I am trying to get a screen repaired on a Note 5 for trade in. I have been given the runaround, cancelled tickets, miss information, wrong transfers, wrong information and still can't get my phone that I paid for fixed with proof of activation and proof of purchase. If I had any idea this was so awful I would never bought a Samsung and will probably never buy another one in the future unfortunately.
I purchased my oven in October of 2015 it's has stopped warming or getting hot. After giving all my information to Samsung the inform to the they only warranty their items for 1 year. I will never buy Samsung again after this horrible experience.
I had used Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I was really happy with my phone. Two years later it shut down suddenly and never turned on! Guess Samsung makes phones with an expiration date just like foods! Don't buy Samsung phones. Save your money!
Buy at risk. When the company upgrades they no longer support the original sale. It's your fault and then you get to talk to the company in another country who does not care what you spent you can pay for tech or not. No thanks! There's no care. I can't even find a creditable phone number that won't numb my concern like in the country I paid money for. Samsung never even paid attention to. Oooh maybe!! Samsung Customer Service is horrid! I ordered a Galaxy watch as a Christmas gift and, taking Samsung's suggestion, ordered the charger to go with it. Christmas day, it was opened and we discovered the charger was included! 13 days after that, I contacted Samsung to return the charger and was told that they would not accept it as it was delivered to me earlier than the 15 day return window. They will make NO exceptions for Christmas presents! While they are polite, they are immutable! They say "we value our customers" but prove themselves liars through their actions. We are building a new home and had planned on using Samsung appliances and products but, given their service and attitudes, we will NOT buy Samsung products in the future. Thank heavens I'm only out the cost of an unneeded charger rather than major purchases!
OK, paid up for this device. Amazingly, it comes with everything you need, EXCEPT, the wall plug to charge it with. Tried all of my USB compatible wall plugs, nothing worked. Samsung requires you to use THEIR wall plug adapter, which they are out of!
They first referred me to a Samsung adapter that is not even produced yet, then they referred me to one, over 3 weeks ago, that is on back order! They do not respond to service requests at all. How can this company sell a product, you can't use? Then ignore you as well? Avoid at all costs!
Samsung Care+ can be handy if you are planning to use it a few times. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use it. The phone was bought on April 6,2021. Low stock. It was shipped on June 4. About 6 months ago (December 2022) the screen got broken. I forgot that there was a coverage. On May 23 I called Samsung Care+ and asked if they can check if it's still covered. They said it's from the day it's purchased. So for future idiots like me please call Samsung Care+ the day when you receive your device in mail and tell them to honor what they suppose to cover (i.e. 2 years). I get it if the issue was a 3rd party company. But Samsung delayed shipment, Samsung sold me coverage. Both the same company. So they delay shipment and they waste your insurance. Probably deliberately.
Junk phones we bought one z3 in Oct 22' Nov. Screen went out. Was told z4 fix problem now March 23 we've had four of each screen go out and they say we met our limit of junk phone replacements. We still owe $900 on the two phones and only one can be used. Don't buy these junk phones
Quality Issues:
I purchased a Samsung smartphone, and within a few weeks, the screen started showing discolouration and dead pixels.
The build quality of my Samsung TV is quite poor. The plastic feels cheap and fragile.
Customer Service:

Ice maker stopped working... sent out 2 techs, neither could fix... turns out Samsung stopped making the part... 1st they offered a $1040.11 refund and I accepted. Then reneged and offered only $850. When I pushed back, they REFUSED to honor the agreement we had, then REFUSED to honor the $850 offer.
Multiple agents cut me off multiple times and 1 told me another agent lied to me... complete incompetence and rude behavior.
Ordered a Samsung washer and dryer, only based on the fact that Home Depot said they were available. They came three weeks later than expected, used the washer once, and now it doesn't work. Appliance repairman said the motherboard is fried, and he needs to order the part which could take a long time. Would definitely not recommend this company, because they have said that only if the motherboard does not work, would they consider sending me a new machine, and that will take months
I bought a brand new refrigerator from Samsung. We left for the weekend and when we got water all over the place, Ruined my flooring. Need to replace 200 sf of flooring that's discontinued. I had it for 13 months. Bought extended warranty and been waiting for parts for a month now. What a joke. I own everything samsung from phone, TV, dishwasher microwave, you name it. Never will I buy a samsung product again.
Horrible company... there products don't last as they say... I bought a dryer it didn't last 2 years and we wash only once a week. I had LG washer and dryer before and it lasted me good six years and I even sold it with the house. They charge you half the price of dryer to fix it... if you planning to buy Samsung think twice... I'm not gonna buy this brand never... 0 star
My unit was shipped to me apparently defective. Powered up and died within minutes. Returned, tech informed me that's not repairable and offer a buy out at 70% of value (?!) due to expired warranty (after 1 day!?), then they asked me to furnish the product bar code and a picture to claim credit. Didn't they know i shipped the unit back?
We bought a Samsung Smart Range with a ceramic top. After using it half a dozen times, there was a white spot that could not be removed from one of the burners. Nothing was spilled on this burner but the white "cloud" could not be removed no matter what we used. Samsung insisted it was our fault. They refused to even send anyone to look at the stove in person. It is clearly caused by heat because the white "cloud" is more visible when the burner is hot. No wonder the company is worth trillions. They do not reimburse or provide any warranty service for their products. The fact that a technician refused to even service their range, speaks volumes about the quality of their products. Zero customer service. We will NEVER buy another Samsung product. We are planning to buy new cell phones. They will NOT be Samsung! Retailers should STOP selling their products!
Just got a Samsung smart tv last night and got it set up. I took about 2 seconds to realize that it was a mistake. The picture quality is that of something from 1970. My suggestion to others is don't waste your money.

Please don't do any trade in programs with Samsung. They will trick you. They will tell you your phone is not eligible for a trade in after the return time frame. So you think you getting a good deal when you are trading in. But not really. You will be able to find better pricing on other website. All of my family members are using Samsung phones. This will be the last time as well. Never going to do business with Samsung. They are terrible. Customer service sucks. Please don't buy Samsung from Samsung directly.
I was a loyal iphone user for years but made the decision to try samsung during my last phone replacement. Never so disappointed in a product and service. Warranty was non existent! Only way to get my phone fixed within the first year was to pay for repair. Phone needed to be sent for service within the first 3 month of owning it, then advised to try a new SIM card as a solution for dropping calls due to no network available. So frustrated
Have a flip 3 and flip 4 phone as well as their fridge with the tablet in the door. All junk. Screen has been replaced multiple times because it cracks where it folds and the fridge Bluetooth speaker has never worked properly from brand new and started leaking water on the floor. Absolutely junk products do not buy.
Our Samsung dishwasher was the worst purchase we ever made. We replaced all of our appliances three years ago and within months, the dishwasher needed to be repaired. It was repaired two additional times. The last time was in February, By April it didn't work again. We were told the repair only had a 30 day warranty! What a rip off! Worst customer service and dishwasher! Don't buy Samsung products!

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
