SAMSUNG customer care & support is worst I ever faced.
Before purchase of Samsung laptop I had asked Samsung customer care, whether laptop support spen of Samsung tab s 6 lite? They said yes. Then I ordered laptop. When I started using Samsung laptop with spen, there were problems, I had requested return request. They started inquiry and came to conclusion that the S pen was not compatible with laptop.
Before purchase they told spen of Tab s 6 lite is compatible with Samsung galaxy book 360 i5 13.3 laptop and after purchase they are telling me s pen is not compatible with laptop.
Reported to Samsung, submitted screenshots of proof, still since 20 days they literally toying twith me.
Don't purchase Samsung products
Decent hardware but the software is not updated after 2 years or so. My QLED TV, even though fairly recent, has stopped receiving updates and I'm kind of stuck with old apps. The competitors that use Android TV still churn out updates and latest version of the important apps are available.
Samsung products are always good but their customer service is not even satisfying.
Latest is i bought a Galaxy Note 8 on 24th of this month via Samsung online shop & delivery suppose to be next day.
I emailed them but didn't get response.
Today is 29th, i went on live chat waited a long time when i was 1st in a queue page appears saying sorry all operators are busy, then i called waited 37 minutes & no response so while waiting i tried live chat again & by chance i get chance to chat.
The lady on the chat confirms me that tomorrow on 30th of November i am definitely getting my delivery.
After an hour i received a email from Samsung saying i can not receive my order before 5th of December as they are busy.
If they are busy it's not my problem as they advertised on the web next day delivery but taking 11 days.
My 55in Frame Tv was under warranty, but the connect box that it come with was not working. Customer service said they could not fix it and they came and took the actual screen and left the connect box that wasn't working. They gave me a refund of $1080 that is only redeemable on their site. Samsung.com is selling the same TV that I had for $1399 on the site. So I would have to pay the difference of $319 on television that I already had. There is obviously a chip shortage so they are taking working screens and reselling them for more on the site.
I bought this washer dryer a year ago WW80K5410UX. And since water leaks from it front door. And after two engineering visit and 1 repair, its still the same. And on top of it, samsung says I need to pay for repair as its "not a fault". Is this kind of a joke, water leaking form front door of an year old dryer is NOT A FAULT.
I have had this TV for just over one month and now can't get any sound. When I contacted the 'help line' I am told this is a fault with the TV they can't give me any timescale the problem will be fixed, can't replace my TV as would give the same model with same fault and won't replace with different model. Why have they not recalled these TV's why are they stil selling them. I will never buy a Samsung again the customer service is shocking no help at all.
I have a very bad experince with samsung products. Once i contacted the customer service, first question was do you bought warranty of your TV, even before they ask about the problem i have.
After so many experiment by sending pictures for the damages screen.
The said i have to pay for the tech to come over to my house to look at the TV and i have to pay for the parts, which will cost me same amount of new tv. So the question is they did not even give another options to me just, your warranty expired and rest on me. So i will not buy any Samsung products and will not recommend any body to buy. Bought my watch directly from Samsung. After 2 months it stopped working. I sent back and after 3 weeks i got my watch back. It still had the same problem. I wanted a replacement and tech support would mot send a replacement. They wanted me to send the watch back again for repair. I asked for a supervisor snd waited on hold for 45 mins. She finally picked up and we got disconnected. She did not bother to call me back. I called again and waiting gor a supervisor again. On hold for 45 mins so far. I am totally upset how I am being treated. Customer care is nonexistent with Samsung.
I did have a lot of confidence and loyalty to Samsung. But, after purchasing 4 brand new smart tags and within 3 months one of them failed. Contacted Samsung, they refused to honor the warranty. I was promised by 3 different customer personnel to either repair, replace or refund me. They all gave false promises and would not do any of the above. At the very end and after 4 months, they returned my original tags.
SAMSUNG DO NOT CARE OR STAND behind their own product. They should publish WE DO NOT care on their website
Warranty service so SLOW 21 days!. This is 2nd time this year washing machine (Samsung WW80J6410CW) has broken, 2 1/2 years old. 1st time took 19 days to get repaired. This time 21 days. The engineer can only inspect the machine after 10 days and then only come back 11 days later to fit the parts. I tried complaining to Samsung Cutomer Services Solutions. But they say there is nothing they can do. They finished by saying have a nice day!
I purchased the z 4 fold and the only thing came with it was a C type USB that requires a C type charger base that had to be purchased separately for 23.00.I have always purchased Samsung because the product is great so I know once upon a time the device included base,ear buds and the USB.Here 2023 I received nothing but a USB for 1,799.00 really Samsung?couldn't believe it. PLEASE make sure you know what is included with the device before you purchase I didn't but it was a lesson learned. I guess you are trying to make money but at least include the base.
Sent my $239.00 earbuds for repair. SAMSUNG said they would refund purchase as they had none of a current product to replace them. All SAMSUNG has done is make poor excuses then promised a bogus refund. One of their representatives Cristian pleaded with me to trust him. That was a waste of my time. They promised a link to Citi Bank for the refund which has never materialized although they emailed me 10 days ago saying it was approved and would have link in 3-5 days. That was a lie. My son who's dealt with SAMSUNG customer service laughed his rear end off and said "Good luck you've been suckered. They always dissapoint"
I've been trying to have my TV looked at for almost two weeks now, with Samsung fighting me every step. First they told me it was out of warranty and that took 3 conversations to fix (purchased November 2022, 1 year Samsung warranty AND I purchased an extended warranty from the place where I purchased it.
Then trying to get a service appointment has been a huge headache. They want to schedule you a date, not a time, and sorry (not sorry) but I work full time and refuse to take time off for a TV to be looked at. I had an appointment today between 12 and 2 where I would go home for my lunch when the technician was at my house, but the technician NEVER showed nor are they answering my texts which is infuriating. I'm so tired of fighting with Samsung on this. I have had this TV for less than a year and my LG TVs are several years old and still work.
Do NOT buy a Samsung TV. I will write this review everywhere.
I was a loyal Samsung owner; stove, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator UNTIL the poor performance of the refrigerator (the ice maker never worked well, and broke after 2 1/2 years) and the way Samsung handled, or should I say mishandled, the washing machine recall.
When I called, I was told that delivery and installation would be covered for the recall. When I received my check, neither was paid. When I called again I was told delivery and new hoses (which any reputable dealer will require when installing a new washing machine) would not be covered, and all my requests for call backs from the company have never been answered.
I will NEVER purchase another samsung product and recommend that others do the same.

Galaxy A11 is the worst phone ever, Im trying galaxy after my apple iphone broke, well this is a disaster, samsung should be ashamed they made such a hackable peice of junk, i have had to factory reset my phone twice this week because my pin is apparently hijacked and samsung or the hi jackers have it my fingerprint option blocked, what could be more identifying than my fingerprint, I will never purchase a samsung mobile phone again in life, back to Apple. This cheap joke is a disaster!
This past December 2021, Samsung offered a great deal on a refurbished S21FE. It was a good deal and I purchased one, or so I thought. I got regular emails up to and including an email that said my phone had shipped. After a few days, I received an email telling me they oversold the promotion and were immediately cancelling my order. At the least, I was extremely disappointed. Three days later, I discovered that they were now running another promotion, selling the exact same phone. The price was higher, but they now miraculously had stock. Because I had patiently waited for my phone to ship, I missed out on a similar purchase opportunity from Costco.
If it wasn't for the fact that I hate Apple products and Lenovo purchased Motorola, I might just trash everything Samsung for slighting me.
After contacting Samsung a 3rd time via the email option when I searched for the CEO, I did receive a phone call from Samsung. First they left a message and I hadn't had a chance to call back, but they tried me a second time the next day and I answered. They apologized, explained that I read their website correctly, said they would address it with the delivery company, and credited me a small amount back. I do appreciate this finally receiving some attention and updated my rating to 3 stars.
I recently purchased your 22 cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator, RF220NCTASG/AA. Upon not ordering the installation fee, I used the chat feature to ask what exactly that included with a refrigerator, and whether or I could still add it in on if necessary. The response was that they weren't aware of that service. I then went and researched the website myself, only to find that INCLUDED in delivery was plugging the item in to ensure it functioned, leveling of products (to which it specifically mentions refrigerator doors), and removal of packaging debris.
When my item was delivered, they stated they did not do that. They DID plug it in to ensure it worked, but otherwise left the fridge in all its packaging in the middle of my kitchen floor.
I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I was so mislead by Samsung.
When emailing the company so as to include photos, I was told to call a number. When I called the number, they said there was nothing they could do, and that I could contact the CEO by "searching their contact information on Google."
Waiting for Samsung unveiling of the zflip 5 I got too excited ytd and placed an order immediately as the phones were unveiled. When I got my confirmation email...then I had realised that I had chosen an online extra colour of green inside of the mint colour that I had wanted...I called the customer service immediately only to be told I can't cancel the order.I was heartbroken. I requested a call from the manager during office hours and hung up. This morning the manager at Samsung customer service Singapore Thiba called me. She was extremely polite and resourceful...she asked me a lot of questions and when she realised how much I wanted the colour of my choice.she said she would try to help me and told me to give her time...
Then she called saying she had gotten my purchase cancelled.she also got me back my one time use 200 dollars voucher...she also helped me cancel my old phone trade in...

I have spent over $3,000 in samsung products and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. When someonthing break 4 months atfter purchase they could careless about helping. I will never purchase a samsung product as long as I live and nor should you.
Overpriced, and as soon as the manufactured warranty expires, surprise the product does not work. VERY overpriced for an over priced product that does not produce and the customer service is the worse, even if you buy the extended warranty, it cost more to fix the deflective product than to buy a new product, waste of money.

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
