I bought the samsug galaxy note 9 and within a weekthe battery charger stopped working. Since it was within a week, I went to the vendor to get a new charger who suggested me to return the phone. Nothing was wrong with the phone for I was able to charge it borrowing a friends charger. Called Samsung customer service and their policy to send a new one is 14 business days. Who on earth would buy a phone who can live without the phone for 14 business days?
Within my return period so thinking about returning and getting something else. What if something happens to the phone and have to be without my phone for least 14 business days.

I bought me a Samsung phone and it worked out fine for a while. All of a sudden though it wants me to connect to Chromecast and I need a pin number that I don't have. I also keep getting this pop up for a photo editor that's programmed on this phone and I can't delete it and this notification keeps freezing up my phone. I also keep getting these notifications bars that aren't suppose to be there. I shouldn't have this much trouble with my phone. I will be switching to Apple until you get. Your glitches worked out.
Their service is like a joke, always say sorry and tell me I will get answer within 24-48 hours but never happened, never ever buy Samsung do ice online, it is a fraud!
Samsung is a nightmare. After 2 failed attempts to get my appliances delivered, it has been almost a month since I've requested a refund and still have not received it. Multiple calls, multiple reasons as to why it hasn't been refunded, several times it's been "escalated", and multiple emails saying it's still being "investigated" although I was told over the phone that has been completed several times. They even suggested that I take it up to my bank and stop the payment. WHAT A JOKE. Samsung won't refund my money and they have been an absolute nightmare. DONT BUY FROM SAMSUNG.
Horrible customer support! Purchased new S9. The phone was defective from the start not wanting to stay connected to WiFi. Returned phone per their suggestion. I inadvertently neglected to include the usb charging cable in the return, causing the return to be rejected, causing the phone to be returned to me. I contacted Samsung Direct customer service to rectify the situation having met all other return criteria. I was told that I have only the single chance to return the device and that the policy is that they will not accept the phone back. So now I have two $719.00 phones. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG DIRECT!
Terrible customer service. I am checking into apples next phone. My phone was very new & still under Samsung warranty. They couldn't fix, so sent me to a specific uBreakIfix. They took my phone, told me they were backing up everything to 3 places, and reset it. Nobody ever told me that I should backup anything or that I might lose any data. They just took my phone and did that and when they handed it back to me it was missing One full year of pictures and videos that I had taken. I have spent 30 hours trying to get them back going back to the the U break I fixed store and talking to Samsung on their technical support and they said I am not able to get pictures back and that they are sorry. I said samsung should give me some sort of compensation and they told me they don't do that don't do that but they were sorry. A whole lot of time (about 30-40 hours) and pictures that I will never get back, and they say sorry and have a great day.
Samsung has prove that they don't care about any consumers in my eyes. They absolutly refused to help with any type of pricing issue because everything was in my name instead of my wifes. I offered all types of proof to prove that no fraud was intended and yet to get any type of respones even after 3 different chats with 3 different people without ever logging off/leaving the chat. I have purchased all types of Samsung products from washer/dryer to tv's, phone's & tablets but will highly reconsider looking at other brands after this experience. After being loyal for 10+ years this is what I get, truly sad & I know understand why many friends have coverted away from Samsung!
I bought 2 new zfolds and one is defected. I called and told them about my issue. They filed a claim for me to take it to uBreakifix place I took it there then the phone is defected the people said and so I called back to Samsung and then they told me they can't replace my phone so I'm pretty much fkd. I've spoken to 3 different representatives and got no where. I have Samsung everything in my house and this is the WORLDWIDE customer service I get! I have insurance on my phone as well. I did everything I was told to do and now I'm fkd.
Do not buy these phones! Do not deal with Samsung. Their customer service is trash.
I ordered a monitor, was told when ordered it would ship in 5-7 business days. Well I called today, considering it has been the 7th business day. I was then informed that the monitor was on backorder. However, when I purchased the monitor it was not on back order. This has highly ticked me off. I would advise everyone not to order from samsung online. They do not care about their customers, and do not inform them of such things that they may need to know.
I do not recommend Samsung, their products are made of poor quality, and brake very easily. I bought a Dishwasher (DW80M2020US/AA) two months ago, and it broke from one day to another. When I checked with the techinician, I was informed that this was because Samsung products are made of cheap materials, which havent even been properly assembled.
Most important of all, when the Support Services from Samsung inspected the unit in my home, they unilaterally determined that it had suffered a physical damage and therefore, the reparation expenses wouldnt be covered by the warranty. Needless to say that the so-called damage, was internal. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them, and it was an absolute waste of time.
Dont buy dishwashers from them; better go to Whirlpool, or any other serious brand.

The customer services of Samsung is a disgrace. You call, their system take you through endless steps and when you finally speak to someone, if you can understand what the person is saying, you are asked many technical questions about the fault that your washing machine (for me) is experiencing. Then you realise that the guy does not know anything about the things he asks for, and you are directed to the engineers' department. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers. To day I waited 20min before hanging up because tgere was no answer. 2 days ago 30min. It is my 4th attempt.
Very polite and totaly inefficient would define the Samsung Customer services. My guarantee has another 2 yrs 1/2... will they send someone to repair my washing machine before it expires? This is the last machine I bought from Sansung.
Purchased a Samsung refrigerator at a local Lowes 6/2021. On 5/27/22, it stopped cooling. After DOZENS of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes, Samsung approved a full refund as this fridge was under their 1 year warranty and could not be repaired. They owe me over $1500 which I do not believe I will ever see. Samsung has the customer set up a payment (paypal) through Citi Bank which will transfer money to the customers Paypal account within an hour. This was set up on 6/22. I have called Samsung several times and they will not provide me with a contact or transaction number with Citi. I am convinced that this "Refund" is nothing but a scam. Samsung does not provide any customer service. I wish I was able to give a Samsung Zero star rating. Again, for your protection, DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!
I am trying to get a repair on a Galaxy Express 3 which has a screen that has started flashing bright white in a seizure educing fashion. I've been sent back and forth had 3 different ticket numbers and they keep asking me to send a copy of the proof of purchase which apparently they don't process and then they close the ticket for not receiving it. My records show I've emailed it twice as directed and instead of being able to reopen a ticket and verify immediately if they get the receipt they make me wait on hold for 20 minutes while they create a brand new ticket, then assure me I'll get a call back after they process the receipt which they never do.
Update, they did EVENTUALLY replace the phone, but only after weeks of stress and complaining.
I have several televisions romu and Samsung. Samsung is by far the lowest quality television I have ever owned. Do yourseya favor and get a better brand. Spend the few extra dollars and you will not regret it. Called tech support and they couldn't make it perform any better. Cosco takes returns no questions so im returning this pile of garbage. Samsung is the worst.
Samsung warranties against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Our Samsung fridge was delivered on 2/28/22. The first thing we noticed were several nicks in the doors. These we repaired with appliance paint. Next we noticed that back right wheel was broken, making it very difficult to move the fridge. Lastly, we noticed a large bubble of paint on the side of the left door. Samsung sent a service person out about the wheel. He said the wheel was "defective but not replaceable". When we talked with Samsung, they flat out refused to do anything about it--despite their warranty stating "YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS PRODUCT REPAIR, PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AT SAMSUNG'S OPTION." I would have given Samsung zero stars, but that was not an option.
Update: This was eventually settled and I was not made to pay anything additional and I did get the tablets. But it was a very poor customer experience as you can see from my original review. That being said, these tablets have been amazing and lasted 2.5 years with daily use from my boys (now 10 and 12 years old). We also have iPad but my kids don't even touch that and they just use these Android/Samsung tablets.
Ordered 2 tablets as gifts for my kids on 12/25 for $250 each to arrive Jan 10. Was sent emails updating me that my order was on time. Then Jan 10 comes around and no tablets. Now on Jan 12, I look at order status and no timetable give when these might arrive. I try to contact support (which is nearly impossible) and finally get into chat. I ask them to update me on date to expect these and also tell them that the same tablet in blue looks to be currently in stock so just send me those instead. Rep spends a half hour in chat wasting my time never telling me when to expect my order and he only "creates a shopping cart" for me that has 2 blue tablets... but the cost is $200+ what i originally paid. Something I could have done in 5 seconds if i wanted. What an absolute scam and waste of time.
Samsung refused to repair my dishwasher that was diagnosed with a "pc" error code (circuit board or wire harness defect) because the plastic rail that supports the front left foot has a small crack in it which I had nothing to do with. They blamed the retailer's delivery service. I spoke to a representative from customer service, a representative from repairs and finally a supervisor. The best they could do is compare their policy to other companies rather than explain why their company is different than any other. The dishwasher is 11 months old and is unusable, it cost over $700.00. Samsung is a $233 billion dollar company that gives no latitude to it's supervisors. The supervisor that I spoke with explained to me that as a supervisor he cannot change policy and can only explain what it is. He apologized for not giving me any options so I told him that he did give me options...the option to never do business with his horrible company again. Awful company, awful experience. If zero was a rating I would have picked that!
Microwave came on by itself. It wouldn't shut off. By the time I shut off the breaker switch and came back to the kitchen smoke was coming from the top right hand corner. The microwave was hot to the touch. I called the local Fire department and they came with an infrared sensor. The microwave all across the top was very hot and it was hot up into the top cupboards even to the door handles. They informed me it was a good thing that I was home or it would have caught the house on fire.
I contacted Samsung last week and was informed To write my complaint And take photos of all angles of the microwave.
I have not todate received any response. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I need to replace the unit because the Fireman Deemed it a fire hazard. I will never buy another Samsung appliance! So buyer beware!
Never buy any product from Samsung online site, if you receive defective product from Samsung they not going to exchange or return that product unless you call them within 24hours. Pay little more and buy from Costco, BestBuy or any retails al least you can return or exchange that product.
