The best screen quality

I have got my first selphone of the brend samsung. What I can say is that I was impresed by the quality of the colours and camera. It gives high quality picture. I also have got iphone. Both are really good. I find those two sytem android and ios are really comfortable.

I just spoke with a customer support associate regarding my Samsung top load washer... aka "Lemon." I
Purchased this washer in 11/13. New, along with the dryer. Within the first 2.5 years the washer became unusable, as the inside tub would shake violently, and not finish the cycle. I was alerted to a Samsung recall, which involved tub issues, including "potentially exploding washers." Samsung sent a Repair Tech to service my washer, which seemed to take care of the problem. Fast forward to the past two weeks... and the same exact tub issues have reappeared. Regardless of load size or spin setting, the inside tub shakes violently when beginning the spin cycle, and I cannot complete the cycle. I have followed all of the instructions provided by Samsung, and I have repeatedly re-arranged the items being washed in order to balance the load. This does not resolve the problem. I have been informed nothing can be done, as the manufacturer warranty has expired, regardless of the fact there was a product recall, and the same recall is in effect now. Samsung will gladly schedule service for my washer, as long as I know they will not offer any form of compensation. I understand warranties, but I also expect a Samsung washing machine to last more than 5-6 years, especially when they have a recall in effect for potentially "exploding washers." I have purchased my last Samsung product of any kind. Buyer beware is evidently very true. Model #WA456DRHDSY/AA

Samsung is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. From The general consumer call centers to the office of the president, Samsung is corrupt and does not care about consumers. I mistakenly purchased a product that needed repairs. The product was repaired multiple times, and on the final repair, Samsung had canceled the repair ticket and STOLE my product! Left empty handed and only with ultimatums from Samsung I had very few options. Samsung lawyers lie through their teeth and because they are such a large corporation nobody else will stand up and help the consumer.

The most disgusting part about the whole situation is Samsung violating my consumer rights, my rights has a United States citizen. I challenge each and every one of you that reads my horror story to not give a dime to this company, they don't belong in the United States!

If i didnt need to put a star i wouldnt bought my washer in December by February needed drain pump by may needed motor and after 2mths Samsung decides to replace it never mind all the inconvenience they and they say they are for the customers not having a washer is like not having a toiet you need it.!

Samsung buyer beware

Being wout a refrigerator in the middle of summer for 3 weeks is only entitled to a $50 compensation from lovely Corp Samsung buyer consumers do yourself the favor and buy another product Samsung customer service sucks and they don't care your just another number they will push your phone call and emails off left unanswered for weeks they don't care your just another nobody to them after spending $1300 for their products such a shame

A leaking gasket - should be easy to fix but 2 months of going around in circles, and they still can't give me a price or part number, or some way to repair it. At first they say it is covered, then not covered by warranty. I don't care if it is covered or not, happy to pay to fix it, but they can't tell me how much. Maybe they are just bluffing me to avoid admitting that the parts are not available. Their service contractor was very unprofessional, supposedly paid by Samsung to assess the unit, but requesting payment to walk in the front door.
I have saved copies of all the chat transcripts from May2019 to August2019 and will share if you are interested, and you can see for yourself how Samsung treats it's customers.

I called them on the 27th of last month to get a replacement adapter for my vaccum cleaner, the lady said it's going to be shipped out. Called two weeks after, the lady I spoke to said it takes 5-14 business days. I called after 14 business days which was july the 17th, the person I spoke to said it was s being shipped that I should give it two more days... then I called two days after which was July the 19th, this lady I spoke to said it was shipped july the 3rd, and delivered july the 5th... I'm like how come the person I spoke to on the 8, and on the 17th didn't see that... but she kept arguing with me that it was delivered, but I didnt receive anything because they said they dont give out tracking number. Which is ridiculous to me... then she said oh she is going to out out another ticket for another one to be sent out... then I called back on the 23rd, another person picked the call and said there is no record of me talking to them or calling at all except from the 27th when I placed the order, and I am like who have I been talking to for the past 1 month... called again today, still the same old BS they giving me..

Hi,

I had purchased a Samsung UA40D5000PR LED TV in 2013. While purchasing the TV, Shop Owner assured me that Samsung LED TV's don't have any problems till 20 years. It will work fine as compared to older CRT TV's. But after 5-6 years my Samsung LED TV stopped working. So I contacted their service center for repair. Now Samsung started showing their true HD colours.

Their Visit Charges: 1000.rs+ 180.rs GST+ 295.rs Engineer Visit extra= 1180.rs

Parts or extra charges as per the product with GST.

So I booked their engineer visit which was local TV repair Man, not a professional engineer.

First he told the total charges would be around 7000 -7500 for Motherboard of TV.

I said ok lets do it. But disaster was to come, after 2-3 days he called me and said the company has closed the production of the mainboard. Also you need to replace the TV for 8000-9000rs.

I had bought the LED for *******.rs.

So please don't buy any SAMSUNG products, they are cheap, unreliable, NO GUARANTEE for any parts.
If you want to take risk, then buy at your OWN RISK.

A year ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot in Ontario, CA. A year later, it buzzes like a wrong answer on a game show. It does it 24 hours a day and the worst in the middle of the night and loud. Trying to get Samsung to come out too a week. Their service person said I needed to record the buzz. You try running for your phone in the middle of the night or across the house because the buzz is only seconds but long enough to make your life hell. So they schedule another person to come out. Its' already a week with this. We are ready for this appointment when that tech calls and says he's too busy and can't come out for another week! 6 calls to Samsung, demanded a supervisor but she had no idea what a buzzer was. It was almost comical. So I decide to call Home Depot. Yeah they have what they call Customer Care. He listened to the whole story and came back on the phone and told me nothing they could do. The worst part is I bought two of these fridges, one for me and one for my daughter because they were on sale. So here I am. This noise box. Waiting now another week for him to come out and tell me he needs to hear the buzz. Then he needs to live in my house. Samsung needs to replace this refrigerator. Maybe I will edit my review when a decision is made about this but one thing for sure, I sure wish I had purchased a Whirlpool.

Samsung fridge gave out, Their Customer Support referred us to Home Service Network in NJ. They did not show for the appointment but came 2 days after the appointment--meanwhile no fridge. Also, they don't pick up their phones. Later I learned they are "F" at Better Business Bureau, with lousy customer ratings. Why does Samsung use these people?

Terrible!

In 2017 I bought a Samsung S8 Plus brand new that developed pixilated screen 9 months ago. I switched back to iPhone due to the issue with the screen. The Samsung was never dropped and was encased in a Otter box Commuter Case. I called Samsung support wanting to send off the S8 Plus to get screen replaced. I was very detailed saying it's 3 years old and out of warranty. Original quote to replace was $70.31 USD. Not only did I have a lemon Samsung phone broken but two weeks later since Samsung support received my phone they email me requesting additional $134.05 USD not the quote they have me making total repair $215.42. I cannot even sale the phone for that price. Garage service and lied about quote for repair. Very unprofessional I will never purchase a Samsung product again.

I am not at all happy Samsung appliance sales service follow through. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from HD. No one made it clear HD was the go-between and I was really purchasing from Samsung. The delivery guys told me to email HD with photographic evidence of damages on the unit the day I received it. They then told me I could request a rebate or new unit once I did so. They told me if I signed for delivery there would be no problem with this. That was a lie. They also were completely unclear... as I later found out... I needed to contact the Samsung department within Home Depot... who clearly doesn't give a damn about customer service or Samsung's reputation. I emailed HD within 24 hours of receiving my refrigerator with photographic evidence... as would be time/date stamped, as I was told to do by the delivery guys... citing damage to interior ice chute and door handles, as well as the right side of the unit. It was such a hassle to get in my house I requested a credit rather than deal with more possible damaged units or damage to my floors and walls again. After being ignored regarding the email (no you sent to the wrong dept or feedback of anykind), I tried calling. I was tossed back and forth between Samsung themselves and HD... each blaming the other and saying the other was responsible. I have been dealing with the Samsung department of HD... which someone finally directed me two two weeks and dozens of phone calls after initial delivery. I have called repeatedly while being told to wait for verification of delivery... which took over a month to procure. This is not at all profressional. As I began to expect, I was told I'm not going to get any rebate and to go away. I used to always purchase Samsung cell phones to this point as well and that ends today after this horrible, unsatisfactory experience and dishonest practices on Samsung's end.
