This company was absolutely terrible. Through every process, there was a problem. Ordering: problem. Shipping: problem. Payment: problem. Product: problem. I ordered my product the first week of November and didnt receive it until the second week in December. The money was taken out of my account the day after placing my order which made me very uncomfortable. They should not take the money out until the product is shipped. I sent in multiple tickets stating that how they handle situations is complete $#*! and how they have to get their acts together. The tracking number that was given to me said it was broken so there was no way of tracking where my order was throughout this whole process. And finally when the product got to me it is made COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a large sweater which is what i normally wear. The body will not even fit over my head. It looked like a kids small. But the arms are longer than my legs. Whoever is making your products clearly has NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON. I would return the product but every tag and every paper is in a different language so I have no way of figuring anything out. I HATE this company and I HATE their products. Never again SammyDress. Never again.

I did finally receive my purse and am happy with it and my necklace but since the dress is a very pale imitation of what I saw online (thin, sheer material that in no way looked that sheer in the picture) I simply wouldn't recommend buying clothing from sammydress.

I am not impressed with how long it is taking for my order to be processed and shipped. I paid the additional cost to expedite shipping and have yet to receive my order placed on 11/26/15 it is now 12/07/15. I am afraid now because I feel that I have been ripped off of my hard earned money!

I Ordered my package on 11/30/2015 and was supposed to be shipped to my house within 4-5 business days. The Email I received gave me a receipt number but no shipping Method Nor tracking number! The money was taken out of my account for my order but I have yet to see or hear anything about it. I have tried calling customer service that never gets answered! Most definitely seems like FRAUD! I never received my items and I basically spent over $200 with no reply or response fro the company at all about my items! I feel like I got scammed. Finally after posting a dispute with PayPay I received a 50% refund. Customer service does not seem to act in a timely manner, when this order was absolutely wrong. Advised to keep the item, 50% refund. Not worth arguing any more about it

I absolutely love shopping at sammydress! The service is friendly and straight to the point, helping with all of your shopping needs and inquiries. I am trying to upload the photos but it's very slow. The actual product has NOTHING to do with the photos on their website. It is literally GARBAGE. And when you complain, they tell you to return it - BUT YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING, and wait for them to give you a credit back. Yeah right. No guarantees.
There is one pic that I took next to my small laptop mac air, and the shirt is pretty much the same size. The quality has NOTHING to do with the photo. The labels are sewn to the shirt so you can see it in the back, and there are threads hanging all over.

I have a party for work coming up, I found the perfect outfit. I ordered it 4 weeks before my party, I was charged, my order arrived and only half the items I purchased were in my order. I have been trying g to reach Someone and the phone line is always busy. I have sent messages and not heard a word, I had to go purchase another outfit for my party. This has cost me a lot of money and I can't get a refund or the items I paid for. Even though they have good prices. Their shipping rate is very high and your taking a big risk with ordering from this company. Unless you like throwing money out the window, I wouldn't buy from sammydress.
