15 days since my order and its still processing. Ive bought items from china and processed and shipped within 10 days. Giving them till monday and then contacting paypal to get my $260 back. Complaning to them doesnt even warrant a reply. Worse customer service ever. Will stick with Alibaba recommended suppliers
Nearly two weeks on, and after several unanswered complaint e-mails, I have less than a third of my order. I have had no communication as to whether the rest is on its way. My order totaled a thousand dollars and it will now arrive too late to be of use as the Christmas gifts I intended. Also, product has arrived incomplete and useless for the intended purpose, for example, a bike light which was meant to include a battery pack. Without the pack, there is no way to use the light.
I ordered 2 shirts in October. They divided my order into two shipments. First shipment received 2 months later the second shipment never received. When contacted they pretty much said too bad. But I guess I showing complain because they refunded me $2.99. WTF. What a joke. Don't order from this rip off company. I would have given them 0 stars for eating but it wasn't an option.

I ordered a jacket a month ago and it is still in the processing status. I have tried to contact customer service with no luck. Lesson learned, never order from a company that takes your money before shipping your order. Every other company I have ordered from does not process payment until the order has gone out. They had no problem taking my money, but it's too much to ask for them to send my order! Stay away from sammy dress

They were cheap, more than half the stuff was on back order, and i didn't receive 90% of my stuff. Customer service sucks. I worked for months trying to get my $back. Our basket was just over 2000 in pound and we didn't finish to buy as we also have a little shop in a small area in Liverpool. Before I went further with the order I read reviews of you... Well can u tell me if you are genuine? The first 4 reviews are nice. How about the hundreds and hundreds reviews that are coming after those superb 4 customer reviews? Wrong item. Wrong sizes. Order never shipped. Customer service never answer etc.

It doesn't allow you to give negative 5 stars so they get 1 for lack of choices.
Placed my order M************** on August 18 and today December 10 I am still waiting for half of my order. I opened a Support Ticket on September and it is just a joke; never answered with a solution or try to resolve the issue. According to them the one to blame is the post office. This company is just a big scam and should be banned from selling in the internet. I want my money back however nobody answered to my request.

I ordered 15 articles, payed with visa at advance, they said everything was shipped. The package only included only 7 items. So I paid way too much (also shipping costs) I contacted customer service, filled in a complain, they promiss answer withing 24 hours, it has been already 3 days ago... no answer yet. I've choosen delivery within 5-7 days an paid extra for it, items only arrived after 3 weeks, and then still only half of it. Nobody take the effort to tell me what happened with the rest of the items. DHL is saying there is no other package on his way. At their website when I log in, they say everything has been shipped at the same time... I'm getting worried here! I think I've lost over the 100 euros!

The website says my items have shipped and I received a tracking number, yet when I spoke to DHL on the phone they say the package has not been shipped and only a tracking label has been made. I heard a lot of negative comments about this website but I just ignore and ordered some items. "On 11/23/15 I ordered 20 items (Christmas presents) for a grand total of 213.00. As of today, 12/10/15, I did receive 3 items totaling 23.00. Now it is stating on my account that all items have shipped so I can't check the status of the remaining 17 items that definitely have not shipped. I only read good reviews on their site, so I thought that it was safe to order, but on their review page they tell you not to say "mean things" about them, that tells me they don't publish the mean ones!
