the first time I got it and I don't know how to change it with out paying extra. And I did not get 50% off or a free case, sorry for the rant

The colognes used to have okay selection now it's just colognes they've gotten for cheap and are marking up. It's also almost impossible to cancel I tried cancelling before my renewal but I was still charged because their customer support couldn't check messages until it was in the "one day" processing step. This is bs as I contacted before and abided by their rules. Borderline illegal activities from their deceptive practices.

Be wary of subscribing with this company if you are not very tech-savvy or impatient when it comes to ending a billing cycle. This company offers no "unsubscribe" features and will guide you through a rabbit hole of emails to get you to unsubscribe. No options available anywhere on the website or simply through an email. You have to go out of your way to contact support, just to get them to cancel your account. Which is a direct violation of Canadian anti spam laws. This company is shady and I would be very wary of any money you spend with them

I have a subscription and I really love your products but it's now the end of September and I still have not received my subscription! And you take the Payment at the end of august. Very disappointing and then there is no place to speak to customer service or they NEVER respond

They sent a woman's fragrance to me (I'm a guy) that had nothing to do with a) my gender and b) my scent preferences. The fragrance preference questionnaire was pointless, as I received a feminine, pungent and cheap smelling perfume. When I complained, I received a generic apology saying it was a shame I didn't like the fragrance (ignoring the fact that they sent a female perfume to a guy) and a pathetic offer of a 'one-time, nonrefundable, non-premium fragrance' as a replacement. I wasn't expecting much, but this was lame - I asked for a refund, instead and was denied. Cancelled membership immediately - not a good experience at all.

Oh and if this DOES work for you - they send a LOT of fragrance in this 'trial.' I would rather receive smaller volumes of fragrance and more of them, than a lot of a single, monthly fragrance. (There are like 120 uses in each bottle.) That was my misunderstanding - I thought you could try multiple (or at least more than one) each month.
