Bought all new Samsung appliances to go in our new house refrigerator, convection oven microwave in wall combo, dishwasher, washer and dryer and with-in the first year the oven/microwave broke, took 3 months to get a repairman out that brought nothing to fix the unit with, now it's out of warranty and Samsung after multiple repeated calls agreed to a one time out of warranty repair, however with-in the second year the repairman has been back 3 times and deemed it nonrepairable and requested it be replaced. Samsung agreed and issued a replacement number only to have another department with-in Samsung to deny the replacement. Now here we are in the second year with a microwave and oven that don't work the ice maker freezes up every other week and you have to use a blow dryer to defrost, the dishwasher works par of the time and both the washer and dryer have had to be repaired by an independent repair man because Samsung says they are out of warranty. So do yourself a favor and NEVER buy sansung.
Purchased all new Samsung appliances for a kitchen remodel. The microwave board went out within 5 months of purchase. Called to have a technician come repair it. They claimed it was out of warranty based on WHEN IT WAS MANUFACTURED, not when I purchased it. I sent in documentation 4 times showing when I purchased it, each time they claimed they didn't get it or it wasn't good enough. Good grief, I purchased online through Best Buy! I was actually hung up on once trying to get the issues resolved. Never EVER had a company treat me this way on a new product. They may think they won because I finally gave up calling them to get the repair. Luckily Best Buy took back the defective product, gave me a full refund and sent the piece of junk back to Samsung to get their money back. BTW, why on earth would the board of an above range microwave board fail due to "steam"? It's SUPPOSED to be above a range that one can cook on causing steam.

Bought fridge stove dishwasher microwave washer and dryer. Replaced dishwasher 4 times still couldn't get it right junk. Worst service I ever had. Dont stand behind there products. Went to get ice from fridge parts fell in my glass. Thank goodness it didn't happen to a child could have been a disaster
I have made three purchases of Samsung products: a kitchen package (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), a washer and dryer, a Blu-ray Disc player. Within the first year, three of the four appliances needed major repairs. The washer and to be replace within the first three months and the Blu-ray Disc player is now being sent back the second time for repair. NEVER BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG!

I purchased a 415 Lt Samsung Refrigerator (Model RT42M5538S8/TL/2019) for almost Rs *******. Very very disappointing experience. Never buy a Samsung product again. Such an expensive fridge lacks even basic features like wheels at the base - making it almost impossible to shift it for cleaning or any other practical purpose. On complaining, Samsung has a simple solution - buy a stand for Rs 2200 - how simplistic and they wash their hands off the issue. Even more frustrating is the absolutely indifferent and almost callous attitude of Samsung's Customer Care. I escalated this issue to various levels but the response was uniform - the customer is stupid and ignorant and it is entirely his fault that this product was purchased. Did I ask samsung representatives whether the product had wheels? No I did not. But I also forgot to ask if the product has a door or trays or a handle! I am never going to touch a Samsung product again. They are totally indifferent to customer needs and the attitude is absolutely pathetic.
I have purchased Samsung phones, TV's, refrigerators. You name it, and all have not lasted as long or have been as good in use as their competitors, i. E., Sony, etc,.

I purchased a new 4-door refrigerator less than 3 years ago. The compressor went out on December 8. After numerous calls to Samsung, they finally gave me one company authorized to fix their products. Of course, that one company is so slammed with repairs (not just Samsung) they couldn't get to my frig. For a week later. They came out, ordered parts, came out yesterday, December 27 and installed new compressor. The refrigerator ran for about 10 hours and quit again. Of course this authorized service center doesn't work on weekends, so it will be December 30 before they come to check it out - - - AGAIN.
My new tv came with the wrong remote. I can't use my dvd player or ever hula or netflix, sending in receipts being on the phone for hours still did not get me a new remote. My paypal receipt I was told the font size was not accurate. I have never in my lifetime had to spend over 30 hours on the phone and I was lied and lied too so many times sent to so many departments still nothing resolved! I purchased a Samsung Gear VR device from Amazon. Unfortunately I couldn't use it because I needed a special adapter for my Samsung Note 9 phone. I looked online and there were many sites that said I could just call Samsung and have them ship me one for free.
I called them four times so far and still haven't received my adapter. The first call they stated I would get it in 2 weeks. After three weeks I didn't receive anything, so I called again. They once more told me it would take 2 weeks. After ANOTHER 3 weeks I called and the representative told me that I need to speak with their "Case Managment" office. So I called the fourth time and spoke with someone in that department FOR AN HOUR. The person I spoke with put me on hold several times so they could confer with a different department. After I explained for the umpteenth time what I wanted, and that there were websites all over the internet stating I just had to call to get my adapter (the person I spoke with even looked up the sites while I was speaking with them), they mentioned that I would receive it soon.
Today, several days after the phone call, I received an email stating that I need to send them my proof of purchase so I can receive this adapter. This is an adapter so I can use my SAMSUNG phone with my SAMSUNG VR headset. I have never had to deal with such terrible customer service from such a large company. I'm the head of an IT department and purchase a considerable amount of equipment, but I will definitely remember how terrible their service is when I have to purchase equipment for my company.
I have been filming from my phone ever since I got this phone. I didn't buy a 600$ camera, since all I usually do is vlog or create videos from my kitchen. I hope you guys really see how valubale this camera has been for me, everyone thinks I am taking photos from a Nikon or something.
I bought two TVs from samsung.com. Shipper delivered one TV and marked the one which is not delivered as delivered. On the day of delivery, the shipper called me to inform me that they lost the package and won't be able to deliver that day. When I contacted Samsung to check the status and inform about the mess up. Now Samsung wants me to file a police report for the Item which was never delivered and the issue caused by them. I like Samsung products but will never buy from Samsung.com.
I order a tablet (Tab S6), they took the money and it was expecting to come in a week because i choose a day from the week-end to be home. After one week, nothing happens, i call them to check what is going on and they say that will process my order urgently till the next day and send it. The next day they cancelled my order without any reason and proceed for a refund directly. I check the website and the tablet was in stock, all the colours. What is more strange is that my wife order a watch (active2) in the same time with me (with her card), they took the money without any problem, they complete the order and send it without problems. But exactly in the same day that was suppose to come, they call the courier company and cancel the delivery, without notice and a proper reason. I never heard a company calling the courier company and cancel the order with 1 hour before the delivery, without notice and a proper reason to act like this. All my family is using Samsung, from TV, phones, monitors... even laptop. But from now on i will never buy a Samsung product. Thank you for wasting my time.

Purchased a Samsung S5e tablet on line at samsung.com during its product launching last April 25th. May 2019, my problems started. Samsung replaced the tablet but I discovered that the tablet replaced was a 64 GB and not the 128 GB I paid for. I had to beg and wait for more than a month for Samsung to give me the shipping label.
I shipped the wrong tablet Samsung gave me since Oct 2019. Its already December 9th and still no replacement and no resolution. I offered to get a refund and for the past 2 weeks the case managers have been telling me to wait because its with upper management.

In this instance my complaint isn't about the items which are so far working fine, We bought a TV and soundbar on the basis that the soundbars was half price when we bought the two. Great a saving of £350. The catch was you had to apply for cash back after purchase. No problem! How hard can it be well it turns out quite difficult, be prepared you will need half an hour photos of your receipts and if I remember correctly serial no. Etc (take them off the box rather than the item itself its easier)I did all this and sent it off Now i admit to a school girl error on my part in that I didn't look for and therefore probably didn't receive a confirmation email. On the promotion form it said you will receive your cashback within 30 days, well after 30 days no money so I emailed them A week later I had an email saying they hadn't received my application. OK so obviously something has gone wrong. I phoned them up yes they could see I had made an application but I hadn't filled in something correctly (couldn't say what) so it had not gone through. Apparently if you read all the terms and conditions there is a clause saying that if you don't receive a confirmation email you have 7 days to contact them. I like the vast majority of people don't read the full terms and conditions just relying on presumably the most important ones on the leaflet. Anyway as a result of this the promotion had now lapsed for me (you have to apply within 30 days of purchase) Let my experience be a warning to you all, DON'T make the mistakes i have made. It is very frustrating and leaves a bad taste in the mouth regarding SAMSUNG. I have been in customer facing jobs myself and this would cost them nothing to put right. And certainly any company I have worked for would see this as a genuine error by the customer and put it right
Bought a Samsung UN55 MU650DF curved tv from Costco on 11/16/2017. Last night tv died (11/23/19). As dead as a door nail. Of course it is out of warranty and tech support is useless. In 2011 bought Samsung front loading washer and it lasted 3 years before giving up the ghost. I replaced that with a LG washer and dryer. I should have learned my lesson. Now I'm going to go to Costco and beg them to take this piece of crap back. Will NEVER buy Samsung again.

-First 6 months Refrigerator broke
- dishwasher never dry dishes, Repair tech said that's how it is and Samsung is aware. So I have dish washer that has never dried dishes completely.
- gas range black stainless coating is coming off and now one of the knobs just cracked so I called and found not under Warranty for knob even tho I have the extended plan so I said fine how much for knob $85! For one cheap plastic knob.
