UPDATE; Thanks to a very helpful member of the customer service team my issue has been resolved and my order has been shipped! I'm very happy with how it was dealt with, I will definitely give Sammydress.com a second chance.

I ordered a jacket at the end of October and I'm still waiting for the order to be processed, they were quick enough to take my money, but not process and ship my order. I've also filed a complaint with the website and have had no response! I won't be shopping on this site again if this is not resolved quickly!

Don't Not order anything

I received a shipped notice on 11/24/15. I still have not received my top. I did contact the customer service and all I was given was the response I hadn't paid for tracking the package. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so if it's not here by Christmas I will report it to PayPal as that is twice the time they say it takes to arrive. I ordered from wish.com several weeks after this order and the wish.com package arrived from China today

Sammy dress items are not always the exact item as pictured, which is fine since it is so cheap. However, I paid an extra $23 to have my order expedited. I was told it would be here "around December 2nd". I placed my order on 11/23/15. It is now 12/4/15 and I received an email this morning stating that my order had just been SHIPPED and would take 3-7 days to get to me. So basically I paid extra money for nothing. I tried to call to refund the extra I paid for shipping but of course that number posted was a scam as well. NOT HAPPY.
ALSO, I feel as though the positive reviews from this site are more than likely done by sammydress themselves. There is NO way in HELL that anyone whose ordered fromt his site has received their item/s on time and exactly as pictured. NO. FREAKING. WAY.

A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THE PHONE NUMBER IS BUSY OR IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET TO THE VOICEMAIL, IT IS ALWAYS FULL. THE 24/7 CHAT LINE THAT IS ADVERTISE IS A LIE. I ORDERED TWO ORDERS WITH ONE BEING EXPIDITED AND I GOT NEITHER ONE. HOWEVER, DHL DID MANAGE TO GET ME A MANAGER THAT FILED MY COMPLAINT ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS SO NOW IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM, REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, DHL, AND UPS. THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY ORDERS YET, BUT AFTER FILLING OUT PAPER WORK, MY BANK WILL BE TRACING MY FUNDS AND CONDUCT THEIR OWN REPORT AND RESEARCH ON THIS SAID COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT SERIOUSLY REALLY IS TOOOOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I HOPE I SAVE SOMEONE SINCE I WASN'T WARNED! TRUST ME, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER IF YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS...

Never received order

I placed my order September 10,2015. Sent in first help ticket In October, second at the end of October... By November 28 tried to send another and it won't allow it to send... Have not received order still (December 4,2015). Have not received money back. Phone number in Rancho is continuously busy (always), this must be a scam. They stole my money... Bad service! I will never shop with them again! Btw, this was my first experience with them.

I ordered 13 items from this site, I only received 10 of them. I have submitted a ticket weeks ago and had no response, I submitted a complaint and had no response. I submitted a second ticket, no response. I have chatted with their presales people online and they have assured me they would ask someone in customer service to get back to me within 24 hours. This didn't happen. This website takes your money and do not deliver. Don't be fooled by their promise of 24 hour responses to issues. It doesn't happen.

Don't buy from them.

I ordered a sweatshirt from them October 21st, 2015 and contacted SammyDress mid-November because I still had not received my item and was told it would be shipped the next day. I have chatted and sent them numerous emails and have got not response from them. Here it is, December 2nd and still no sweatshirt. I would NEVER order from them again.

Don't Do It!

Do not shop here. Customer service comes in the form of email filled with fake sincerity for late delivery and product not received. Do not pay for expedited shipping as your product will take way longer than quoted, and if they split your order (and don't tell you why) they will ship the balance by general delivery. I have ordered 5 items, received 3 of them weeks after expedited shipping should've delivered and I am still waiting over 35 days for the other 2 items. Buyer beware, the sizes are extremely small. Don't waste your time. Shop local and support your local economy. You will thank me for this.

I placed my order early September, I needed it for an event in early December I paid extra insurance to make sure it got to me safely and on time, my first half was delivered at the end of the same month, the other half that shipped out a day later never got to me, I contacted customer service again and again who told me to wait until the 25th of November I waited like a fools and never got it, it is now the 3rd of December 2 months since I placed my order and I have not gotten my item, I have not gotten a refund and I have not gotten a reply for customer service!
Horrible experience never shopping here again and I suggest you don't either! The prices aren't bad for what they offer but their customer service is a nightmare!

What they say is "Our friendly Customer Support staff will review your ticket and provide a reply to you very soon. Generally, this is within 24 hours" but it's been 3 days and I have no response on my ticket. No customer support is what you really get from sammydress.com

TOTAL SCAM...

I ordered products approximately 3 weeks ago. The shipping selected said 10-20 days. Since that time, the tracking update has remained unchanged. The order says it is "shipped out" but still lists tracking info as "unavailable". I paid extra to have the tracking number included. They had no trouble expediting the billing as they already charged my card. My efforts to contact them have been in vain. The products seemed like they might be worth the long ship time but not if I never receive them.

I bought two jackets from SammyDress that took almost two months to arrive. I tried to call customer service but the phone always rang busy. I emailed them and haven't heard anything back. Eventually one of the jackets arrived but the quality of the materials was terrible and it wasn't even sewn together properly. I'm still waiting for the second jacket to arrive. Because it's so poorly made I don't think that they will even serve the purpose I bought them for. I would strongly discourage you from buying anything on this website. It's worth a little extra to get quality things from a reputable website.
