The watch stopped working after 5 months. Long story short, on the third call they decided to send me a new charger. That did not help. Called them again, on the phone for almost an hour and had to give the customer service person all the same information, copy of receipt, prior ticket number, etc. She put me on hold multiple times and agreed that the watch was still under warranty. Then she put me on hold again and I was disconnected. She did not call back even though she had my call back number. Every time I called I had to go through a long process because they can't access the old information and say the ticket is closed. Also, you have to call from a land line or call from a friend's cell phone because they want you to upload a picture of the receipt in Text Messages and some cell phone plans do not have the ability to send a picture while talking on the phone. One representative gave me their email address and I never got a reply back. I called back and verified the email address and the representative said it could take a couple of weeks. It has been months and no reply. It is unbelievable how bad they are. I would not buy a Samsung again.
I purchased this Nov 2018. It worked good for 9 months. For past two months I have tried to contact the company I purchased from - East Consumer Electronics. They were worthless. Then, I tried Samsun. They have the worst Customer Service. Cannot get a live person and the chat is worthless. Cannot get them to give an address of repair center. Dont buy Samsung. Warning to all customers. SAMSUNG TRADE IN DEVICE OFFERS. Samsung Trade In is a scam. The trade in has very strict rules. I followed the strict rules for my 2 devices that had to be sent off. Mine was accepted and a scheduled payment of 8-12 Weeks (too long!) However no choice but to wait. 12 Weeks past NO PAYMENT! Contact Customer Support the service is non-existent, open tickets NO RESPONSE. Contact Again Escalate NO RESPONSE. All Customer service can do is escalate time and time again NO RESPONSE. $800 no payment. Taken my devices NO RESPONSE! If I didn't follow Samsung T&C'S correctly I could lose the devices or a $25 payment! Samsung doesn't follow there own T&C's They just ignore me. WARNING TRADE IN A DEVICE FOR SAMSUNG WAS AND IS A SCAM FOR ME! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I've been using samsung galaxy since the s7. Everytime a new galaxy phone comes out, I have to have it. My least favorite this far has been the s9 and I only say that because the battery life. I'm wielding the S10+ now and I have absolutely no complaints. I absolutely love the phone and anytime I've ever needed help with anything, Samsung goes above and beyond to help me through it. I've read a lot of reviews on here, I don't know why Samsung has such bad reviews. I've been using their products loyally for over a decade and I've never had any problems.
One suggestion I do have for the next galaxy though - please get a IR blaster. It's the one thing that no one has on their devices anymore but one of the first that I look for in the spec's before preordering a new phone.

I bought a Samsung KS8000 65" TV with my hard-earned savings for $2700 in April 2016 (it was brand new at the time).
Now it's a paperweight because it won't stop doing a reboot loop. The TV turns on for a second, then turns right back off, then repeats ad infinitum until unplugged.
I tried all the obvious ways to fix it. Nothing helps. And then I discovered in multiple forums that COUNTLESS OWNERS OF THE SAME TV HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE and can't resolve it without repairs that rival the cost of a new TV.
My TV is only 3.5 years old. It was near top of the line when I bought it. This problem is completely unacceptable for a TV this new and unless Samsung repairs or replaces my TV for free, I will not purchase Samsung products ever again.

I bought 5 major appliances from Trail Appliances and the Samsung dishwasher, not even 3 months later, does not work properly. I have used dishwashers before and have tried the products that others use and have worked well for them and still come out with dirty dishes. No other person I know has had the issues I am having with this Samsung dishwasher. I've gotten 5 different instructions from 5 different employees of Trail Appliance and Samsung, some are telling me I have to deal directly with Samsung and say they have to send one of their technicians and some are telling me Trail Appliance has to send their technician. I contacted Samsung and they sent a technician that could not fix the problem because he was getting code readings that he did not understand why and went over some ridiculous user suggestions like run your kitchen tap till water runs hot before starting the dishwasher and use different brands of detergent then what was sent with the appliance as a sample. But he basically walked away and my dishwasher still does not work properly. I than contacted Trail Appliance and repeated the story to the employee who than insisted they have to now sent one of their technicians to check, I explained I already gave up two days of work to deal with the repairs and I don't think I should have to give up another day of work when Samsung's technician was already there and could not fix it. Trail appliance warranty manager is not calling me back to deal with this issue and I am taking it as Trail Appliance is not standing behind the products they are sell. DO NOT BUY FROM TRAIL APPLIANCE AND FURTHER DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND YOU GET THE RUN AROUND FROM BOTH COMPANIES.
My son bought a brand new Samsung A50 phone from a Verizon store in Flagstaff, AZ. 15 days later the phone began malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the Verizon sales guys in-store told him to send it to Samsung. I think they should have taken care of it right then and there, and a Verizon call center rep I told me as much. My son sends the phone out and Samsung contacts him to tell him that there is moisture damage and it's not covered under warranty. $250 to fix a $380 phone! Of course, my son says no and the phone is being returned. Verizon told me that Samsung should have sent an email with pictures of the damage. Samsung tells me no, I guess we just have to take their word for it. The company line via FB message from Samsung Support: "our apologies for the inconvenience." We have been using Galaxies for some time. I will try to never use another Samsung product. They are inflexible and cold.
Worst experience with Samsung this time on Note 10+, my note 9 was working perfectly fine. I just bought it a month back and it has an issue which happens intermittently where it loses network if coming down the lift or going to underground parking lot and never recovers until I restart the phone.
Reached to official samsung service center and they mentioned its a known samsung motherboard issue and asked me to get the phone replaced.
On reaching out to samsung care had another worst experience where they said they would only replace within 14 days of receiving the order even though they knew they sent me a defective product. So now they would only repair or replace the motherboard and send it and I have to live with it knowing I paid 1100 dollars for a defective product.

Bought a note 10+ for ATT carrier, had a problem. ATT couldn't help, even though I was playing installment plan to them. Was so excited to have my new phone. Samsung doesn't replace, expects you to send it in to repair, past experience means about 3 weeks. I decided to return, took 2 weeks till finally they refunded my funds, but I was told that they whould clear my ATT Account in 72 hours, now its 15 to 21 days and I can't buy my new phone from ATT till Samsung clears my installment plan. This service totally stucks. Never buying from Samsung store again. I lost $50 for Whitestone glass screen protector. Have a new case and fast charger and NO PHONE due to nobody being able to clear my ATT account, and ATT can't do it.

I've got a smartphone that belongs to that brand. What I really like and find the biggest advantage of this phone is a high quality of screen colors. Even the iPhone doesn't have such a high quality of colors. Of course, there are a lot of disadvantages like after a year of using the phone it works unnormal and loses its charge power. Anyway, it is one of better brands that produce phones with good quality.

I bough a 3-door fridge on January 2019. Since the day I received it the water dispenser was dripping water.The dispenser would drip very little water (about one drop every 4h) after a few weeks the dripping got works and I called Samsung support again to fix it. They sent technicians 3 times and the techs were not able to fix it. I called again and they told me they would exchange it, well, I've been waiting about 4 months for the exchange and every time I call they keep me on the phone for an hour or more and never give me a solid response, I've called about 12 times! The customer service agents lie and give me wrong ticket and tracking numbers and said someone will call me back within 24h to give me the right information and they never do. When I call the KW International, which is the company they use for transportation, they say Samsung hasn't delivered the fridge to bring it to me. My experience with Samsung has been extremely poor and frustrating that me and my entire family will never ever will buy products from them again.
