Your order overall takes too long to be delivered I was charged twice for something that I never received when you write the email to the people you don't get a response nothing. There's no such thing as customer service.
I've had minor complaints when it comes to Scentbird (like wishing for environmentally friendly options and options to buy old design of cases) but overall, I LOVE the concept and it helps me try new luxury fragrances at an affordable price. They even have frequent sales on full sizes once I find one I love. Very happy with this service!

They sent me the wrong perfume since they didn't have the one I asked for in stock. Contacted them 3 times to get a refund and no one responded to any of the requests.

I have had my subscription for a few years now and the price keeps increasing and most of the scents I will choose end up to be an extra $10 so when $28 hits my account I realize that it's not worth it. It was fun choosing scents but I don't always choose one that is fitting for me and end of giving them away. Better to just take a day and get samples at the store and buy one you like. Just my opinion customer service used to be excellent now days it's a little annoying to cancel but other than that it was a good experience

I was supposed to receive 2 or maybe 3 packages and am on an automatic delivery withdrawal account and have not received my items. I ordered an additional set as well that never came and it was called the luxury set or baller set. I am depending on these items. Being injured at work is already a shot to the pride for anyone. Especially for me. Please remedy this situation and give some reason behind all of this. Something complimentary is in due order. That is how I feel and what I believe.

I love getting these generous samples of perfumes to try. Even when I get perfumes I don't like, someone I know will love it. Everybody likes things that smell nice. It's a little monthly gift for myself.

After a break, I signed up to order a scent for a Christmas gift. The website said it would ship in 2/3 business days. I ordered on Dec. 11th... It is now Dec 21 and I just received notice it shipped today and will not arrive until after Christmas. Although I've contacted multiple times, they don't offer any solution... even tried to tell me it was already in USPS facility in my state. (WRONG - that is my monthly subscription scent) the a la carte order had not even been filled. :(

I'm very into makeup and beauty, including haircare, skincare, and perfume. I've found that I can look as nice as possible, but I don't feel put together without a fragrance. I've had so many beauty subscriptions, and this is my favorite that I've ever had. I only get one fragrance a month, but I get to try new scents and really have a variety for every outfit and style that I put together.
So far I haven't had a single delivery turn up with damage. Everything is in perfect condition. I wish I had gotten a different color case, but I can add a case if it was really important to me.
Through Scentbird, I've found several favorites, and started to really nail down what notes hit right. I love it so much, and I'm so glad I have it.

I've been using Scentbird for about 4 months now. A few things. Their selection is excellent. I originally signed up to find a few more scents I could wear and like and I have found 3 of the 4 they sent me so far to be good. However there are a few features I'd like to see that their site/app doesn't include. I wish they would allow you to search by notes (like lemon, or citrus) and also to eliminate scents with specific notes from a search (like musk) allowing me to find a scent I'm interested in more efficiently. I also wish you could filter your search based on type of scent (EDT vs EDC etc.) because sometimes I'm looking for something that lasts 1-2 hours or for longer like 5+ hours and knowing that could help me find what I'm after a bit faster. I would absolutely recommend SB, however I hope they work on improving the search ability of their offerings. Also… bring back the old lipstick style cases, they were classy. The new ones are terrible and awful looking.

This is a complete scam, the site says it will take 10-15 days for scents to ship.! It has been 30 days still nothing. They have no number to call, I got an email stating they have more warehouses so there was a delay with the shipping. I was told it would take another 5 business days before it shipped out, which basically takes me into the next billing cycle. Save yourself the grief and avoid this $#*!ty corrupt business

My first order was $28 with the conversion from USD to CAD. I thought ok, a little pricey but not too bad. My second order was $47! Their excuse was BS! If you are Canadian, it is so not worth the price! A total waste of money! I rate this App 0 Stars but you have to give it at least a 1 star to post your review. 2 thumbs down 👎🏾

I was charged 17 dollars unknowingly, and they have refused to give me a refund. This company is very deceptive in their pricing. I have been speaking with their support staff to no avail. The bot they initially responded with, didn't even get the context of my email correct. It said something completely unrelated to my issue. Avoid.

I have experienced NOTHING but frustration with Scentbird since I joined in july. Pre-paid for several months of a subscription. Continually have to email then looking for my scents. They "claim" changed shipping in June and are experiencing some issues because of the. We are now in October any bugs stemming from a change in june should be resolved by now... or at least any well run business would have done so by now. There is no phone # for this company. So you must email them. If and I mean IF they respond to you... you will get some standard email template. I receive many subscription boxes, Scentbird by FAR is the WORST to deal with.

This Company should be shut down! I attempted to cancel after 2 months. I gave the company several opportunities to rectify the situation. They sent rude, unprofessional & ignorant emails.
The bottom line is: My Bank (BOA) did some checking & found Scentbird has a horrible reputation. BOA snagged my refund & then ensured these thieves cannot access my account further.

I honestly was really into this website but after looking over the reviews it made me iffy about subscribing or even putting my card on file due too lack of representative/support help anything could happen and there's nobody too reach out too no phone number only a email that nobody hardly answers too, I am a big supporter to all businesses but this made me have too by pass this site maybe make a better way to reach out too the public
My experience is basically the same as everyone else's here. I subscribed, they took money out of my account, a few weeks went by and I emailed their "customer service", got a generic response back that was in no way helpful. I finally cancelled my subscription today as I was afraid they would charge me a second month without sending me anything. I don't know how this company is still in business.

The decanter they give you fir the scents came ripped and shredded. All the white coving peeling off. I spent a good amount of money for 2 scents and have allready canceled my subscription because if how the service was provided to me.

I love this subscription. It's convenient, comes straight to your door so I don't have to spend hours at a store trying out perfumes. You get a sample big enough for a month but smaller than those bulky bottles. Most are inexpensive to try out. It can also make a great gift. I've given a few and so far everyone loves them. They have a bigger selection of perfumes than the stores I go to. I am very sensitive to perfumes and so I was very happy to find one that I enjoy and am not allergic to. It's called: Saoia asian unicorn from sanctuary. I would have never discovered this without scentbird.
Their website is easy to navigate. I love the descriptions of the products, where it comes from, what's in it etc. I like that they also refer to other similar perfumes if you like one in particular. They even send you a little card with the details of the perfume you ordered.
Overall a great company. I am very satisfied and will continue for a while with them.

Be wary of subscribing with this company if you are not very tech-savvy or impatient when it comes to ending a billing cycle. This company offers no "unsubscribe" features and will guide you through a rabbit hole of emails to get you to unsubscribe. No options available anywhere on the website or simply through an email. You have to go out of your way to contact support, just to get them to cancel your account. Which is a direct violation of Canadian anti spam laws. This company is shady and I would be very wary of any money you spend with them

Getting to test out any scent I've been wanting to without breaking the bank is truly an amazing thing. Only thing is, the first month comes with this dope $#*! case for the scent but after that if you want to keep getting one then yiu have to pay 10 bucks each. I mean they're sweet but i think 5 bucks sounds a hell of a lot more reasonable

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
