The customer services of Samsung is a disgrace. You call, their system take you through endless steps and when you finally speak to someone, if you can understand what the person is saying, you are asked many technical questions about the fault that your washing machine (for me) is experiencing. Then you realise that the guy does not know anything about the things he asks for, and you are directed to the engineers' department. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers. To day I waited 20min before hanging up because tgere was no answer. 2 days ago 30min. It is my 4th attempt.
Very polite and totaly inefficient would define the Samsung Customer services. My guarantee has another 2 yrs 1/2... will they send someone to repair my washing machine before it expires? This is the last machine I bought from Sansung.

I advised one of my clients to buy his domain name 20 years ago at UK2.net
He called me 5 days ago because his website (which I host) was offline and he hadn't receive any emails for a few days
He had passed the renewal date for his domain name, and he now had one day left to recover it. (30 days + 5 days)
He called UK2.net and was told that if he wanted his domain back he had to pay £150!
The domain was not yet release for the public to buy, it is still pointing to his name servers. But they refused to let him just pay the normal yearly fee.
He has been with UK2 for 20 years (twenty years!)
This is outrageous.
I have many of my domains at UK2, been with them since 1996 I think. I feel embarrassed and responsible. I would have never thought UK2 would ever behave that way.
It's pure theft and extortion.
My client is musician, his email address is very important especially now that gigs start again. He has 2 little girls and had no gigs for 16 months due to pandemic.
I can't imagine keeping my domains at UK2 now,
I do not think that what they have done to him is legal.
Gangsters

E-nightmare you mean?
I booked through edream.co.uk, a ryanair return flight to Malta at a great £14 for 2 people. As it's ryanair, they then charged £30+ for choosing seats (x2) then £60+ for one 20kg bag etc etc. It ends up expensive.
With the current uncertainty due to covid19, I wanted to spend as little as possible, especially knowing Ryanair customer services. So if we can't travel I'll have just lost the cost of a cheap trip. So I took the minimum extra. The total cost somehow ended up about £53 (including the options to change the flight dates at no charge and 2 small cabin bags - £53? It didn't add up). I also took the "edream prime membership option" which gave me £39 discount. It's a 30 days trial. So I should pay around £15 max for everything. Perfect.
But wait...
I received an email saying that I was charged £110.30 minus £39= £71.30
They had added an insurance which I did not ask.
I called to get what I thought were mistakes corrected.
I am told that the insurance would be refunded without a problem.
For the rest... the customer service person is so incomprehensible, that I had to ask her to email me a detailed invoice so that I could check what exactly I was paying for. She says yes, and the. That's it, she has sent it.
After 2 hours, no email
I call again.
I am told that an invoice would be sent which should arrive in 24h, that the insurance is non-refundable (but I didn't order any, I have my own travel insurance!)
That the 2 hand luggage are not refundable (?). So I politely asked the customers service girl to cancel the booking including the prime membership and to refund what I paid.
"I am sorry but we can't refund sir. You must call ryanair on (a number starting with +25). I ask why - I am answered that it is because edream did not received any money, did not debit my card. BUT IT SHOWS ON MY BANK STATEMENT THAT my card has been debited of £71.30 by OPODO - eDreams is in fact OPODO.
This now a real nightmare.
I asked to speak to her supervisor. She tells me that she can't pass me on to the supervisor. After 2 min politely discussing the whys and whos and are you joking? Are we in 2021? Etc. I am sorry but I went absolutely ape$#*!, of course to no avail. Sort of a road rage phenomena one has when trying to get through to someone who has decided not to listen to what you are saying but there's nobody else to talk to. Finally she says OK, she will ask for her supervisor to speak to me. After 20 min wait I am told that he is too busy and will call me back within 3 hours... I am sorry, again but I have this gut feeling that she never intended nor tried to pass me on to her supervisor.
Shall I specify that on the signing up process on their website it is made clear that any change of date or refund would be catered for with no delay etc? Well here you go. I have booked with Opodo several times a few years back without any trouble. Never used Edreams before.
It is a painful and time wasting experience. Misleading crooks without any sense of morals. This is the most dishonest company I have been involved with, with the most incompetent customer services one can dream of. I am writing this 6 hours later and as expected, nobody called me back. It looks like I have been scammed of £71.30... I also wasted a few hours and as you can imagine I am very frustrated. Thank god I have not bought an expensive package!
I will never come close to them in the future.

What makes it worse is that I landed in their hands via Holiday Pirates who were my N°1 search engine for holidays, I have used them for years with great success. When I tried to post my comment at Holiday Pirates so as to warn other holiday makers seeing the same ad... You can't seem to be allowed to put comments anymore. I used to put comments, most of them very positive ones. Things have changed...
Edreams... Bad name for all involved. Call it Enighmare.

Tip for consumers:
This is a bunch of dishonest cowboys who are trying to take a few bucks by being 100% deceitful. Danger !

None, it was a Ryanair flight.
