Clothes are cheap and unreliable, they do not respond to calls regarding ordered items, but they KNOW HOW TO RESPOND FAST TO TAKING YOUR MONEY. I THINK WE SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TO SHUT THIS Site DOWN! I placed a order on Oct 16 2015, and still have not received items as of Dec 1,2015. My money was deducted from my PayPal account the very same Day order was placed Oct 16. Go figure.!
This company is awful. I placed my order and didn't receive anything for weeks. I checked my online account with them and nothing was shipped. I attempted to reach them about my order and had no luck reaching anyone to discuss my order. I opened a PayPal dispute about my order and magically over night my package arrived. Well- 5 out of 8 items showed up. Only two items were somewhat similar to the items I ordered. I attempted to reach them again about a return and had no luck doing so. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Poorly quality, poor customer service, and overall BAD. DON'T order a thing from them.

Yeah the price is right but the quality is quite horrible & yes def looks & feels like it's made in China. Ordered a holiday what looked like an off the shoulder sweat shirt size medium because that's my size. Should have ordered an XL. Thing was so tight. It also took about a month to finally arrive. I will not be wasting any more money on this CRAP!

I've made the mistake of ordering products from Sammy Dress twice. The first order took 3 months to be delivered. The second order was placed Nov 8,2015 and I have still not received it. I can't get any response to emails sent inquiring about my. Order, nor will they ever answer the phone and the voicemail is full.
I won't ever use this retailer again.

I can spend hours browsing through the SammyDress website. It has a LOT of interesting items at low prices. Their customer service is excellent.
One just has to remember that "Asian" sizes are smaller, so it's best to order up to 2 sizes bigger. Read the product details and customer reviews to get an idea of what you're getting. If you want your items to arrive fast, choose "expedited shipping." Otherwise, it will be sent by regular post (sometimes free) and that could take some time.
I ordered a few items on this site and paid extra for expedited shipping, that was on the 19th of November, this is now Dec 3rd, again I paid 17.64 to have it shipped sooner (7-10 days) when I tried to contact someone, all I get is email responses. The ticket crap is BS, no one solves anything, I was told to be patient, and until the 2nd of December, my order had not even processed. I demanded a refund of my expedited costs, or the full order, again I was asked to please be patient. No, you had my money already hold up your end of the deal. I also love how they say "we are committed to providing excellent customer service", and they send all of us automated messages that don; t even address the issue that is being raised. I'm looking for a way to dispute the charges through my bank and get my money back. Don't EVER EVER EVER order from these liars and thiefs. At the end of all of it, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them, NOT a way to run a business. They will sink their own ship and hopefully it is soon before they take anymore money from anyone else. SCREW YOU SAMMYDRESS

I ordered different items hoping to have them before the holidays... after 5 days, my order was still in process status (I asked the items to be shipped in expedite way)... so I use their "complaint" system to ask what is the deal...(they claim to respond within 24hr) no response! In the meanwhile I navigate through Internet finding out all the horrible reviews... got that feeling "what have I done?" Plus I found out that the size I ordered were wrong (the default are size for China): I thought no problem, they have not sent the order out, so I change my sizes (using the same and ONLY WAY to reach out of them)... no response. Only today (3 days after my last complaint) I received multiple responses to my complaint... the most hilarious was "we just sent out your order, but if you like to change your size, let us know before the order is shipped out...!?!?
I would rate it "0" if I could. My regret was to find out about this scam before I ordered.

Ordered my stuff beginning of November. Beginning of December I emailed Sammydress asking about normal shipping times. A portion of the order did finally arrive. The package was only a partial order and everything in the package was a knock off attempt at what was pictured on the site. We are talking major differences in fabric. I ordered 2 sweaters. One was a fuzzy acrylic looking blend on the online photo. A fleece alternative arrived with really crooked sleeves and missing stitches. The other was supposed to be a hooded sweatshirt, instead a hooded long-sleeve t-shirt arrived with the appliques falling off. The tank top that I also ordered had the seams mismatched, the along the right side of the garment the seams were facing to the extreior... the left side of the garment had them tucked inside. :( A total mess. I am trying to determine the current return options since sending $50 worth of junk back to China will reduce the landfill of the USA AND might just be cheaper. Fingers crossed I can get myself out of this mess without too much harm. THANK GOD I used paypal. I would be dying right now if I had given my cc number to this company in China. Their scruples are a might in question.

I purchased 3 items from Sammydress in the beginning of August and still have not received all my items. I emailed them in September for an order update and was told to be patient, my order would be delivered by October! I received one top in November and the other items are still MIA!

I saw CHEAP GOODS... i was ECSTATIC... I ORDERED MY ITEM... ITEM NEVER CAME, but my money was taken from me... Now was there a person/email to reach and adress this issue with the company: NO!... the phone dialtone is always busy, and you can sit and wait for an email back till the year of the Rat. Im sure there are success stories, but if I wanted to gamble with my money I'd go to vegas. If I were you I would not support thieves, whether or not they ocassionally deliver.
