I placed my order about 6 weeks ago and never received anything, and the tracking number given to me was invalid. I submitted a ticket for my missing order, and then I got an email from customer service 3 days later that there was a response waiting on my account. The problem is... there was no response. I still have no idea where my order is. I will not be ordering from this site ever again, it's clearly a scam.
