I understood what I was buying and the time frame. But I would like better response to my concerns than a ready made reply that says " do not reply back". I just would like an update of where my package is at. Even not paying for tracking which with most delivery is no charge. I should at least get a personal response. I hope to get my order before 25 days is here. I have already receive to other package from other site coming from China that I ordered a week after ordering from Sammydresses. It is a shame that you do not provide quicker service or use a carrier that has better standards than the one you use. 25 days is a long time and we are in need today type life. When I stumbled on this site it was Cyber Monday so I though their really low prices were Cyber Monday specials. Later I realised that was their normal prices and now I see why.
The photos on their website are not their clothes. They have pinched the photos from somewhere else and the clothes they send are shoddy, low quality imitations from China. False advertising!
I ordered three items but only received two. The quality is so poor I will probably not wear them.

I was very pleased with the prices on all items I looked at. However the shipping and handling cost more then my whole order. I decided to go ahead and pay the high price for shipping since the site said I would receive my order in 3-7 business days. I was super excited thinking that my order would be here for Christmas and that I would have something cute and comfy to wear for the day. That excitement when down hill when my order did not come in the allotted time I was given. I placed a ticket asking where my order was and the response I got back was this: I am sorry to inform you that the items you ordered are not in stock and it will take longer for your purchase to get to you". So not only was the shipping and handling more the my entire order but now I have to wait two extra weeks before they even ship it to me. Then I have to wait to receive the items I paid for which will probably be another week. So needless to say even though this site has very cute stuff at low prices, once I receive the items I paid for I will no longer us this site to buy items. I think this company's website could use some updates as to when there items are out of stock it should clearly say so, that way someone else doesn't get ripped off and pay such a high shipping rate for nothing.

I've heard a lot about this website, positive/negative both but decided to try it for myself because hey, who can resist a deal like they have?
So I did 2 orders, one was for a jacket. One was for a ton of jewelry. I got the jewelry first, and all of it was really nice detail, nicely made, and came pretty quick if you look at where it was coming from and the fact I just did free shipping.
The jacket came next and it was honestly pretty well made as well. Black lace up gothy looking jacket. It was way too small for me, though I'm a bit big, and their sizes are pretty small because everyone on the website is adorably tiny. So I gave it to my aunt and she loves wearing it out.
They contacted me asking if everything was okay with the order and if I had any problems let them know and they would take care of it. Super helpful and they reply fairly quickly 1-3 days which is pretty normal for a company.
So over all I would recommend them, just check the sizes you buy and if you don't like it it's not like you spent a fortune on it. Everything is SUPER CHEAP, but still nicely made. Everything in the US comes from China anyways, might as well cut out the middle man and get good stuff for the price retailers do before they scr*w you over.
It's been over 2 months and I still have not received my items. Never again!

This is an update on my former review. I ordered items from sammydress.com on 11-18-15. I order clothes that I thought I would be able to wear for Christmas but it didn't happen because my clothes never came in. I then thought this could be a nice outfit to bring in the New Year but my clothes never came. I wrote a review and was immediately contacted by sammy dress (via email). They promised me that my order would be sent out and that I would receive everything. Majority of the items I ordered came in but I am still missing items that I purchased. I have a trip coming up next week. I hoped to wear the items purchased while on vacation. SMH... It looks like that won't happen either. I am truly disappointed with this company. The worst part is that I actually loved the things I ordered but the delivery and customer service is beyond repair at this point. Sammy dress just send me my remaining items and we can cut all ties. Anyone thinking about purchasing items from this company will be seriously putting yourself at risk for poor service and a big headache!

I bought several things from this site. None were good quality or looked like the pictures on the site... I ordered in oct but nothing was even shipped till late Nov. It wasn't shipped as one package but two. I paid for express shipping and didn't get either package till Dec. After paying shipping cost the packages came 9.00 more shipping.Don't waste your money!

I bought 4 dresses which followed exactly their size chart, but when I received them, just only 1 was corrected size, the 3 others was too small to wear (seams for little girl 8 years old). Never order from this site. The items I ordered are so small, my 10 year old nephew couldn't squeeze into the Large shirt. The shipping costs are outrageous. Then if you want to return anything they want you to pay to ship it back to them then for them to ship items to you. I am still waiting on the second half of my order, the tracking info is in Chinese so for all I know the order could be it Spain it a warehouse. Stick with Amazon, this place is ridiculous. I wish I had read reviews online first. Every site I have seen has this place at around 50%. I wish I could give them minus stars.

Out of fairness, I am updating my review. After weeks of going back and forth with "Josslyn" who responds to "tickets" on the SammyDress website, I decided to open a dispute/claim thru PayPal. SammyDress first refused my requests to be refunded, but finally refunded the entire amount. If you are experiencing problems obtaining a refund, I suggest that you open a dispute/claim thru PayPal (if you paid using Paypal that is).

My expectations of doing business with an overseas company are completely realistic. I don't expect to receive the items quickly, nor do I expect them to be of the very best quality. I'm very aware of the saying "You get what you pay for". However, I have placed two orders with SammyDress, and I've had missing items each time. I received the 1st order within 3 weeks, but it was missing one shirt that cost $7. I contacted SammyDress about it and was told that they were 100% sure that it had been sent to me and in order for them to refund or re-send the item I would have to send them a picture of the package the way I had received it to show signs of damage. Of course I had already ripped it open and thrown the envelope away, so I accepted the loss and still gave them another try. This time I ordered 8 items on 10/29/15. I received 5 of the items within a few weeks, but it is now 12/17/15 and I still have not received the remaining 3 items. SammyDress has responded to my "tickets" basically saying that the 3 items were mailed separately on 11/05/15 and they won't consider refunding or re-sending my items until 02/05/16! So now when you total both orders I lost about $30, which is not a whole lot, but I certainly won't be risking anymore of my money with them. If you do order clothing from them, my advice is to make sure you go by the measurements on their size guide chart. Those measurements are accurate – you can NOT just order your U.S. size, it will be 10 sizes too small! Good Luck!

I was excited to find such great deals as I had to go to a wedding for my niece and my budget was very thin. I should have known by the prices for the clothing the kind of quality I was going to receive. What threw me off was that the clothing came of so highly rated. Unfortunately one dres was stained with an unknown yuck. The material was so thin that you could see through it. The seems were uneven and the thread to the seems was hanging out all over the dresses. In short, there is no way that I cpuld wear either of the dresses for a wedding. Save yourself some frustration.

I stupidly ordered from this site, should have known it was a con by the prices. They only shipped half the products, which when they arrived were nothing like the pictures. The woolly jumper was cheap sweatshirt material etc. The sizes were a joke, and 2XL trouser had a 20cm waist! They looked like they had been made for, and by, and 8 year old. Trying to get a refund it a joke - they want photos, what is wrong etc, and they won't reply about the stuff that hasn't shipped. Just a complete con. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I've had the same problems as others. And, I'm still waiting to see if I will receive the orders. I spent over $200.00. Not to include shipping charges. I wouldn't give them 1 star. I ordered over two months in advance for a birthday and some Christmas items. I purchased nine (9) items. I have so far received 4 of the shirts ordered but am told that it will be another 10-14 business days for a couple of more of the items and after sending SUPPORT TICKETS, I'm told a third shipment will come as the items aren't in stock. Nothing seems to be in stock & I have no clue when I'll receive it. Some people will definitely NOT get their Christmas items. I'm not a complainer but the quality is not good and appears to have been sewn together very quickly with thread hanging out everywhere. There are many other stores online that have the exact same items which I have ordered from. I received the orders in a timely manner and was not charged the outrageous shipping charges.
