Hopelessly worst customer support. Never buy anything from these careless customer support executives. A total time waist and a complete mental harassment.
Had returned a product and after a 5-6 mail replies, 2 comments on social media, 10-15 calls with Samsung support and 1 month of wait got my return amount. Also I got lured for cash back which I haven't received even after 10 months and again executives are trying to give excuses and misinformation.
Samsung has absolutely no dignity, ethics or morals and should and will be exposed. They sold me a defective TV and only 4 weeks old will not honor the warranty, return calls or provide warranty service. They lied to us time and time again. Stay tuned for more about Samsung. I am having a major news network do a feature on the operations of this company. Also be careful, you might be getting a refurbished TV not New. That comes from there own employees mouth. I have two houses with all Samsung products both refrigerators failed at around 5 years just out side of the warranty.my stove had the ceramic coating in the oven flake off and on top. This was replaced under warranty in the first year. I was told my most recent refrigerator failure was covered then I was told I had to pay to get a local diagnoses. 265.00 then they refused to warranty 3400. 00 for a fridge that only lasted 5 years. Customer be ware pretty products, but lousy function
I have a 2 year old Samsung refrigerator that stopped working with a 5 year warranty. It's been 12 days now since i call them. I don't know yet when they will come.Samsung is the worst place to spend your money. I am very disappointed
Worst modern phone ever made. Face recognition hardly ever works, fingerprint recognition is intermittent, not compatible with car audio usb which is really backward, fingerprint scan button on the back is just plain stupid. Yes takes good photos but my advice is buy a camera! Now need to see it at a loss and go back to iphone. Thanks Samsung!
I bought a Samsung washer and dryer top load from Home Depot. I have always used another brand, but wanted to try their products. I thought with the higher cost and several options that the product would last longer. I have had these for 2 1/2 years. I do normal loads of laundry. I had to call someone to come out today and they quoted me $500 to fix the washer. The washer will not spin and it is because I will have to replace springs around the tub. Due to poor quality parts. I have family members that use other name brand appliances. One family member has had the same washer for over 30 years with no disruptions at all and it definitely was not a Samsung.
Damaged product received and 75 days struggled for Samsung to comeback by the time we went to out of India and now defeated refrigerator lying down. No use I will suggest all my friends to not purchase Samsung items anymore. Worst service and worst customer handling process. I never expected this from one of MNC *******596
Staff is misleading the customer...each and every time...talking to the customer care executive...they say we cannot help you...sorry sir sorry sir...each and every time I got that answer...very expensive service...not to recommend samsung in whole of my life...very very poor staff they are hiring
Lies,deceit and scams. Promotions are a con to persuade you to buy products. Given bogus numbers informed case closed when it is not. After 20 years of using Samsung products I will now be changing to apple. Whole matter reported to trading standards and the press. You treat the disabled so disrespectfully
Ordered a dishwasher off Samsung website and it got delivered broken. Called and have been getting the run around for over a week and no technician has come out. Customer service is now giving me the run around and transferring me and hanging up. Really stressful and embarrassing, will not order another Samsung product again.
In June got some lines from the top of the screen to the bottom. In Costco they refused to accept it, gave us phone number to call the customer service. We had to carry this huge TV!
While troubleshooting with customer representative all went ok, more lines occurred but no cracks. At the end, there appeared 2 cracks on the screen, someone could hit it. Physical damage, not covered by warranty- agree! But they decided, the first problem occurred also from physical damage, even if there were no cracks! Of course, its so much easier! Samsung lost us as clients!
I ordered from Samsung.com as I expected better service than ordering through a 3rd party like Home Depot. However, it has been an ongoing nightmare due to incompetence of the installers and atrocious customer service of Samsung.com. On the 1st installation, they dented the oven and drove off. It took 2 hours and 5-6 different people passing the buck before finally getting a replacement. When they came back with the new range, they also installed my dishwasher but screwed it up. I was left with a slow leak that destroyed my kitchen cabinets and laminate floor. They refused to take responsibility and i had to use my home insurance. In addition, the new range was also damaged during the install but I didn't notice until after the kitchen was repaired. When i called Samsung, I got bounced between sales and tech support 11 times! I had to explain the whole thing to 9 different agents (hung up on twice). No one will take responsibility and help me.
Once you have spent money with this company not interested in support or parts for your item this isn't the first time either. I have now decided I'm am going to take my £1100 tv that's only 2 years old to the tip. And I will no longer be a Samsung customer no better feeling right now than to get away from this company
Reviews are bad anywhere you look when it comes to samsung. Take what others are saying and stay away you have be warned
Please don't buy any thing from Samsung Web Site. Terrible service. Buy from Amazon if you have to. My TV is not delivered over 7 days. I don't think, such companies should be allowed to business in United States.
I ordered a Galaxy tablet last January 30 2022 and the EDD is February 15 2022. I called them so many times and my order has been been escalated not more than 10 times and yet they decided to cancel my order after 60 days of waiting. What a horrible experienced. I will never ever purchase any product on this website again. If there is a option to choose 0 star I would.
I purchased a high end Washing machine from Samsung in June of 2017. That warranty expired six months ago. The circuit board of my machine needs to be replaced. I will have been without a functioning washing machine for two weeks once that part is expected to be fixed. I called Samsung and escalated the call.The manager I spoke to, Roger, was completely indifferent, unhelpful, uncaring and unbothered. I am so disappointed by this. This is the last time I will ever purchase a Samsung appliance. SAVE YOUR money, go with another brand.
Not sure if the modern devices from them are worth the money they ask. I abandoned the idea about buying their new flagship phone as the price went way too high. However the old one and the monitor by Samsung are still working good and cause me no problems, so 4\5.
I recently bought Samsungs highest quality 85 inch TV with a reg price of $6200. After a few weeks the remote no longer would charge via usb or solar. I spent hours getting the customer service department the numbers and information they needed. They said they would send me my replacement remote immediately and I would expect it in a couple weeks, tops. After not receiving the remote I tried several times to get through to them, being on hold for hours. Finally I got through again and the rep was a lot less helpful but would look into it. A week later I received a call saying they have decided to reject my claim for my remote. After they told me they were sending me one. Keep in mind this TV retails for $6200. I have decided to reach out here to tell all, about my terrible experience with Samsung. Buyer beware!.
My son bought a VR headset in December 2019. The headset did not work so he sent it back to be repaired. It is now March and he has called several times (~8) and every person we talk to says it's another department and transfers us. At this point he just wants a refund but again, we keep being told that's another department and transferred. This is an extremely unethical company that will give you the run around until you give up and keep your money and merchandise. We will not ever be buying a Samsung product again.
After purchasing 3 Samsung appliances and spending thousands of dollars, you would think that they would care enough about addressing a simple issue like a dent on a door. On my initial call a very pleasant and help young lady assured me that the door on my flex refrigerator would be replaced. After two cancellations from the service center for not having the part, a technician came looked at the door sent a picture, contacted the service center for approval which was denied and left all in a matter of 5 To 8 minutes. They consider the dent a "cosmetic " issue. So after this experience I feel that once they have your money they pretty much don't care about the consumer.
