Sammydress HELP!

I placed an order without reading reviews first. Now I am wondering if I will ever receive my items. My order was quickly placed into the "shipped" category on 12/03/15 but DSL has not received any items to be shipped, that has been 6 days! I paid for expedited shipping so technically I should have received my order by now. I was hoping that I found a gold mine but think I found a SCAM. I have written them several times, opening tickets but no response. I am so frustrated, I want my items in the next three days or I am calling Pay Pal and demanding a refund! This is fraud/scam and not what is advertised at all! I should have listened to my husband when he said it had to be too good to be true.

Affordable Items

I've ordered from Sammydress a few times and haven't been disapointd yet. They're stuff is priced extremely well - the only thing is that you do need to check the measurements before purchasing an item. Shipping takes a while but it's well worth the wait.

Horrible

They are scams I ordered one item and they sent out tracking number come to find out they haven't even sent from warehouse yet! I have a lawyer that can put a stop to all this! I will take action if my package hasn't left warehouse in a few day! God bless

Where is my order?
December 12, 2015

After about 4 weeks, I got 1 of 4 items ordered. It's now been six weeks since I ordered the 4 items and the 3 missing ones are nowhere in sight. Of course, my credit card got charged for the full amount the day after I ordered the items. Can't get through to SammyDress by phone. E-mails have gone unanswered. The 1 item I received is pretty but it's not worth the full amount of the order! I will not ever order from this company again.

WASTE OF MONEY
December 12, 2015

I orderd on November 29th and my order STILL hasn't shipped and I'm sure that it will be shipped normally even though I paid for expedited shipping. Shipping overseas takes forever so god knows when I will actually receive this order. No one has responded to my complaints and no one is telling me how long it will take. Do NOT buy from here. This is a waste of money and time.

What a scam...

Very Disappointed
December 12, 2015

I ordered this item on 11/30/15 using expedited shipping. I have not received this item, and I've been unable to track this order past in transit to HNL, which is the Honolulu Airport. I've submitted 3 tickets and have called the shipping company every day since 12/4/15. I have not received an answer regarding where my product is, except that it shipped. I was also told by the shipping company that they do not use expedited shipping. Needless to say, I will NEVER order another product from this company. I will also NEVER recommend to the hundreds of people that I network with. I'm extremely disappointed.

Absolutely, horrible...

I ordered a semi-large list of goods on 11/30 - M************** - The website says I haven't paid (I have immediately). Additionally, their phone number is bogus, their support chat is only for pre-sales and takes 30m to answer, their status for 10 days is processing... and even better... there is no way to cancel the order. You have to submit a ticket to get any reply from them. The reply is a canned message stating that they are busy and will resolve it when they can.

I want my money back... so, I am contacting Bank to charge back, contacting visa for fraud and reporting to BBB.

Ordered several items and paid for expedited shipping. Site shows that order was shipped but when dhl was contacted they say that the shipping label was placed but they have never called dhl to come pick up the item. Terrible customer service that never gets back to you on your service requests. Will be contacting bank. To reverse payment if not contacted by sammydress

Worst customer service

If I could give this website 0 stars, I would. I ordered 4 items from them and paid $21 of shipping to have them delivered fast; surprisingly they arrived on time, but they did not fit me. The purse I purchased looked nothing like the picture. I emailed them twice asking for a refund and they still have not emailed back. I was not able to get them on the phone. Worst purchase and worst customer service I have experienced shopping online. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The phone number they have on their website related to support center or customer service does not work.

After waiting well over a month for my sweatshirt, I finally received it. It's a men's XXL, but would barely fit a 12-year old boy. Customer service is non-responsive. If I could give SD a -1, I would. Go to Overstock or Amazon... must faster shipping and better customer service. Never again, SammyDress.

They will not take action until you notify Paypal! That's because Paypal freezes their money and thenot they take notice! Sammy dress refuses to contact Paypal, that's how you know it's a Scam. Their customer service response team doesn't even use proper English when they respond to complaints. They sure respond fast to a bad review but can't respond when you contact them about a missing order or order that has not shipped! Horrible people

Poor Business Operations

I wish I read all the reviews before ordering. Ordered 3 items, only 2 items in the package arrived after 5 weeks of waiting. One item is sooooo small will fit to my 6 year old niece. No tracking. Still waiting for the other one to arrive. This is the first time I gave bad reviews to my online shopping. It's a ripped off I should say.
