I've bought a decent amount of products from Sammydress and I had no complaints. However I bought a pair of pants and when I got said pants not only were they not the pants in the picture, they didn't even have a button hole. I would've worn them but I can't even if I wanted to. I submitted a review and it's saying it 'did not pass'. Pretty disappointed with this order.
This is the worst site ive come across, they never want to refund or replace items not received, all they do is keep sending asking for order number and when you send it to them they send you back requesting the same thing over and over..
Very misleading, particularly so on the time it takes them to ship the order. I ordered "Expedited Shipping," which states 3-7 business days. Sammydress sends an "Order Has Shipped" email, but your order hasn't really shipped. Rather they initiate a tracking number but never call the delivery service/carrier to pick up the merchandise. So far, its been nearly a month and DHL has no record of Sammydress initiating a pickup, despite my receiving multiple emails stating my order has shipped via DHL. Huge waste of time and money.

I ordered three different orders from Sammydress.com. Once received, I discovered that the quality of the clothes was way below par, and nothing fit according to the size charts. I placed an online ticket to try to return the clothes and haven't received any response although many days have gone by. I tried the customer service number I found online, and either the phone went immediately to busy, or no one answered. Once I got through to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. Can you say scam?! Don't event think of ordering from Sammydress.com. As we say in Texas, the site is "all hat and no cattle."

I wanted to review my order MM**************, I ordered a jacket, blouse and a cardigan. The quality of these shocked me tbh. I was not expecting to receive such quality for the amount of money they asked for. I payed less and received a better quality than I was expecting.
Overall great customer service and great quality. The shipping took more than what I was used to ( but hey, they're sending it from the other side of the world to The Netherlands...) and let's not forget, you pay almost nothing for these!

I've been ordering from SammyDress for quite a while now, and have never had a bad experience. They have thousands of items to pick from, and the quality is excellent. Even though the estimated ship times seem long, all of my items have arrived well before the estimated delivery date. I purchase from here for myself, friends and family. The items are so cheap, it's incredibly cost effective for the holiday season!
1. Halter High-Waisted Printed Bikini Set- A great swimsuit, is unique and as a massive little mermaid fan i needed this, ordered the bigger size due to me being larger busted, the top fit although had to sew the straps onas they kept popping off, the bottoms were a little large too as i knew they probably would be so i just added a few stitches to them to pull them in around the waist and fit fine now.
2. Long Side Bang Fluffy Wavy Synthetic Wig- A beautiful wig, it is very soft and has lovely waves in it, comes with a hair net too. Great for cosplaying.
3. Shirt Collar Long Sleeve Shirt- Brought this for my fiance who is slim and 6ft 2, it fit him great and is a lovely silk material, only problem we had was the cotton blocking a few button holes, once cut the excess cotton was fab.
4. Hooded Long Sleeves Pocket Design Printed Hoodie-Great hoodie, is very soft and comfortable, was bigger than i expected it to be but works great for wearing layers when it gets cold.
5. Long Sleeve Batman Printed Cut Out Lace-Up T-Shirt- A beautiful top, fits perfectly, material has a slight stretch to it (about an inch) so shows off my curves, the length of ribbon for the lace up at the back was great.

Let me start off with the fact that i never write reviews, so yeah this website really pissed me off. I ordered clothing (jackets and hoodies) and I ordered the sizes based on the size chart. Every single item was inches smaller than what the size chart said, they were all tiny. They state on their website that if and item is not the size or color stated you can send a message and send pictures. They also state that if you want to return items that you must do it within 30 days of receiving them.
I sent a very detailed message with detailed pictures about every item. That was 2-3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from them! I even sent them a second message explaining that I haven't heard back and that was a week ago. Still no response.
Will also say that while not all items were poor quality, a couple of the hoodies were made with extremely thin and bad materials. Guess you just don't know what you're gonna get from them, and you should be prepared to not get any money back. Count it as all sales final...

I purchased items off Sammy Dress that never arrived. Customer service provided a refund. With which I purchased new items and paid for the expedited 7 day delivery option. On Dec. 4 I messaged customer support stating that all of my items still had not arrived and inquired when the items would arrive. I never received a response.
I sent 2 more emails to inquire and still have not heard anything.
It is now Dec. 15 and the items have not arrived. I contacted customer support's Live Chat, who stated the items will not send until Dec. 22. Furthermore they will not offer a refund towards the shipping cost that I had paid for.
All their Customer Support staff could do was apologize and give no solution to my issue. I am still waiting to talk to the manager/director of customer support.
I was very disappointed with the lack of service offered. I would not recommend Sammy Dress to anyone. They have horrible shipping practices and even worse service.

This site is the biggest scam i know.
I ordered 4 items in extra larg, when they arrived, they wouldnt even fit a 10yr old!!
The material was of the.poorest quality & one garment didnt arrive.
Ive tried a number of times to get intouch, but with no luck,
The clothing was all crumplef up & a peice of old rag was in tbe packaging!!

I was sceptical cause it was so cheap. I was concerned reading the reviews... today I got my order and it was exactly what I ordered and the sizes were perfect!... I am an average size woman and I ordered one size larger then I would wear... I am so excited and the delivery was faster then I thought... I didn't pay for the tracking number, but I didn't need it. I received a text message about the delivery anyway.!... thank you and I would definitely do business again!
This is the worst company ever! The products are garbage. The sizes are bogus. I bought a Christmas Sweater in a size large and when I finally got it (3/4 weeks later) the arms were ridiculously long and the body barely covered my torso... and I have a very short torso! When I submitted a ticket to get a refund they sent me a response asking for me to reply. When I tried to reply it said my ticket had been deleted and would not allow me to create a new one... it kept saying the verification code was incorrect. Awful awful awful awful awful! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY
