I love it! Everyone everywhere seems to be complaining about the same issue. Shipping. It's in China people! It's not going to arrive within a day. It's a smart idea and wise to email customer service though cut the items could be out of stock and they will wait to ship your order out till it is restocked. I love this website. I will keep ordering again. You just need to be smart and know how to measure yourself and speak to someone about your order after it's made. They reply within 24 hrs which is great and they are more than helpful. I will be purchasing more down the road and will keep you updated with all my orders and how it went. As for clothing, I loved everything! I was smart to pay attention to clothing materials and sizes well. :) Sammydress is great!
Not a single problem with it! Both the website and the app are very intuitive, it's easy to search for a specific product, and I lov let the products variety! I have bought some products from Sammy Dress, several times, and both packaging and delivery time are satisfying, and I look forward for more purchases!^_^
Received 4 of the 7 items I ordered. All were true to size except 1. However the other 3 items that I didn't receive was out of stock and since then been shipped out. I have ordered again from this site, this time I've ordered 12 items and hoping the process go as smoothly as the first
I was dubious buying from Sammy Dress but I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. Everything was so cheap! I received my clothing in good time and am very pleased with my purchases. I really like that they let their reviews on the website have extra details like "true to size fit" because it helped me work out exactly which sizes to order. Shipping was longer than most places but wasn't anything out of the ordinary for ordering out of the country.
Took a month to get my stuff even thought what I needed it for was already passed within that month. Contacted them to cancel my order before they shipped. Instead of refunding my month they wait a few days to respond, and then just ship it out anyway, and told me since its shipped I can't get a refund. I needed to just be patient
I bought a dress off of Sammy Dress for my graduation. It hasn't yet come in, but i hope for the best because it's for my upcoming graduation. It's white and very elegant. I've gotten good feedback from them so for. I think that it's a great company. Sammy Dress has cute products that are super affordable.
I love this website and its products. So far I have ordered only jewelry but I can say they are beautiful. I ordered some several pieces as a gifts for my friends and family and they love them too. And I am very satisfied with delivery time, because I live in Slovakia and products arrived very quickly.
This was my first experience with Sammy Dress, the items did take some time to arrive. When I finally got the products I was very happy with the quality, just need to be aware of the sizing since the one size is very small. I would do business again definitely, just need to put aside the right amount of time for the products to arrive.
DO NOT buy from this company. I've been waiting since December to get the money they owe me. They charged my account for the full order, only shipped half. Then tell me I will receive a refund for those 2 items. After I received the partial order, I returned that garbage too. It is now April and I get a message from them after disputes with paypal and paypal credit that I will get my money back in 15 business days. Today is the 15th day and I still do not have money in my account. These people are CROOKS!

Very satisfied with my order; everything fit nicely and was true to what I expected - processing was slow, delivery was slower, but I managed to contact customer service /early on/ before anything uneventful occurred... I am willing to buy from SammyDress again.
SammyDress is one of my favorite websites to buy clothing from. The prices are great and the fashion is fabulous! Sometimes I look at what they have for sale just for fun because it makes me happy to look at cute clothes!
I was looking for a place to get some more interesting clothes and thought I would try SammyDress because their prices were very reasonable and I liked their styles. I ordered one shirt and followed their sizing chart (American Small corresponds to their XL). I thought it would be large but it actually fits really well and the quality is nice - it doesn't feel thin or cheap. Next I'll try ordering pants or shoes too.
I love shopping on SammyDress, the clothes are cheap but they're well-made and you can see other customers' pictures and I think it's a great thing and really helpful. I recommend it to everyone, for now it's the best website I've seen
Only received part of my order plus 1 item I didn't order. Customer service was 1 response every 24 hours and had to respond to numerous pointless questions. If you take the risk be prepared to lose as customer service is hopless
The clothes LOOK cute ON THE WEBSITE. Order something, and you will get a different story. I ordered a skirt that looked nothing like the photo. I will be giving it to my nieces for their dress up box.
My attempts to contact the company were a failure. This place should probably be shut down.
I have ordered a few stuffs from this site and haven't received them from February, I have contacted customer service to get my money back because it is more than 25 business days and then they are going to tell me that they can't refund me after I worked so hard for my money. You cant even track the packages with the tracking numbers they gave you. Be ware of them, they are scammers and then want to give me store credit. I don't need anything from them again. I need my money back to my card.

I like this site now that I know its not a total scam and my only complaint thus far is that it takes Forever! To get to you. I kept seeing all this cute cheap stuff pop up on pinterest and it kept taking me to this site. I loved a bunch of items on sammydress and finally decided to buy 2 cheap things just to make sure it was legit and I paid through paypal to be safe. It took forever and a day to get the 2 things I ordered, about 3 weeks maybe 4 but I did get everything and the 2 items were exactly as described. There was a few stray threads hanging from the dress but it was otherwise in perfect condition and the bracelet was just like the picture. I would order from them again but always pay through paypal, pay the extra $2 for tracking, and don't order anything you need right away because it wont happen
