I bought 49'' Samsung TV on 13-Oct-2018. After 3 month, facing display issue like purple green screen was showing. Samsung is blaming to setup box which i am using past 3 year.
I am ready to replace the setup box but Samsung is not ready to give in writing. After replacing setup box still issue exist then they will be blaming on something else.
Believe me, be carful while purchasing Samsung TV. There's are brand which are cheap and reliable
I spent 48,000 rs on this. I am very disappointed.
Please think twice while buying Samsung TV.

Hopelessly worst customer support. Never buy anything from these careless customer support executives. A total time waist and a complete mental harassment.
Had returned a product and after a 5-6 mail replies, 2 comments on social media, 10-15 calls with Samsung support and 1 month of wait got my return amount. Also I got lured for cash back which I haven't received even after 10 months and again executives are trying to give excuses and misinformation.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator 9 years ago. Shortly after purchase, we experienced water overflowing from the condenser fins into the crisper bins, freezing and ruining the food. I googled the problem online and tried to fix it, but it appears there is no fix and it is a Samsuck design flaw. That is the first problem.

Periodically, I defrosted the fridge to clear out the condenser and things are good for a while. My wife complained again and I said I was going to bring in a repairman and fix it or buy a new fridge. I called several repairman who heard my problem and it was a Samsung and they would not come to fix it. Ugh. So, I engaged Samsung to come out and fix it. Through an online chat box, I scheduled a repair visit. On the day, no one showed, so I contacted Samsung again. I went through voice prompt hell and kept getting transferred from one group to another. After an hour, I finally got hold of someone on a chat box that told me they could not repair my fridge, so they cancelled my appointment (without telling me) and they had put in a new ticket to consider providing me a replacement fridge. Sweet! 6 hours later, they called me to say my fridge was too old for them to replace and that I was not going to get a replacement. Duh, you knew how old it was because I registered it online for warranty purposes.

Admittedly, I was skeptical when the rep told me I might be getting a new fridge. But the way they handled the whole repair / replacement process was exceedingly poor and frustrating. I am now in process of replacing this fridge with a Maytag which, by the way, was the fridge we had before and that lasted 22 years. Good bye Samsuck forever.

Best Friend

A Good Smart Friend as Samsung Smartphone, really helped me in all my online work and writings. It's been 5 years now and would love to continue this relationship for more 5 years to come. What a great system from look and features. It's a value for money and best for a mobile shopper. I like all the inbuilt features of the phone.

Having to replace our Refg. After only 4 yrs. Everything ices up. Bad, no good, junk, junk, never worked well. Have had to remove all our food many times. Lots of spoiled food.

After last Tizen update in the beginning of February my Gear S3 started glitching. The watch was on warranty and I sent it twice for repair. The issues we're not fixed and I was offered a replacement. After numerous service ticket numbers, hours on the phone with agents still have no watch. They cannot even provide estimated shipping time! Definitely will stay away from their products for long especially for pricing they charge.

Samsung tv

Bought a brand new tv. The first week we noticed the sound was cutting out. Called Samsung and they blamed it on our dish. Ok. Reset the dish box. Still happened. Called Samsung and they said it was our hdmi cable this time. Ok. Got a new one. Still happens. Called Samsung. They said they would have someone call in 1-2 days to schedule an appt. Ok. A week goes by no call. I call Samsung and the request never got sent? So now it has been 3 months and I am out of the return policy on the tv and Samsung doesn't want to do anything to help me besides make tickets that never get resolved. This is the most rediculous thing I've had to deal with. Shame on Samsung. I shouldn't have to go through this to end up with a reman tv when I paid for a new *******@Samsung

I Purchased a 58 inch big screen TV from Samsung three years ago. I started smelling something burning in my home and had the fire department at my home. The firemen found the source to be the TV. I called customer service and they were very concerned for the safety of my family and Home and said they will pay for all the parts and labor. They did not have to do that because I did not have an extended warranty. The customer service is so pleasant to deal with. They basically gave me a new TV and the repair man was top notch. From customer service to the repair man they were great to me. Anyone buying a TV I recommend go Samsung all the way. I know I will always buy a Samsung product. Thank you again Samsung. Your products are the best and your customer service is A+.

This is literally my first review of anything ever. Keep that in mind as you read this as the only reason I am doing this at all is to hopefully save someone from the frustration of buying their appliances. We bought a package deal of Samsung appliances. It was a DW, Range and French Door Fridge. It was not cheap but a good deal at the time we thought. LITERALLY the day after the 1-year warranty expired the Dishwaser began going into faults for excessive water detected. I pulled unit out, cleaned discharge and spent the next two weeks removing and cleaning the pump, discharge line (I even ran a new discharge) and battling with Samsung customer service over this. They are unwilling to help since it was out of warranty. I even replaced the mother board myself, which added another $120 cost to this appliance with no success. Same error codes keep coming up. Dishwasher required multiple washes sometimes to clean dishes. We scrape and rinse everything before it goes in anyway but didn't always seem to clean very good. I am only speaking the truth. I am very handy and am able to work on almost anything mechanical and some people might think that would be a problem but it was professionally installed, bought from a local appliance store (not a scratch and dent place) and all these issues occurred. I hope to spare even one person the misery of having this appliance in their home. I will be buying another dishwasher of a more reputable manufacture and most likely go "Office Space" on this hunk of garbage before recycling it. Stay away from these appliances if you can. I should have seen the warning signs, package deal on sale, poor washing quality, one day outside of warranty is almost Biblical honestly.
I am now reading reviews and learning I am not the only one hating these appliances. So far the Range and Fridge seem to be okay but I have little faith in them lasting any lengthy period of time.

Price over quality

Had been using their mobiles since the first samsung solid was published. Last two mobiles from them are s7 and note 9. What they had in common? Pretty good photos and speed. But seriously batteries are really terrible. It turns out that I cannot leave the house without a powerbank. Of course original one, as with updates they turned off faster charging with non-original powerbank (which is deeply overpaid). Screens are very easy to get damaged even if you are using the case.
So then if you have a lot of cash, samsung can be your choice. For other cases - at least 35% of value of their phones is just for samsung logo, but not the quality.

I have a Samsung French Door refrigerator model RF266AEPN that I purchased on 6/13/12. The first thing that stopped working was the display that shows the temperature. Next thing with the refrigerator cooling unit. I had contacted more than one service professional and they offered to come out and try to fix it but they said it probably would be a temporary fix. More than one service person told us that it was a design flaw. It was suggested we unplug it for a minimum of 72 hours and plug it back in and that might reset it. We unplugged it for 5 days because it was winter and would chill our food outside. When I contacted Samsung directly they said we have not had any trouble with this model and don't show that I have contacted them directly. Since g an d trying to reset did not work, and the temperature in the fridge was 44 degrees we have been forced to buy a new refrigerator.

I also have a Samsung Gas Range Model Number NX58J7750SS that I purchased on 1/25/2016. The numbers on the display stopped working correctly. I chatted the support line and because my range is not under warranty I would need to pay to have a technician come out. I didn't buy a range to only last 3 years.

If you purchase any Samsung appliances you better buy the extended warranty because they make the products disposable.

Their products are JUNK!

Bought a samsung s10 plus it was defective only had the phone two weeks they would not replace I traded my note 9 in for it they took the 10 back but did send me my note9 so they got 1000. 00 phone for free. All they said was sorry they do not care about the customer at all and did not offer to make this right. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG!

Terrible

This has been the worse customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Waited over a month for a phone to only receive it improperly packaged. Which resulted in the phone to come out of the inner box and be tossed around in shipping box along with the rest of the contents (charger, adapter, ear buds, ext.) Which all could cause damage to the phone itself. Spent 3 hours on the phone to only be told that I can return the device and then reorder it. Which would mean I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks to a month, and only be compensated a possible $25 off my next phone purchase. When the last representative told me that it is acceptable for Samsung to leave this experience the way it is and leave a customer extremely unhappy with the service and the outcome, I decided to return the device for a full refund and purchase a device else where that actually cares about the satisfactory of their customers

Don't buy

I used to be an avid Samsung promoter and now I am going to return everything I have of theirs... when I bought a new TV and sound bar I had problems immediately and should have returned it right away... they are now leaving me with a system that never stays working so I am going to return it. I tried for months to get it working with their tech support and never stayed working... seems they are not going to assist in getting the problem solved... I will not be buying anymore Samsung... don't waste your time or money...

Imagine, life is well, your phone is working. Then all the sudden your phone deleted EVERYTHING on it. A factory reset, that I didn't autherize... Even better when I tryed to figure it out from calling customer support they told me that if all 3 side buttons are hit at the same time for 10 seconds, it factory resets! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THATS A FEATURE?!

Bought a Samsung fridge, 2.5 years and it stopped working, Lost all my food. Had to call in service $100 who determined it was the compressor. Part covered by warranty, labour not. After numerous phone calls, Samsung agreed to cover labour. A year later fridge stops working, call service guy again, it's the compressor again. Service guy says the system is fouled. Samsung won't do anything! Even though the compressor is supposed to be covered for 10 years, they seem to only cover 1 compressor! I am a single woman, this fridge was lightly used. Hundreds of dollars of lost food, $200 service calls and a dead fridge. Will NEVER buy another Samsung product ever again.

Very bad buisness

I have always loved Samsung products but the customer service is horrid. I applied for financing and was approved however they cancelled my order the next day so I reorder and the same thing I call and they put me on hold for 40 minutes just to tell me to call TDI bank so I do. No problems there, I still was approved and no block on my account so I call Samsung back and they tell me there is nothing they can do unless I want to pay with my credit card. Seriously!?! So needless to say I take a small hit to my credit for applying for absolutely nothing.

As companies do these days they have outsourcef to the Arabs and Indians, do not expect any good help from their trash customer service, it's amazing. One month after saying they shipped my order and tracking number doest show anything they cant figure out if and how THEY messed up. They havent had a worthy product since the galaxy tab s 8.4 anyway, I'm done with them.

The customer service is extremely bad they hang up 2 times in 1 day the phone just because they are not able to answer to simple questions like "Why samsung pay is not working in ireland and if there is any plan of fixing this problem in the near future " and " if esim for galaxy watch will be available in Ireland in the near future " basicly the girl on the phone had no idea what i was talking about, it is absurd for a big company like Samsung to have such a pure customer service and to put on the ireland market at full price products that don't do what they promised to do. I am a fan samsung, and i feel disappointed. Hopefully they will improve in this side o their business.
