I order three items, paid for expedited shipping, and it been two months, still nothing. This is an scam, if I don't either get my money back or my items, I will pursue with legal action. I work hard for money, not to be ripped off!
I have ordered many things from SammyDress, and am usually satisfied with what comes. The items are sometimes photographed extremely well, so when they come they are a little bit of a disappointment. Shipping is almost always longer than you expect. Still, the items for sale are very low prices, especially the jewelry! I love shopping here for the jewelry. There are a lot of hidden gems.
I've purchased a few items with Sammy Dress & haven't had any issues with quality or shipping time.
The range of items is great and the prices are even better. I love their headbands and hair ties. They're super cute and cheaper than I could buy in a store.
I really like that they leave negative and positive reviews of items on their site.
I am a lover of beautiful clothing and the prices for clothes these days are outrageous EXCEPT at Sammy Dress that is! I love the quality of the clothing, the material is top of the line and everything is just beautiful!
I have had a wonderful experience with them, the prices are wonderful. I have seen a couple reviews about clothing quality issues BUT i really dont know what these people are talking about, also the way I look at it is for the prices if you were to only get a couple months out of each item you got your moneys worth, but that isnt the case.
I recommend going with Expedited shipping as it is cheaper and quicker than standard shipping.
Customer service is great and so far I havent had any issues with anything:)
I know there is no such thing as a perfect company so I do expect there to be setbacks occasionally but I think overall for me this was a wonderful shopping experience and my daughter and I have decided to do shopping sprees on SammyDress several times a year! Finally nice clothes we CAN afford!

I have ordered several items from Sammy Dress, probably upwards of 20, and have been very satisfied. There were one or two issues, but Sammy Dress took care of these nicely with the use of their on-line "ticket" method.
Make sure you check the size chart, and you will be good to go!
The merchandise is quality and diverse with something for everyone.

I ordered items in July 2015 and still have not received my order. Found out part of it wasn't shipped and the other part was sent back to them by DHL. Requested a refund numerous times and they keep giving the run around. Regret not reading the reviews beforehand.

I have been tracking my order & the status says delivered but there are no god here. Have been trying to get a response (through report tickets) with no response. The delivery company they have on there tracking does not exist! Have people been successful in getting a refund or do I simple go straight to my credit card & seek fraudulent activities & get them to draw money back (cost be approx £80 all for Xmas gifts).

This must be a scam. Hoodie took over a month go arrive, really awful quality, zip does not work, very cheap plastic poppers/buttons - I don't want to be seen in it! I tried to get a refund but the order number on the packaging was not recognised by their website, no other way of contacting them, so I've put the item in the bin. Complete waste of money, time and my energy. Plus I don't have the Hoodie I was expecting.

I ordered goods 28 days ago cannot get hold of anybody support service do not reply back good being shipped by China post tracking the order they reply in chinese? I ordered a sweater coat on 10/22/15. Today is 12/12/15 and I have not received anything to date. I put in a support ticket on their website which is a joke, they will not get back to you in one business day. 2 weeks later I get a response saying it will be shipped out on 11/30 and will get an email about the shipping information. NOTHING TO DATE. They do not refund your money, only store credit, what a joke, I cant even get what I initially ordered! Luckily I purchased it through paypal and they will get my money back. So I'm a big girl and I was so happy when I found this website who featured plus size jackets. I ordered a size 3xl because their size chart on their website stated my dimensions matched that size. Anyways star waiting 4 weeks for my jacket to arrive (I was so flipping excited needless to say) I pulled it out of the package and instantly tried it on. To my surprise the jacket wouldn't even go up my arms! There was no size tags or anything on the jacket but my mother tried it on who is a size medium/large and it got her perfectly. I am so angry that they sent me this jacket that is NOT a size 3xl. I put in a ticket like the website says and I was expecting to be contacted within a day or so. It has now been 2 weeks and I can't get a hold of anyone via phone or email. I am so angry I wated over $50 on this product.

I have never been treated this badly by a company ever. I bought 2 shirts through this company, that never arrived (after 2 months), when I asked for a refund I was met with a wall. I am actually shocked, correnspondance went back and forth for weeks, ill put the highlights concerning my dispute here.
1: Denied my claim as it was out of date (it wasnt)
2: Sends me a tracking number that was didnt exist
3: Starts haggling towards store credit
4: Blames Shipping Partner
5: Blames Insurance Company
6: Agree to a refund but only if I close my case with paypal first.
In short do NOT! Buy anything from this site without paypal in your back, and dont trust the costumer service personell at all. Only reason I got a refund was because of paypal.
They might deliver the goods that you order, but if they dont you are in alot of trouble. Pay with paypal, cross your fingers.
