I ordered my sweatshirt back in November. It said it has shipped. I have not received my sweater. When I login, I shows I don't have any orders. When I call the number, it's either a busy signal, rings and then turns into a busy signal, or goes to the voicemail box of some girl whose mailbox is full. Do not order. I will be filing a complaint.
I placed my order in October and only received half my order. The items I really wanted never came unfortunately. I called PayPal and complained. Sammydress messaged me asking why I got ahold of PayPal and not them. I messaged them about 3-4 times a week without a response. They told me they were going to refund my money in "credits" on their site. I said no I wanted my $75.00 back. About a month later they refunded me 52.00, not even the full price of the items missing. Oh well, I have learned my lesson. Do not order from this site.

This is the WORSE clothing ever! The sizes are incorrect and the clothing is super cheap. I spent $ 207 and cant wear one item. This business should be ashamed! But I guess the old saying is you get what you pay for,. Lesson learned!

This website has supposedly "great deals," but the crappy service is not worth the low prices. I haven't received my jacket that I ordered a month ago. I haven't seen any change in its status since it said it was being shipped. There's absolutely no way I'm going to shop here again. Most of the people agree with me on this. If you can overlook the slow delivery time, its a really great site. The price is cheap for the quality of the items. Also, if you post any ticket they are quick to respond and will help resolve any issues.
Well I had hoped the clothing was as good as the product shots on the website, but I gotta tell you not to waste your time. You will get exactly what you ought to get for these low prices - really poor quality. The buttons on the hoodies I ordered looked like those cheap plastic toys I used to get from the cereal boxes. Too embarassed to wear this stuff.
Oh its also been 5 weeks since I ordered, so far only received 2 of the 4 items. I gguess I will have to donate the other 2 to Goodwill when they arrive.

Completely disappointing, I waited almost 2 months for my order to come, and when it did they sent me the entirely wrong item as you can see from the photo. I ordered the sweater on the left and they sent me the one on the right with a totally different neckline, abnormally long arms and a crop top.

I placed an order on December 1st of 2015 for 2 black dresses that I wanted to wear for my birthday. I paid extra money for expedited shipping to receive my item within 3 to 7 business days here it is December 8th my order is still processing nothing has been sent out and then they send me an email stating that I will not be receiving anything until 2016. Are you kidding me? Where is my items or refund me my full amount including the extra I paid for the shipping I hate this website and I will never do business with them ever again I will report on my credit card as fraud so I can get my money back screw them! Do yourself a favor and I understand that it seems cheap and affordable but you really take a gamble with your money because you never know if you will receive your items or not. Not to mention if the item is even as described they use a lot of stolen pictures so perhaps you should do like I'm doing and pay a little extra an order from A trustworthy website.

YESTERDAY I RECEIVED 3/4 ITEMS I ORDERED, AND I ORDERED A LARGE IN EVERYTHING. I PUT ON 2 OF THEM, AND THEY FEEL LIKE A SMALL, AND I CAN BARELY MOVE AROUND IN THEM. I recently purchased 4 item of clothing in sammydress.com and I have to say that their clothes is lovely and they have so much to choose from.! Their website is also great as they do offer measurements and detail information about every item.
Also their customer service is excellent and I'll definitely will be buying from them again.
They don't send it out when it says it can take up to six months I have stayed away from Sammy dress because of this if you want cute cheap items go to home you get your orders quickly and amazing g service I am waiting on my second order and just orde r doing a few days ago

I can not make a review about their items because I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to. I ordered in September and have been going back and forth with them since Oct, still no resolve. They take quite some time to try and get back to you! The best they can say is I didn't put Insurance on my package so the best resolves are: 1) They can send me a refund of $17 (even though I paid almost $50) OR 2) I can pay an extra $19 to have more items shipped. I don't believe they ever really shipped the first package as I have ALWAYS ordered overseas and have NEVER had a problem receiving anything until this company and there was no real way to track the package since it was China Air. BUYER BEWARE, I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! ****UPDATE**** AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND NEGATIVE POSTINGS TO VARIOUS SITES, i FINALLY GOT A REPRESENTATIVE TO WORK WITH ME AND THEY SENT ME MY ITEMS. THIS TIME THE ITEMS ARRIVE WITHIN 1 WEEK. This stuff is super cheep for a reason! I ordered a super cute black dress and when I got it, it was single sheet of fabric sewn into a dress shape! And on another thing I ordered, all the seams were falling out. My mom ordered me four dresses at the same time and only two came in. My mom ordered stuff for herself and all that was super low quality, made-in-china pieces of clothing.

Do not order from this company! I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. I order a Christmas sweater on November 15th, payment cleared my accounting within 1 to 2 days. I later received an email that my order had shipped, that was November 18th. It is now December 8th and I have not gotten a response from the couple after several attempts to reach them nor have I received my merchandise. Totally waste of time and money and good luck with the phone number, it's always busy!
