I thought I would share my experience with everyone so they do not make the same mistake I did.
I ordered a hoody size 2XL. It clearly stated that it would be a UK size 18-20, it was not. More like a size 8!
The delivery time and costumer service is horrendous. I filed a complaint and it took them a month to get back to me.
Not to mention that the hoodie wasn't sewn correctly. My sister is a fashion graduate and had a look and said that the stiching is not right. Yet another thing to complain about.
I would NOT recommend this site. 0/5 stars if you ask me.

I made a purchase of three items from sammydress on November 11th and paid for expedited shipping because they were meant to be a gift. I received an email two weeks ago saying my order had shipped but when I read the email I discovered that none of my items were actually shipped. When I tried to contact the company I could not get a hold of them, I put in a ticket and have gotten no reply. I have not heard from the company since the shipping email and I have no idea where my items currently are. I am extremely frustrated with this website and I will not be buying from there again.

I begrudge giving these people 1star. I have waited for a month to get two tops for my girlfriend and only one turns up and it looks like it was worn all the way from wherever they send it from by a tramp. I would strongly recommend anyone whose thinking of shopping with these cowboys to save there money and shop anywhere else.

Very slow shipping, over a month to get my order. The tracking email that is sent doesn't allow you to track anything. Sizes run really small and the quality is just okay. Won't order from them again.

I bought the Sammydress shirts for my son who is serving his country in the Navy as a Christmas present. I made the purchase at the beginning of November. By mid-December I sent email to Sammydress because I had not received any product or any word on their status. They informed me that I would not be receiving my Christmas before Christmas and they would not return my money. All they are willing to do is give me a credit to purchase another item. Very disappointed in their inability to deliver! Sammydress has ruined my Christmas and I would never do business with then again in the future!

Just received 2 of my items today boots and a top very happy with them just waiting on one more item if its as good as the 2 I have received I'd be delighted to order again even though it takes a long time. Items exactly what I ordered very happy.
I ordered 2 dresses and paid for insured postage. Took 3weeks to arrive. I did receive both items however I cannot put into words how bad the clothing is! They obviously use photos from someone else's website and make cheap replicas! Quality is appalling and definitely unwearable! Avoid at all cost!

Purchased 3 items. I am an XL in New Zealand. Knowing that the sizing is going to be super small I used there chart. It worked out that I was a 5XL on there sizing chart. DONT BELIEVE THE CHARTS. When I received the 5XL items i was so disappointed. One of the tops was 9 inches difference in the bust to what there chart had stated. UMMM no wonder it didnt fit me. 5XL... nope that was more like a large asian style. Company will not refund and they make it so hard to get a refund anyway that you just want to burn the clothes and call yourself an idiot. DO NOT USE SAMMYDRESS they suck!

Do i really need to repeat the same stuff everyone has already said? They lie, cheat, and steal. The clothing quality is like that of a cheap halloween costume. Of course i only got half my order even though i paid for an entire order and expedited shipping for the whole thing. No refunds when they screw you over so if you like throwing money away go for it!
Update: I opened a complaint with paypal and did get a refund for the items I never received. I'm glad to be done with this site.

Any positive reviews for this website are fake. It took months for my items to come, some of which never showed up. The items that I actually got were the cheapest material and looked NOTHING like the pictures. Returns are impossible, as well as inquiring about missing items. No response ever. This website is a scam. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a really cute top. What I got was not the size I ordered. The sleeves were very constrictingly too tight, and one sleeve was way tighter than the other and would have reduced blood flow if I had kept it on. The picture of the top I ordered had sleeves that were longer at the seam, very adorable. The actual product is a straight cut. The hem of the body appeared longer in the middle and shorter on the sides. It's actually a straight cut. The lace is much more flimsy than the picture showed. The lace-up ribbon is literally too short to lace up as the picture demonstrates. Way too short. The serging on the edge of the fabric is visible instead of being properly finished, very unprofessional in appearance, and poorly serged with the fabric gathered irregularly where there is not supposed to be any gathering. The only thing that was as it should be is that the fabric and lace were the right colors. Don't buy from this company. There is a reason it sells things so cheaply. Major lack of quality and probably assembled with slave labor.

Sizes don't make any sense and vary from item to item. None of the stuff I bought fits. The one sweater that I thought fit, sleeves are too short. Crappiest quality you can imagine. There were threads hanging out all over, hoodie strings sewed together. I know these are cheap clothes and I wasn't expecting much but I was at least hoping for wearable. Not a single item I bought is wearable. It is all CRAP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Or their associated site Rosegal.

I don't usually get this upset over buying cheaper products because like I said, I know they'll be a bit cheap. I ordered two shirts from sammy and I was so excited. Of course like everyone said it took a month and I'm still waiting on my second shirt. I ordered a plaid shirt in a large because the fit in the picture was supposed to be a little bit loose. I did not realize that the sizes ran so small until after I ordered but I thought it would be fine. I literally can't even put my arm all the way in the sleeve and I am not overweight or anything. The material literally feels like paper and it isn't even close to the shirt that was pictured. The shirt they sent me is meant to tie up in the front and the picture they showed on their site was longer in the back with no tie. I don't even understand how it's legal to put fake pictures of clothes and sell you a different item. I later saw exact pictures from another site that I shop at on sammys site. I'm seriously not even excited to get the other shirt because I know it's not going to fit. Maybe I'll put them on my dog to wear. Moral of the story, DO NOT BUY FROM SAMMY DRESS! SPEND THE EXTRA $10 SOMEWHERE ELSE!
