I ordered from Samsung.com as I expected better service than ordering through a 3rd party like Home Depot. However, it has been an ongoing nightmare due to incompetence of the installers and atrocious customer service of Samsung.com. On the 1st installation, they dented the oven and drove off. It took 2 hours and 5-6 different people passing the buck before finally getting a replacement. When they came back with the new range, they also installed my dishwasher but screwed it up. I was left with a slow leak that destroyed my kitchen cabinets and laminate floor. They refused to take responsibility and i had to use my home insurance. In addition, the new range was also damaged during the install but I didn't notice until after the kitchen was repaired. When i called Samsung, I got bounced between sales and tech support 11 times! I had to explain the whole thing to 9 different agents (hung up on twice). No one will take responsibility and help me.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Samsung.com. Use someone with English speaking customer service like Home Depot.

This website connects you with non-English speakers who have very poor writing skills. The grammar was terrible and they fill out the word count by just repeating themselves over and over. This was for a college admissions essay and they filled it with random, irrelevant journal references, which is totally weird. When I complained and asked for a refund, they kept trying to get me to accept revisions from the first terrible writer. Then, they tried to get me to work with another writer. From the chats with the other writers, they all lacked basic English skills. I do not trust any of them. Now, I am unable to get a refund. I am going to have to go to my bank to sort this out.
