As many have pointed out, the trade in offer ($350 off an S10e) by Samsung.com is a scam. My perfect LG V30 was denied for false reasons, and after 2 weeks of delays and runarounds, I wrote a physical letter to the Samsung CEO. After 3 days, I got an email that my trade in was totally acceptable.
Then, I used my 800+ points (=$4 off) to order a micro SD card on Sept 2. It is now Sept 15 and it still have NOT arrived. Tracking said it was due the 12th, then 13th, then 14th, now is saying the 16th (UPDATE: scratch that... NOW saying 17th. My guess is it will be the 31th of Sept... yes, I know, Sept has only 30 days, but then again, we are talking about Samsung). UGH.
Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018.
Watch wasn't working as of May 2019.
Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch. They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch!
Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch.
Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number.
I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number.
They will not honor the warranty!

Your product are a huge disappointment as your services! Had there been some negative rating, i would rate it -ve to infinity! Product gets out of order as soon as the warranty expires. Customer service is very slow and service providers are rude! Huge disappointment. I will recommend to use any other product except Samsung

I have long been a fan of Samsung products, have had good luck with all, phone, fridge, washer/dryer... Until yesterday when I needed a little help from customer service to reset my freezer temp. Well, I had the pleasure of speaking to two of the most rude men I have ever spoken to in a customer service position. When they have attitudes and hearing issues on top of speech barriers... this is a bad combination! I have never had an issue with c/s from here before but two in one day... uggggg so mad! Ps. Fixed the issue myself by going online... will rethink purchasing Samsung anything in the future.

Warranty service so SLOW 21 days!. This is 2nd time this year washing machine (Samsung WW80J6410CW) has broken, 2 1/2 years old. 1st time took 19 days to get repaired. This time 21 days. The engineer can only inspect the machine after 10 days and then only come back 11 days later to fit the parts. I tried complaining to Samsung Cutomer Services Solutions. But they say there is nothing they can do. They finished by saying have a nice day!
Bought November, installed end of November or 1st week of December 2018, May 23,2019 it's broken! I'm back to my old HDD running since 2012 - I thought SSD's are much more stable? I upgraded my Macbook Pro mid 2012 and it was working fine then all of a sudden everything's slow. Tech did a clean OS install on it and it was still slow! When he tried another SSD and installed the OS there - laptop became fast again and so it's the SSD that's broken!
I bought samsung Level wireless earphones with a six months warranty, It stopped working within 2 months, I called customer service just to get a rude and aggressive response That they cant do Anything about it, if u cant give that Service dnt give fake promises, I know your not gonna care about this review as you dnt care abt Your Costomers once you have there money.
If I could give lower than a "1" rating I would. I wanted to upgrade my Samsung S7 phone to an S10. They offered 100.00 for a trade if it turned on and was wiped. There was nothing wrong with my phone. It turned on just fine and it was cleared. I got an email from them stating that it did not turn on and it was not wiped. First, how would they know it was not wiped it they could not turn it on? I called them on it and they said sometimes things happen and they are graded incorrectly. To this day, they still have not given us the full credit. They are completely dishonest. Sell your phone privately! They have my perfectly good phone and screwed us out of 100.00. Shame on your Samsung! We have a large family who is always upgrading our phones, and due to your dishonestly it won't be with you.
I was so excited to purchase or brand new Samsung washer and dryer combo. The sleek design fit in perfect with our newly built home. I have just owned the products for 2 years when I started having water leaking from my washer. I called Samsung to have the problem looked at and they sent a repair man. The repair man advised that they could not find an issue but would replace the drain as that might help. 2 months later my drain was replaced and still had water leaking. E mailed back again and they sent a repair man. He advised that I am having water leaking from using to much soap. I use tide pods that are pre measured and only one pod per load. They covered the repair man and the parts. No one had ever personally reached out from Samsung only emails or a text if I was satisfied. I had extensive damage to my floors walls and baseboards. They then e mailed and advised that I have no warranty left and they will not correct the problem. I am stuck with an expensive hunk of metal, damage and no solution. Weird they paid for the "repairs" but now I don't have warranty. The amount of money I also spent on laundry service driving to and from town to have clean clothes and all while trying to run a family of 6. You would be better off to buy anything but this product. Buyer beware service is horrible and I now have to get a new washer and could have used the money spent on laundry service to put towards a new machine not to mention the 2500 in repairs to my hardwood and drywall.
Don't buy any Ac from Samsung. I got a defective Ac and when I called to Customer care they didn't help me.
From day one my new Samsung 9 froze reeatedly with no apparent cause. I called customer service and they couldn't help.
Have owned the French door refrigerator with extra drawer, ice maker in the refrigerator cavity, freezer on bottom. Worst product ever. Have had a technician here 4 times in 12 months. Ice maker keeps freezing up and will not dispense ice. Now it is frozen solid, can't even open the ice maker if you tried. Would NEVER recommend this product. Samsung keeps giving me a "tech". The tech disclosed they've had nothing but PROBLEMS with this model. Absolutely frustrating & ridiculous.
Basically the worst product. Bought twice brand new: here's a summary of the problems encounter: bad customer service, defective cellphone first day I bought it, trouble with internet, not receiving txt, call, sim card issu, screen light is terrible, battery doesn't last, updates kills the cellphone also create more problem to deal with. Fragile, doesn't last, tactil doesn't respond correctly, many samsung apps are defective on the device. Not waterproof, charger port doesn't charge often so you need to buy a wireless, white screen if it's too bright. Curved glass so it's more expensive to fix looks great but works terrible. Warranty are headache, trash and you better have it. Camera filming is good enough the rest is a recipe to waste money. Overall in 3 year with samsung my samsung s5 was way better then the new one samsung galaxy s8 s8+ s9 and s10. I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN ANY PRODUCT FROM SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN based on 3 year experience with those $#*! product. Such a time and money waste get refunded while you can never buy from samsung overall it's just a defective product and you know the joke? It's in mint condition and brand new. Garbage company didn't improve jack **** and I won't ever again buy a samsung product. Customer service is time consuming and doesn't do much. Worst cellphone experience ever had in 6 years of buying different one.

Will never buy a Samsung appliance again. Parts for four year old dishwasher no longer manufactured. Samsung informed me I would "have to buy a new dishwasher" since I didn't purchase the extended warranty. Who would have thought parts would be discontinued after only four years. Dealing with customer service was frustrating and futile. They have the runaround, evasion and lying down to a fine art. Will never buy or recommend Samsung products to anyone. Pam Corgan

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
