I have sent emails to sammyDress as I called and they cut the line and for sure I know nothing about my order... this is a very unprofessional way of dealing with customers... I want refund of my items... I will list sammyDress as a spam on all sites and social media... DON'T ever buy from sammyDress

I placed three orders right around thanksgiving and paid a considerable amount to have each order expedited. I called 12/7/15 got no answer from the Cali number and a full voicemail for hours. The online order chat crap does not work. I called shipping companies to see where my packages where and they said the retailer hadn't even given them to them. SMH. If I don't reach somebody from Sammydress by today to get a refund of my expedited shipping charges because this is not expedited. I will dispute the charges and file a formal complaint with the better business bureau and police for a scam. 24 hours to contact me about my three orders that you lied and said where shipped! That's it!

I received 2 of my 3 orders and I've been trying to contact for a week now! I've got ZERO response and when I try calling it either says busy or it rings forever then get disconnected. And I've read EVERY-ONE of your responses and I cannot find my order number, NOW WHAT?!?

Mediocre at best

I ordered a jacket in the middle of October and here it is almost 2 months later no jacket and no response from customer service! There's no tracking info on the garment it could be in Africa for all I know. **UPDATE** sammydress refunded my money and gave me my outfit as a gift. The sizes are way off tho I ordered an XL and it fits like a medium but at least I got it.

I really can't believe I made 2. Orders one for $79 and the other for $35 and STILL haven't received them. No contact info that actually works, just a $#*!ing scam. Smh this is my first experience with them and it will be my last. I will report this issue to my bank and see what happens. In anycase I will continue to stay with Target, Amazon & Walmart. And to think I was about to really spend some more money once it was delivered. Lol Smh fool me once SHAME ON YOU too me twice?... you can't fool me twice.

Partial order

Let me start off by saying that I have tried to call and I have written to them with no response, I got partial of my items that I ordered three weeks ago and the rest is in la la land somewhere. First time and the last time using them. I am very disappointed as when you click expedited shipping and pay 50 extra dollars you see half your stuff three weeks later. Do not let the reviews of the products con you into purchasing. Since you have asked for every single person who has written a bad review's order number here is mine MS************** I don't intend on my items getting to me at this point so I am highly tempted to cancel payment with my bank now. I don't know what can be done at this point but I don't have half the frickin items I purchased and they are claiming to be shipped out when they aren't. Sammydress is not a good site. DONT BUY!

Don't waste your money

I ordered four different items and paid for expedited shipping. Got an email saying three of the four items were shipped and the next would follow. First three items showed up. None of which looked like the photos. And very poor quality. Ordered all the clothing according to the sizing chart provided and it's all still too small. The last item hasn't shown up and it's been over a month. So much for my "merry Christmas" Christmas Sweater. Very dissatisfied.

Updated review 2015-12-15: l was very dissatisfied until I posted this comment. I am much more pleased with the way my situation has been treated recently, the customer service rep Wera responded to me promptly in resolving my order and shipping matters. Service rep Alex was of some help as well. One of my orders of two pairs of heels is now on its way to me to be delivered this week. However, I will only rate this above 3 stars if my items are delivered undamaged.

P.S. Forgot to put this note in my last review. It's a cheap clothing site, do not expect most of the clothing to be top notch for that price. For me, I mostly buy shoes or accessories because they are pretty good.

Original review 2015-12-10: Now I know this company is in China but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of ordering from sites like aliexpress.com and newdress.com. However sammydress just seriously hits an all time low. 24/7 live chat? Meh. US customer call line? Meh. Support center? Double meh. Like ain't nobody got time to be ordering stuff and it takes ages to get to them. That's just not efficient business. Shipping and customer service need some serious improvement! Other companies in China ship faster and also quickly responds to queries. I have placed an order since the 27th of November and paid for expedited shipping... all I am seeing is "Shipped out" and when I check the tracking number it seems the package is just forever chilling in Singapore. Seriously is this what this company considers expedited shipping? I just really want my stuff. I've been a member on sammydress for too long to be really seeing this type of service. Customers are very important to businesses and so is shipping. Sort this out please. Like for real. Order number is MM**************. I also have placed another order with you that I might just cancel if this is not taken care of.

False Advertising

Do not buy from Sammy Dress. I ordered five nice button-up shirts because they looked great on the site. When they arrived (months later), they looked NOTHING like the pictures.

They're made out of a material that is closer to tissue paper than fabric. They were sized to fit a newborn baby, and would only function as a one-use Halloween costume rather than professional clothing. Worst purchase I've ever made.

These aren't plus size

Don't do to yourselves they are fake they take forever to send whatever they feel like sending and the clothes are small as if they made it for puppies, garbage shame on these crooks.

I ordered a pair of boots from Sammydress for my daughter's birthday. I placed my order on November 19th and received them today. If you go to the shipping and handling info on their page it tells you that if you are in the U.S. it can take up to 10 days to process before it is shipped, which is why I ordered a month in advance and they came even sooner. They were exactly like the picture and the quality was great. I had read so many horrible reviews about this company but I think they're great. I've already place another order!

Over 2 Months And Nothing

My things were shipped out on 9/23/15 and I still yet to receive anything. Very disappointed as they have taken my money but not figured out why my stuff is not here. I submitted a ticket I was told that I had to wait until it was 2 months after the ship date. I sent them a ticket and after 3 days nothing!

Rip off

I ordered some items in September of this year and here it is December and not one item shipped. I have tried numerous times to contact company and nothing. They have taken my money from my account and never responded to any of my emails. This company is a huge rip off. I understand that's this company is based out of China and it my take some time, but three months is unexceptable! Please don't use this site.

Somewhat helpful

So after all the once in a blue moon responds from agent Laney, and after struggling so much to contact via the phone number given and trying to track a parcel that was shipped to where i don't know, and after sending mails to all email id's in sammydress and couple of tickets and bad review on sites, i managed to get my money refunded + a reward of $10 as compensation for the mistake made by them with the help of agent Wera.(one of the best and very polite agent than any that i have spoken before.)

So i would say if your ordering from them, they have the best stuff in stock YET make sure you get a tracking id & Insurance for your parcel even if it costs few dollars because it is VERY VERY important because it'll help you to get a refund and any help.And don't wait until you receive it, if the package is not with you by 15 days contact them immediately for tracking your parcel and tell your situation.

You will meet rude agents, ignorant and careless ones too but keep trying. There are people who will actually help you.

So bottom-line even if you don't get the package you can get your money back. Something is better than nothing.

And team you guys can actually make a lot of profit than losses if you'll get a bit organized and have a chat system for after sales as well.
