I love the concept of a monthly subscription and they have a good algorithm to help select fragrances. My issue is that the shipping takes a fair amount of time and my November fragrance was delivered on the 4th of December. I also wish they had more designer brands to chose from. Overall it's good and "almost there" to be awesome.

I needed to cancel my order because scentbird took out $28 for November! So I got on the app and started trying to find how to cancel my subscription and get a full refund for November. In which should not be a problem since they had just taken payment a few hours earlier! Anyways, I stumbled across the page that shows the orders that were delivered and for what month and what the fragrances were that were in the scentbird box! Then to my surprise I see 2 month in a row, March & April of 2023 where it states that I did receive a scentbird box for both months with 2 fragrances in each box! And I DID NOT RECEIVE A BOX AT ALL FOR THOSE 2 MONTHS! SO I THOUGHT ID GO CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS AND SEE IF I WAS CHARGED FOR THE MONTHS IN QUESTION! AND THERE IS WAS! THE CHARGE OF $28 FOR BOTH MONTHS! SO WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED ANYTHING FOR MONTHS WHEN I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING AT ALL? AND WHY DOES IT SAY THAT THERE WAS A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO ME? First off if you need help with your order good luck they don't have a customer service number! Plus I put my scents in my cart and was willing to pay extra for my sense that I wanted. Also I was supposed to get a case every month with my 2 fragrances but guess what out of the 4 months I was with them they only sent me one case that I paid extra for

I really enjoy my ScentBird perfume subscription! I enjoy selecting my own perfumes in the beautiful app, and my perfume always arrives in the mail in tact and on time. I also love to test out niche brands!

-it'd be nice to see the age of the person reviewing the perfume in the app
-if I could have additional purchases in Cart sent in my monthly prescription instead of separate shipping cost, I'd start buying more 1.5ml samples

I liked the idea of receiving new colognes every month, but for a total of $33 cad i dont think its worth it. The only way to cancel the membership is to email them, but they still havent responded after three attempts. Do not subscribe to scentbird as u wont be able to cancel ur membership.

I have a mixed review relating to my experience with Scentbird. The perfume came rather quickly and that is a positive.
Where my negative experience comes from is billing and customer service.
At time of order, it clearly states single month subscription is $16.95 USD plus.taxes. However, when I reviewed by credit card statement I was very confused by the amount it came out to. I then reviewed my order confirmation and that's where is states subtotal $21.94. Turns out there is a $4.99 USD shipping cost for outside of the US that was lumped in that WAS NOT shown at time of signing up for me. Had the shipping cost been transparent at time of order, I would have been fine.
I questioned customer service about it and that is when my experience worsened.
First, they felt it necessary to assume I didn't know prices were USD. Then when I noted that with the added cost and what the exchange rate comes out to that it really wasn't worth it for me, they felt it necessary to tell me that I cannot get a refund for previous orders. I never asked for one.
I found the responses from customer service condescending and contributed to my decision to cancel my subscription.
So my advice, is carefully review your order before committing to this subscription.

I was charged 17 dollars unknowingly, and they have refused to give me a refund. This company is very deceptive in their pricing. I have been speaking with their support staff to no avail. The bot they initially responded with, didn't even get the context of my email correct. It said something completely unrelated to my issue. Avoid.

I have never been a perfume girl, and this gives me the opportunity to try all kinds of different types to see what i like the most. I believe my favorite part is the case option, and i hope that they allow us to choose the color of the case we get if we are color picky.

I subscribed to Scentbird as part of a gift I was awarded for some volunteer hours. The first 'free' delivery cost me $7.31.
I tried numerous times to cancel the subscription thereafter with no replies.
Finally, Scentbird customer service confirmed the cancelation on the day after a second shipment was deployed. No returns. No refunds on merchandise that's already delivered. I would not recommend this company to any one, ever. My 1 star rating is being generous.

Shipping service takes too long. The product is too small for the price paid and most did not seem strong enough or the same. Confusing ways to cancel service just to annoy it's customers and that alone is not going to keep them. Better.off buying a sample off a marketplace or goto store to smell the original.

I like the ability to try different parfum without having to buy full size. I can select any fragrance available in scentbird website. It is easy to manage the subscription as well - I can change from one to two or three at a time. I have discovered many new fragrances through scentbird subscription services. I was supposed to receive 2 or maybe 3 packages and am on an automatic delivery withdrawal account and have not received my items. I ordered an additional set as well that never came and it was called the luxury set or baller set. I am depending on these items. Being injured at work is already a shot to the pride for anyone. Especially for me. Please remedy this situation and give some reason behind all of this. Something complimentary is in due order. That is how I feel and what I believe.

Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
