Samsung fridge gave out, Their Customer Support referred us to Home Service Network in NJ. They did not show for the appointment but came 2 days after the appointment--meanwhile no fridge. Also, they don't pick up their phones. Later I learned they are "F" at Better Business Bureau, with lousy customer ratings. Why does Samsung use these people?
